Fantastic hotel. I loved the sleek, clean, minimalist decor, and had a nice view from Rm. 311 onto other buildings. The fitness room is pretty good, and the breakfast buffet outstanding. The main train station is close by for transit as well as basic shopping if you need groceries. For anyone who's flown Virgin America, this is like Virg Am on the ground. Great hotel, and not even expensive - this is definitely where I'm going next time I'm in Frankfurt.

The Pure is a very hip/modern hotel which is conveniently located right next to the Frankfurt central railroad station (the Hauptbahnhof) - which means that it is only about a 15 minute ride from the Frankfurt airport by "fast train" which stops right at Terminal One- and trolly lines. It's about a 15 minute walk to the "Old Town" and maybe 10 minutes to the river Main. The rooms are smallish but very comfortable. The hotel has a sauna which is open 24 hours and an exercise room with very modern equipment. The breakfast buffet is excellent and Internet access is free.

Would have been a perfect 10 if not for street noise. I would recommend that you request a garden side (not street side) room.

Very nice ambience, nice people, rooms were clean and well designed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. the only negatives are that the neighborhood is not absolutely the nicest, but that has to be weighed against the fact it is a 5 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof, which is why I picked it. The beds were just a bit too soft for my taste but that is personal taste.

The Pure hotel is a small boutique hotel with modern design and located in a quite area near railway station and approx 3 kilometres from centre of town. There are a few undesirable individuals walking the streets in the area but I never felt threaten. Checkin was quick, room normal European (small) was clean and fresh. All staff were excellent and can speak english. Breakfast (European) is available until 11.00am with many choices including prawns which is the first time I have seen this in my travels. They do not have a restraurant but staff are very helpful in assisting you to find a good place to eat within walking distant from hotel. Small bar ar recepation area is a great place for getting to know other travellers. You can get the train from Airport to station near hotel and it is only a short walk. I decided to get a taxi from airport and the cost was 26 euros and back to airport I used hotel private taxi (modern vehicle, well dressed and polite driver) for 29 euros. If you are worried about getting over charged from normal taxis, contact hotel for there driver to pick you up and for the extra 3 euros saves the stress and hassle from being overcharged. I only stayed the one night but any future trips to Frankfurt I will be choosing this hotel.

Located in a quiet street five minutes from the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) and away from the red light district. It is a recently converted older building. Reception was friendly and reasonably efficient (though I had asked for a quiet room on a high floor and was given a room to the street on the first floor). Reception area is also the breakfast room, light, white, view onto a patio with tables and chairs - inviting if the weather had been better. The room was fair sized, high ceilinged, white, dark wood flooring and furnishings, all as you would expect in a design hotel. Adequate space, room safe, modern flat screen television, radio with CD player, desk, minibar. Blackout curtain let light in around the sides. But it was quiet and I slept well. Shower room was small but adequate. Reasonable toiletries. Clean. Breakfast was very good. Imaginative fruit, selection of cheeses and salads, choice of bread, various mueslis, limited hot food, decent coffee, juices. Financial Times available.

Very close to the train station, design hotel with modern and comfy room furniture. Good breakfast. We stay at a room facing hotel garden/drinking area, so it's quiet during night time. Nothing to complain at all.

The Pure hotel is located a short 5 minute walk from Frankfurt HBF--very convenient if you're arriving by train to Frankfurt. The location is a quiet, somewhat neglected area between the train station and the messe, with several small new hotels, a couple of restaurants, and many unoccupied buildings or buildings under refurbishment in the area. The lobby is a pure white design, as are the rooms, giving an overall clean, modern appearance. It looks very new and well kept. The front desk is staffed by beautiful women, dressed all in black, who were very helpful and efficient. The rooms are on the small side, but the layout is well designed and one wall is all windows, so the impression is bright and airy. My room had only a shower, no bath, but it was large and had a full glass door so that water didn't splash everywhere. The TV was a high definition flat screen. There was a nice clock radio with an illuminated clock that could be read easily from the bed. Breakfast was included, and was a delicious buffet with lots of exotic fruits, good breads and cheeses, and some hot dishes. There was also a patio out back with outdoor couches and beanbag chairs. It was well used by people to have a drink outside or browse the internet on their laptops and iPads (free wi-fi). Overall, a very good hotel that can be highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel. However it has a very small bathroom and the rooms facing the street are very noisy.

