Hilton Paris La Defense - باريس

Had to pay out the nose for WiFi if you wanted it. When most hotels offer it free or at least in certain areas (lobby) this seemed very ridiculous. I'd go to a Starbucks and get it free but not very convenient. It's not an area where you can walk out and expect to have the little sidewalk cafes and shops. Loved the rooms. Hotel personnel were wonderful.

Hilton La Defense insisted on obtaining a €100 'pre-authorisation' on my debit card in case I decided I wanted to take items from the typically overpriced minibar. Almost two weeks after my stay this charge is still on my card despite my being given an assurance on departure that the charge was removed. My follow-up email sent a week ago continues to be ignored. Please also be advised that this hotel is located in an actual shopping mall quite a bit outside the centre of Paris.

this is the worst Hilton i have stayed in. It is right in the center of the business district, but their are no signs for parking (you need to use the public parking). Don't stay here unless you have to, even then use the Novatel or one of the other close hotels.

We were expecting to really love our stay at the Hilton in La Defense but were surprised by a number of things: The hotel is attached to an indoor mall and the views from the rooms are not views of the outside but rather overlook the indoor mall. That was a major disappointment! We waited for our room for over 30 minutes past the hotel's given check-in time with no apology. Nobody offered to help us with our luggage. The hotel seemed to be running under poor management. The manager I saw glanced over at us waiting with our bags and quickly glanced away. None of the front desk employees seemed busy; just kind of hanging around. We knew this in advance and it's not the fault of the hotel but the hotel is in a business park/business district. The closest place to eat near the hotel was so expensive (10 euro for a beer) so we had to take the metro in to see the sites of Paris. The room on the other hand was probably the biggest, and 2nd nicest we stayed at on our trip. We ordered room service and it was pretty good (french onion soup wasn't amazing though). We would not stay here or recommend it to a tourist.

Wonderful hotel above the Metro tube, in a shopping center. However, we could only stay for 3 nights because on Sun-Wed the price of the room TRIPLED. No idea why? La Defense is not in historical Paris, but very close by metro.

This is my third stay in the La Defence and my best one yet. It was my bithday on the day we arrived and so the hotel sent up a bottle of Piper Champagne and a plate of sweet treats. On top of that we were able to upgrade our room for just €25 per night, usually over £150 per night. As always, the staff are fantastic and pleasant. A special mention must go to your concierge who was working on the day shift on the 17th June. He recommended a lovely restaurant to us which we went to. It was a very nice restaurant and a nice way to celebrate my 25th birthday!

Stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. Although it is away from the downtown area of Paris, it is right next to the La Defense Subway stop which was very convenient. We were able to hop on the subway and be on the other side of Paris in less than 30 min total trip time. The area was perfect as well because it is away from the city so it was very clean and everything looked new. It was in the business district of Paris and right next to a big mall that had lots of shops, a supermarket and even a movie theater. The hotel was kind of interesting being inside of a mall but that didn't bother us at all because there was no residual noise. The staff was very friendly and everything on the trip worked out great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and if I ever go back to Paris I will definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel for a short break for my husbands birthday. This is a really good hotel, and every interection we had with any member of the tream was professional, friendly, ewfficient and helpful. For the price this hotel was excellent and well worth staying slightly out of the city centre of Paris. A similar quaility hotel in the centre of Paris was coming up to double or more of the price here so we were very happy. The room was clean, bright and big. No complaints at all, this was a great hotel.

No road sign. No hotel direction sign. Wrong google map location. If U go there by car, you are deemed to get lost. There are indeed 2 car parks on each side of the main steet which have confusing sign showing "CNIT". Both carparks are almost torn down with endless construction work on the main steet. Despite I got GPS and Google street maps, I spent 45 mins in locating the entrance for the correct carpark. I arrive late to Paris ~2200 and there is nobody in La Defence can help. CNIT is a huge complex that U cannot reach Hilton if U cannot reach the carpark entrance. Apart for the driving warning, everything is perfect, include the breakfast.

The Hilton Hotel is really good! I was most satisfied with the free breakfast and the fitness centre!

