The staff was extremely pleasant and professional, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant wait staff. Hotel was nicely done, and the boutique-size felt very comfortable, unlike huge chains. I felt the rate we paid was reasonable for Atlanta. The proximity to CNN, Phillips Arena, Georgia World Congress and Centennial Olympic Park could not have been better--made getting around so easy. The ONLY negative comment is that for late-night arrivals, especially in the rain, there was no clear signage indicating where to park--there was a sign indicating parking for Glenn's Kitchen and The SkyLounge, but unless you already knew those were part of the hotel, you would not assume that was where hotel guests also parked. When we called the hotel to assist us, we got recorded messages, so could not get any help with where to park. We wound up circling around several times before we finally figured it out. The thermostat in the rooms is pre-sset so you cannot change it if you want it cooler than 71 degrees F. Unfortunately, I find that in other hotels nowadays--something I really don't like. However, EVERYTHING ELSE was super about the Glenn Hotel and our visit! I would definitely stay there again, and I recommend it to others!

The halls needed some attention; lots of dusty fake grass (interesting idea... But I think if the halls were un-carpeted and tiled instead; the substitute molding look would make more sense). also the room appeared as though it had had a real quick once-over by the maid. But the staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel design/ambiance was overall really great. We would definitely come again as the location is also perfect!

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I was disappointed we didn't receive our refreshing libation or warm towel when we arrived. The mattresses in the room could stand to be updated. Overall the stay was pleasant and I will consider staying there again when I go back to Atlanta.

friendly staff...prime location...very comfortable bed!!

Very good service. Hallways to room were dark and lacked finishings. Room was nice but very small.

Loved Glenn. Small rooms but great boutique, European feel. Would definitely stay here again. Customer service was excellent.

Overall, the stay was good.

Hotel was clean and updated, staff was very friendly, the only drawback is the size of the rooms. The rooms are much smaller than typical hotels rooms of comparable price. Great place for a one night stay though.

Overall good experience. Would stay again. Hotel restaurant Glenn's Kitchen was fantastic! Try the Georgia Shrimp appetizer... Omg!

Had never heard of this so I skipped it several times. Hesitated booking it. I would reccomend this again and again. The staff was acceptional. Rooms perfect for the price clean and beautiful views. Right in the middle of everywhere we needed to be. A beverage greeted us on arrival. Another must is moonshine at mama Georgia's juke joint. Stumble home but enjoy the great food and music.

My daughter and I stayed at the Glenn hotel because we were attending a concert at the Philips Arena. We had a perfect stay! We loved it and we'll be staying here again.

The room was small but not uncomfortable. However, when we went to get drinks at the bar after a long day at the trade show, the employees were all hanging out at the bar. Some in uniform and others not. Made us feel out of place and not welcome. The water in the room was never replaced after the first night. The room smelled funny, like maybe not cleaned after the last guests. The hotel was booked on hotels.com, we were then charged the same from the hotel itself, basically double charging us. Overall, a pretty poor performance.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at The Glenn. I could not be more complimentary toward the staff, who were all kind and exceptionally professional - from the check-in, to parking attendants, to waiters, and bar tenders. All were exceptional. The hotel itself is funky, fun, and comfortable, with an outstanding location for events at Phillips Arena or the GA dome. The one problem we encountered was a horrible TV. The "HDTV" was smaller than an iPad screen and the remote control was beyond frustratingly unresponsive. Need to upgrade on that front folks! Otherwise, I will return to The Glenn, with pleasure - as I am not there to watch TV, but paid for it!

I had a great stay. Staff was friendly, food was good, rooms were cute. I would stay again.

very nice, didn't have a trash can but not much of an issue. the shower has a large glass wall looking into the bedroom ;-)

Great hotel; quaint rooms. Wish we were staying another night so we could have experienced the rooftop bar. It is closed on Sundays.

The Glenn is a very lovely, Hotel. Rooms are large, the beds are unbeleavaly comfortable. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Is easy walk to all the major locations in downtown: Phillips arena, georgia dome, CNN Center, Olympic centennial park, Coca cola center, atlanta underground, and many many more.

Not a pleasant stay. Two bands/DJs played very loud until 1:00 am each night of our stay. The room would shake with the volume of voices & music.

Stayed here a few years ago & was really impressed. Rooms and decor are really current, clean & staff was great. Unfortunately this trip around was not so hot. Strike 1: Urine on toilet seat. OK, nasty but maybe someone just missed the toilet cleaning, Strike 2: Went to make coffee and found pot was still half full from previous guest. Strike 3: Wife calls me to kill GIANT cockroach in bathroom. FYI - strike 4 is really not hotels fault but car window was smashed overnight in parking lot across street from hotel. Recommend parking in their garage as I think they have cameras & valet service.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are small but other than that it was ok.