Great Designhotel and very friendly staff !

I liked the hotel. Very clean, modern European style. Everything was white finished. Hard floors all throughout including the room. The bathroom was small but practical. No bathtub but a shower stall with glass enclosure. Large enough for me to move freely around. Plenty of steady hot water. No sufficient counter space. A small shelf (about 3 inches in depth) along the large wall mirror. Plenty of counter space in the room. Plenty of space to hang clothes and shelves to keep folded clothes. The platform bed was comfortable. Large European style windows, which you may open vertically or horizontally. Just a block away from the main railroad terminal. No restaurant but a good free breakfast.

Enjoyed a night at the Pure on way to Italy. The hotel is convenient to the train station and offers comfortable accommodation. The room was clean with comfortable beds and was well designed. The only complaint was the shower which is over the bath and was quite slippery when accessing. Free internet was included and an excellent breakfast was also included in the price. There are also some good cafes close by. I would be happy to stay here again when I next return to Frankfurt.

The hotel decor was lovely, minimal and white and yet warm. Hotel staff were polite and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel breakfast was included and is the best I have had before. The reception staff recommended a quick local dinner at Pizzeria 7Bello a few doors up the street, and it was perfect for a filling, inexpensive dinner after a long trip to Frankurt. The neighborhood is very close to the main train station but a reasonable walk to the main part of town where the cafes and shopping district is. Would definitely stay there again!

The Pure is a nice hotel, modern (minimalist)and clean, close to train station. The neighborhood is not great but this happens all over the world close to the main train station. In conclusion, it is a good hotel.

We really liked this hotel appearance and atmosphere. The breakfast was super, and accommodating to various palates. The bath was a very small and tight on space; and there wasn't a flat surface to place articles other than the edge of the sink. We were informed on check out that the hotel has plans to update the baths with a small redesign to accommodate the need as it seems we weren't the first to mention that. Overall, we were very pleased but it would have been nicer if the same quality were offered near the Romer or the gay neighborhood. Parking was an interesting things as it was down the street but was very secure. The signage to the correct doors could be improved as we seemed to be opening a utility closet several times before finding the correct door to the garage from the lobby and stairwell. We took a taxi, subway or walked to the old section of town which was a nice trip. The walk on the last night through the "red light' district was an interesting experience with all the cat'calls by the bar owners. Otherwise, we felt safe everywhere we walked and it provided a nice connection to the city and its offerings for restaurants, shopping and other. The various contemporary art shops and galleries was a nice benefit of the walks to and from the old town center.

Fantastic hotel, cool design. We were given our room immediately on checkin at 11am(and didn't have to check out until 12 noon) Offered a welcome drink, declined due to the early hour, enjoyed it later though!) Our room 405 was nice and clean(though a slight smell of bo(body odour) from the cleaner which was also evident in the lift). The air conditioning was not powerful but was sufficient. There was an excellent ipod/iphone dock/cd player/radio in the room which provided excellent sound and charged my iphone. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was not very powerful but adequate. Wifi was available in the bedroom and reception area. Breakfast was very good, good coffee and an excellent variety in the buffet. The hotel is located 1 street away from Frankfurt's main station. The station and the streets you walk through to the hotel from the station are fine. Directly opposite the station taunusstrasse contains sex shops and is a little edgy, avoid this street at night.