Overall an excellent hotel. Hotel is immaculate and well furnished. What is strange is the setting (inside a shopping mall so inside views and lack of natural light but if you are out most of the time, not a big issue). Also, this building is not finished (horrible view of concrete etc - rather resembling a war zone - whilst enjoying (THE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND WORTH STAYING FOR JUST FOR THIS) breakfast! Reception staff and breakfast staff excellent - very professional, pleasant and helpful - a credit to the hotel. A few miles out of central Paris but couldn't wish for easier access to the centre on the metro, just outside. Also, we enjoyed La Defense area - got to watch fireworks at the Eiffel Tower from here one evening. We found the area (and all of Paris really) to have a very relaxed, safe and enjoyable atmosphere. We really enjoyed our four night stay in Paris and were very pleased with the hotel. We stayed on a 'deal', at a reasonable price, so feel we got good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending it (but not at the rate advertised outside the hotel, which I'm sure they never charge - don't like this about the Hilton chain)! PER、メトロ、トラムとも地下でつながっています。その途中のショッピングモールも大きくて、フードコートもあり、行動拠点にするにはかなり便利です。Cnitなるショッピングモールからホテルへの入り口が分かりにくいですが一度覚えれば気にもならずお勧めです。

一切都挺好，只是太难找到了。我们足足找了一个半小时，并且不易停车。

Propre et bien tenu, chambre impeccable mais chauffage déficient (il paraît qu'ils travaillent dessus...) Réception peu professionnelle. Très bien quand même, petit déj. excellent.

Sleit litt med å finne hotellet med det første, siden hotellet lå i et annet senter, og metroen hadde forbindelse med 1 annet senter også. Hotellet er pent, og rent. Stille og rolig. Ligger i buisness strøk der det er lite bråk. Et stort kjøpesenter 100 meter unna (even less). Metroen lå enten under hotellet eller utenfor, som er lett å betjene. Anbefaler dette hotellet videre. Resepsjonen hilste på deg om du skulle komme eller gå.

Et rigtigt dejligt hotel, nabo til den nye triumfbue i Paris (arch de la defence). Roligt, gode arbejdsbetingelser, dog med dyr ekstrabetaling for internet på værelset. Fik aftensmad som roomservice og morgenmad i restauranten - det hele meget lækkert. Havde et meget afslappende ophold, trods at jeg skulle nå en masse.

Hotellet ligger et stykke utenfor sentrum, men det er lett å nå med Metro. OBS: det er dårlig skiltet mellom Metrostasjon og hotellet. På dagtid kan man gå gjennom handlesenteret Cnit, men på kvelden må man gå ut og rundt ved Le Grand Arch. Se etter statue av en diger finger. Selve hotellet er moderne og fint. Rommet var litt utradisjonelt innredet med kontoravdeling bak sengen, noe som fungerte bra. Badet var stort og lekkert, med Crabtree & Evelyn såper. Personalet var veldig hyggelige. Da de fant ut at det var min manns bursdag, kom de med en lekker sjokoladekake til ham. Frokosten var inkludert i romprisen. Buffeten var bra. Litt å utsette på treg service og kopper som ikke alltid var helt rene. Vær forsiktig med minibaren. Den er automatisk. Tar du ut noe så registreres det på regningen din, selv om du setter det inn igjen etterpå.

Ringe med tanke på at det er Hilton.

Hilton La Defense ligger i Defense området utenfor Paris (forretningsområde). Selve området var veldig stille og rolig i helgen (alle restauranter og de fleste butikker var stengt), men det var kun et stopp med metroen så var vi midt i hovedgaten. Taxi hjem fra byen var heller ikke dyrt. Kort avstand til metro. Nytt, fint hotell, store rom og god service. Inkludert frokost som var veldig god. Vil absolutt bo her igjen!

This new and clean hotel with big rooms compare to other hotels in Paris. It was comfortable and clean and with helpful staffs. But nothing outstanding. Due to the location of hotel itself. this hotel is connected with the big shopping center and metro station. If you want to feel something special in Paris(like Romantic view and special atmosphere), better not to take this hotel.

Tout était très bien. Chambre relaxation avec baignoire à remous très confortable. Mise à part la femme de ménage qui a essayé d'ouvrir la porte à plusieurs reprises à partir de onze heures (on doit quitter la chambre à midi). Fermez votre porte à clef!. Petit conseil pour le petit déjeuner: ne manquez pas de commander crêpes, gaufres, etc... Car nous avons remarqué l'écriteau que trop tard (nous y sommes allés très tard). A recommander.