I checked into my room with my wife. There is a huge open window to the bathroom so you can see each other doing their business! Sometimes you want a bit of privacy! The floor had old candy and gum wrappers from the previous occupants.

Simply splendid. The staff's hospitality was awesome!

This hotel was perfect. It was close to everything we needed downtown.

The room was much smaller than expected but very clean. The service was exceptional, all employees with whom we interacted were pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, both service and food. The Glenn is located across from Centennial Park and within walking distance of CNN, Ga Aquarium, Phillip's Arena, Ga Dome and several great restaurants. The Sky Lounge located on the roof is a popular stop for event goers. Choose your timing depending on your mood; wanting less of a crowd, go up in the early evening and enjoy the 10th story view or stand in line for the freight elevator with those who aren't ready to go home. The bar is full service and the music makes you want to move.

This is a good spot to stay on business. Nice sky lounge at top if hitel with cool view.

Rooms are very small, but stylish and comfortable. The hotel is right downtown. This was just a stopover for us, so I didn't get to explore Atlanta, although I understand it is close to an aquarium, restaurants, etc. The staff was very nice and the drinks at the hotel bar and inventive and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Came down for the Yankees/Braves game and decided to stay @ the Glenn. Loved the Rooftop Bar and the bar in the lobby. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.Close walking to distance to everything downtown and Centennial Park is right across the street. Wished the showers were a bit cleaner and the rooms a bit bigger but I really had no complaints.

Overall very nice, cool, hip hotel...but fine details lacked. Nobody wants to check in and immediately call for an engineer to fix TV-2 times?! The refrigerator did not work, skimpy hotel supplies, hair dryer did not work...staff was so so on the job...bar staff was excellent...guess nowadays in the service industry you gotta pic your battles, I won't go back to this hotel.

Enjoyed the stay. Loved the bedding! Great chic design all together.

Between the amazing bathroom set up to the roof top bar there really isn't a thing about the Glenn that isn't chique.

Aweaome staff, very cool hip modern room! Loved the see try shower, the roof top bar...amazing! Great little secret for the city!

I was planning a surprise everning for my husband and had some items that needed to be stored in the fridge. Upon arrival I immediately stored them however did not realize it was not working. So once we returned for our romantic evening.... no bubbling or fruit or melted icing from the cupcake..

I really enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel and Phillips Arena, it was just a hop-skip-and jump away... I wasn't to happy with the size of the room, which was extremely small, but glad that it was just myself staying. I did enjoy the VIP Lounge on the 10th floor along with the music.

My husband and I stayed at the Glenn Hotel for a short weekend getaway. When we pulled up, the hotel looked small next to the Omni and others but when we walked in were were very pleased with the decor and the service. First we encountered the valet guys, very friendly. Next, we walk in to the lobby which was small, but gorgeous with a wonderful lounge. The decorations were beautiful! The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful and had a wonderful sense of humor. The other employees near by were just as friendly and helpful! We walked in our room (tiny) but so modern with great colors, comfy bed and stylish bathroom/shower. Huge windows gave us a nice view of the city below. For a short stay the room was great and we are very pleased with our experience! Great food and drink in walking distance and Centennial Park just across the street!!

Great for events at Georgia Dome, CNN Center and Centennial Park as all are just a short walk away. Hotel was clean but dated. Shower has clear glass into the sleeping area. If you're sharing the room with someone who has already seen you in the shower its probably not a problem except that the bathroom light also shines into the adjacent room.

the hotel and our room was just like the pictures we were very impressed .the bathroom with the window was really cool.and all my fiance could say was AWESOME the bed was very very comfortable and we will be returning again real soon.

This hotel was booked for my 9th wedding anniversary and I will never book this splt again or tell anyone else about it. The pictures online of the room are zoomed in ... you are actually staying in a cubby hole. What they were trying to do in the rooms are great, more space is needed to pull it off. Lots more space.For this to be a four star hotel it doesnt meet four standards for me. Watch out for hidden fees that noone tells you about when booking. One hidden fee is the valet parking fee that you have no choice in if you are staying at this hotel. My next complaint would be the check in service....the attendants at the desk have no clue....When we booked we added the breakfast option, so the next morning when we went down for breakfast I asked the front desk what should take place. I was told to just go over to the restaurant....well needless to say when we were done eating we received a bill. The waitress said a voucher should have been put in and given to us. Well the waitress took care of that but we still had extra money to pay since what we ordered went over the amount for the voucher. This should have been explained when I asked front desk about the breakfast. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was in walking distance to the Phillips Areana where the event we were attending was taking place.