No ramp at front door so you have to carry luggage up about 7 steps. At reception you are offered your choice of welcome drink... very nice touch... so I had my Hendrick's gin and tonic. Hotel is very modern decor... clean white everywhere. Rooms are on the small size.. but still comfortable. Wireless internet in the room is a big plus. My last stay at The Pure the internet was not working and I was told it had been out for a week...not good for us business travelers... and should have been a priority to fix. Hotel is located right by the Frankfurt main train station and close enough to the convention center... but also next to the red light district.. which was kind of dirty as compared to other such areas in Europe. Reminded me of NYC Times Square years back before the cleanup. Room was clean... but one curious note... both times I have stayed at The Pure.. I noticed that they keep used bottles of the shampoo, body lotion, etc. I can understand trying to save money... but having half used toiletries in the room is not the way to go. Free breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic. Best that I had in Europe and rivaled many 4 star hotel spreads. I had a rental car so I had to park two blocks away in the special underground parking area reserved for hotel guests. Difficult to find your way there to get your car once parked. Surcharge was 15euro a day. Overall The Pure is excellent value for the money with a very good breakfast bargain. If you are in Frankfurt for a short stay this hotel works good.. but if you will here for awhile... there are better areas of the city to stay.

This hotel wasn't bad... my only problem was that the air conditioning didn't work, they gave us a new room and it didn't work in the new room either so they gave us a fan, which was ok with us. Our first room was on the 2nd floor and we couldn't connect to the wireless internet, we got a little bit better signal on the 3rd floor in our new room. The hotel and room were nice with a modern design. The breakfast in the morning was nice with all the typical items, deli meats, cheese, bread, fruit, juice, yogurt, cereal, etc. I might stay here again but probably only if it's winter time and the price is right...

We have been traveling across Europe/Africa using Frankfurt as our base. This hotel was a sigh of relief after a long day of airports. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. There is a small workout area in the basement and a very nice sauna . The breakfast was awesome.

Average hotel. Very little service. Decent location. Nice rooms.

The hotel was satisfactory but felt like it was designed for the business guest and not a tourist. My room looked like a college dorm room and there was nothing in the room in terms of information about the hotel or the city. Having come from Vienna, it was discouraging to see all the litter everywhere on the streets and then to pass through the transients around the train station including a very drunk person, a child urinating, and a crazy person yelling, I would not choose to stay in this area again. The breakfast looked good but I didn't get to eat it since I didn't get breakfast the day I checked in and I left before it was available the next day.

Wow, a hotel like this in NYC or London would be at least $300. I really enjoyed myself.

This is a modernist design hotel in shades of white. The room was comfortable and quiet, though facing onto the Niddastrasse itself. The breakfast buffet was refined and tasty rather than over-abundant. Consider the pros and cons of the location. The hotel is 300 metres or so from the main station, so very convenient for someone catching the train from the airport. Two blocks west along the Niddastrasse I came across about 20 junkies shooting up and a block further on the red light area begins. But you don't come across either on a beeline between the station and the hotel

Was a very cool place especially considering an air conditioner is available in your room! With the breakfast on the weekend till 1PM and Vodka on the buffet it is definitely a great place for anyone seeking to enjoy Frankfurt's nightlife. I will stay here again for sure and have already recommended it to others.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It is VERY close (1.5 blocks) to the train station, but still quiet. Our room was nice - our only complaint was the two twin beds that supposedly became our king bed weren't attached in any way, and were on rollers! However, breakfast more than made up for it - it was wonderful!

Positiv: modernes Ambiente, gute Atmosphäre, schöner Innenhof, gutes Frühstück, zentrale Lage. Verbesserungsfähig: kleine Sauna, wenig Ablageplatz im Zimmer, Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer fehlt.

Flott hotell som absolutt kan anbefales. Rent og fint, med god frokost. Bodde i 5.etg. med takterrasse:)

Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof lässt sich manchmal erhören, ist aber kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist oberklasse. Top Hotel, nett gestylt.

部屋にはスリッパやバスタブがあり、ヨーロッパの安いホテルの割には、サービスが充実しているように思います。
