Well maintained, very clean room and bathroom, friendly attentive staff. Overdue for mattress replacement, but would stay again.

Overall we were happy with our stay. The room was quite small and cramped, but clean and up to date. The bed was a little too soft...tough on the back...but not overly bad. The printer in the business area was of poor quality and broke down during our stay, so I could not print boarding documents for our flights home.

Staff was courteous and quick; room was clean and comfortable; no complaints at all for price paid.

Great price, clean, convenient to great fishing. Only drawback is the rooms are a little small to spend much time in but with everything to do in the area all you should be doing inside is recharging after being outdoors!

This place lived up to its reviews on Hotel.com. The room was extremely clean and comfortable + breakfast. Very good value for the money. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

The staff was very welcoming and housekeeping were helpful. A Hot breakfast not continental. Convenient location too. I definetly recommend this hotel.

Nice location near mall.

The hotel itself was fine, and very good value for money. It was clean, the staff were efficient and the rooms although small were very comfortable. The area itself in Aransas Pass was not good. It wasn't a rough neighborhood but did look a bit run-down, and there was nothing to do there with very limited choices of restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and nice.The employees were very helpful on telling us the interesting sights in the area.We did use the hot tub which wasnt working for us but we did tell them and they corrected the problem right away.Breakfast was great!!!Great Texas waffles!!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here and we LOVED it...We made reservations for one night but decided to stay another.. The staff was great!! Ive never stayed at a place where they really make u feel welcome..

Surprised that this place smelled fresh. It was funny because the hotel look bit old in the inside. Maybe they had just cleaned the hallway carpets/ The room was small but like most microtels :) not a surprise. The TV had decent channels and the breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was very helpful and explained about places around where we could visit. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise. The hotel is about two miles from the ferry to Port Aransas so it was conveniently located.

The location, and general ammenities were fabulous. The room was clean and accessible, the hallways were wide and well kept. The staff was very eager and friendly. The queen suite was a bit small and breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. The eggs were bland and mushy, and the sausage was also sub-par. However, if you are looking for a decent bedroom, friendly staff, and you plan to eat elsewhere, you can't do better.

Nice little affordable room. Bathroom is large enough for two and breakfast was good except they ran out of coffee. I give it 3 Stars + because of affordable and location to bay fishing.

Second time I have stayed at this hotel. Clean, staff is wonderful.

We have stayed at this hotel before and were very happy with this stay also. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This hotel is very clean and has a wonderful free breakfast. The rooms are not huge but for us just right and the cost was very affordable. Easy access to stores and fishing spots. We loved it and will probably use this hotel on our next visit to the coast.

The hotel and room were clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, but the design was odd. From the furniture, to the lighting, to the decor, there was nothing warm or welcoming about the room. I was there for one night on business, and I got a good night's sleep, but would not have wanted to spend any of my waking time in the room. For the price, it was decent, but I wouldn't stay there again, especially for a leisure visit.

If looking for a hotel to stay at in the Corpus Christi area take a look at this Microtel. I was concerned that I was not going to be able to find a clean quality facility in the Corpus area for a reasonable price, many of the review for hotels close to the city center were poor. BUT...From the moment I checked in I knew I had made a great choice. I was greeted and helped by a professional that went out of her way to make sure that my room was what I need. THERE is a good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage along with cearl and muffins. I would stay at this facility again!

Great location for what we needed. AC was a little noisy and bathroom door need some WD 40 but, overall was very nice. would stay again.

I dont do very many reviews, but I felt obliged for this one. If you are looking for a great little beach getaway to Port Aransas, this is the place. Location is just off the Ferry to Port A. The price was low which makes me fear a cheap or dirty lower end hotel room. That was not the case. It is very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very nice. There is a little seafood market across the street with the freshest seafood right off the fishing boats. This perfectly located and very nice hotel made for the perfect beach getaway. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quality room at a great price just off the beach.

Great location. Just a few miles from the Port Aransas Ferry. Everything was fabulous except for the lumpy matress.

My family and I have stayed at this location twice already and we have really enjoyed the convenience and location of this microtel. Highly recommend it.

My only hope was that it was clean and was pleasantely surprised to find that it was a nice hotel. It was clean, nice set-up, decent free breakfast. The only thing I'd say would have made it just short of perfect would have been a better bed. Seemed a bit "wallowed". But overall, would feel comfortable going back.

Found hotel met my expectations and the staff were very friendly and cordial. Staff could have been a bit more informed on locations and details of tourist attractions. But that did not really matter because I was able to find the info I wanted (location and schedule of St. Joe Island launch) online using the great wireless service at the hotel. Was sorry that the Texas waffle irons were not working when we went to breakfast but the eggs and sausage were great! Would go there again if the rates remain lower than equivalent lodging in Aransas Pass, TX.

We have stayed twice before at this hotel. The price is very reasonable and the hotel is clean with good breakfast and cold A/C.

I have nothing against this hotel but you're better off staying at the one next door, Wingham Suites, I believe. We found a few roaches in the bathroom and were woken at 7am by an employee hammering on the wall. If you do decide to stay here, avoid room 132!

We showed up at 12:30 p.m. for the room we booked on-line. We were told that check-in is at 3 p.m. I explained that we needed to get ready for a wedding we had to attend at 3 p.m. The girl went somewhere to ask someone else something, and came back to tell us we could try back at 1:30 p.m. Needles to say, we were very upset with the lack of accommodations. We ended up borrowing a relatives bedroom to get dressed. We came back to get our room at 9:30 p.m. and they didn't have the type of room we reserved. We ended up with a room with moldy walls in the bathroom and two colors of yellow on the walls. Service was much worse than last time we stayed there, but bed was good and breakfast was great.

good location for my travel. Hotel key cards were awful and I could not use on any door to get in the hotel. the key card took several times to work on my room and front desk offered no solutions. The pool was nasty with built up dirt on sides and dirt in bottom. The hot tub was also dirty and the jets did not work. Breakfast was ok if hungry. the positive side: room very clean but outdated (t.v., alarm). coffee pot a pain for two people and the frig was not even plugged in --- disappointing since I needed to use. Will not stay at Microtel

the microtel hotel was way better than i expected. the price was great, room was good, and just a ferry away from all of the tourist attractions. very pleased with the weekend stay.

The hotel was clean, rooms were smallish (2 queen beds) with a little window nook bed-like area that the kids enjoyed. They use a large mirror on the bed-side wall to help the room look larger. No built in closet so the TV stand doubles as a wardrobe. With a few adult-size people it could start to feel crowded quickly. Seemed like the inside of a Holiday Inn Express, as far as the decor and overall theme. Room included a refrigerator and microwave, coffee maker and iron. The breakfast was good with waffle makers, sausage, eggs, biscuits, cereal and other continental type foods, so we didn't have to go out for breakfast the 2 nights we stayed. Be sure to get to breakfast before the cleaning staff comes in, apparently they get to eat too before they start their housekeeping. The room was a great rate, about half, compared to nearly all the other hotels around that area, so I was a little concerned, but was pleasantly surprised. It's easy to get to and is on the mainland side, one of the last hotels before you get to the ferry over to Aransas Pass sea side.
