Modern hotel, Been in 5* hotels which could have used the superb ceiling shower. Good car parking and location for what I required.

Lovely weekend away. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.

Nice and clean friendly staff and close to city centre, rooms were comfortable but rather on the small side. Overall was fine for what we wanted.

Had 3 different cards to get in the room and they never came up to try themselves. We had to get the lift 3 times. Then got moved to a different room as there was a hole in the wall and the bathroom smelt awful! Second room was just as bad, the beds were like sheets of cardboard so we found a different hotel the same night. No refund or any offer was made just a 'sorry it was not good enough for you'. I know this sounds like I am a moaner but it was just horrendous. A premier inn / Jurys Inn will be my only option in future!

Nice hotel. Very clean and quiet (considering the location). Easy public transport into the city. Slightly put off by poor treatment by checking-in staff (although they had just dealt with a large group of really awkward guests). Would return, but would hope to catch the staff on a better day.

THE ROOM QUALITY WAS EXCELLANT. THE FACILITIES WERE ALSO EXCELANT THERE HOWEVER WERE 2 MAJOR PROBLEMS. 1. THE FREE WIFI DOES NOT WORK ON THE SECOND FLOOR NO MATTER WHAT THE DUTY PEOPLE DID. 2 I ORDERED BREAK FAST FOR AN EARLY CHECKOUT WAS TOLD I WOULD ONLY GET CERIAL TOAST AND COFFEE THIS WAS REASONABLE AND WAS AGREED. I LEFT AT 5-30 AND STILL HAD NOT GOT BREAKFAST.

We chose this hotel for our visit to Nottingham as it had free parking and was just a five minute bus ride from the city centre. Good value two night stay with full english or continental buffet breakfast. Room was a little small but clean and warm with a large hot shower (no bath but the shower only suited us). Plenty to eat at breakfast. The Grosvener pub across the road did a good selection of typical pub meals at very good prices.

What makes it different from the usual standard of chain hotels is the lovely, helpful staff, the breakfast options (vegetarian sausages were available on request ) and the free car parking which is not offered in many other hotels in central Nottingham, I will definitely stay here again,

Fifteen minute walk to the shopping centre. Very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Swimming pool an added bonus. Will be back!

Good clean hotel, extremely helpful staff, we were on a floor that seemed to have lots of groups of lads & thought it would be noisy, I asked the front desk if we could move rooms & they couldn't do enough to help. Rooms can be slightly all but well equipped & very clean & tidy.

Room was directly opposite the elevator which brought lots of noise throughout the evening, including some drunken idiot who fell directly into our door at 3am. The room was compact but had everything you really need for a short stay. However, it was grubby with unfinished decor such as sockets hanging from wall, cables dangling from tv, stains on walls, carpet and bed runner.

Friendly staff, shops nearby to grab my lunch for the next day. Right opposite Forest Fields park for a pleasant walk in the morning

We had an ok stay. We stayed 2 nights for £65 so ni complaints. The rooms were about the same as a travelodge but the shower was something else :-). This hotel has a small pool and spa thrown in and the breakfast was included. V nice it was too. Was about a 15 walk into town or bus stop just up road. We had fee parking too. Would definatly stay again.

The hotel is just above average and at £17.50 per person per room including breakfast this was a bargain. The hotel main areas decor was little shabby but rooms had been recently decorated to a reasonable standard. The rooms are very small but for one night they have everything you need. I would stay again.

I stayed in the hotel for one night and it was ok. Although the hotel is located near a big street in Nottingham, they were very quiet. The cleanliness was good and the service was the same. The wifi connection is a big tricky and required the helped from the reception desk.

Very good. Buffet breakfast better than many similar hotels I have stayed at recently. Nice to have a breakfast on site, unlike some of the budget chains. Hardly any restaurants for evening meal in the neighbourhood if you don't want to use the hotel one but town centre reached in about 10 minutes by bus. Would stay again when visiting the area.

Lots of parking, a swimming pool and very handy for Nottingham city centre. Rooms were as expected for a chain, clean and functional. I would say Park Inn was great value for money.

Stayed three nights, room was clean ,spacious, excellent security system in the hotel,great buffet breakfast , staff were very helpful and welcoming. Very good disabled facililities and secure parking with easy access to hotel. Would definitely stay here again

Away with work, room was ok, carpet full of stains, bed uncomfy, great selection of tv channels though. Gym was full and I couldn't get on the treadmill or cross trainer, pool was too cold to use as there had been a burst water pipe so could not use the pool, steam room, jacuzzi eat good location for she I wanted to be, but wasn't great.

An adequate hotel for a base to rest your head while taking a weekend break. We only stayed 1 night so used it only for sleeping in. Typical city chain hotel lacking any character but very clean, unfussy and staff were efficient

excellent , location could not have been better, we were visting our daughter who lives nearby so was ideal, also good for the town centre.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but clean and modern. The breakfast was nice and parking being included in the price was good.

Hotel in general very good but size / layout of room was dissapointing. Although the room did include ironing board, kettle, safe, hair dryer etc. rather large cobweb between bed and wall. For the price paid we got a very good deal.

3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and had another enjoyable stay. Great hotel staff and food.

The reception staff were polite and helpful, the room was comfortable with comfy bed, air con, safe for valuables, free view tv, lovely shower, free car parking. It is about a fifteen minute walk into town or catch the bus nearby. What more can you ask for at a reasonable price?

inital hiccup (rude member of staff) but rectified by young efficient duty manager who stated that on next visit could receive complimentary breakfast (6/7th Dec) so will update then!! Free parking a bonus and pleasant bar - town walkable or short taxi ride away. Would recommend

I have to say we booked this hotel as we could be guaranteed free parking. Most of the city centre hotels do not offer this, it is either restricted or charged for and may still be restricted. This hotel had excellent parking facilities with some under cover and all of it secure. Hotel was a pretty good standard and had everything you need for an overnight stay. There were lots of other spa facilities but on this occasion we did not have time to use them. Pretty good all round.

Room way to small. Had to send food back it was so bad. Internet expensive. Poor selection of tv channels. Stay somewhere else!

All goos apart from Shower was very poor in power of water.

I really struggle to find a decent hotel on my business trips to Nottingham and I usually stay at the Best Western next door, but after last time I vowed never again! I tried the Park Inn and was very pleasantly surprised the hotel shows a nice exterior and check in, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the free gym and pool an added bonus. This is my new location for Nottingham visits.

Cannot fault this hotel at all, if we didn't want to drive we used buses into the city. Bus stop a few metres from hotel entrance and were very frequent. Found all staff extremely helpful, requested extra pillow, request was met immediately. Leisure facilities very good only wish we had more time to use them.

Hotel is alright, breakfast is the usual fare, rooms a very small. Tried to check in at 3.30am only to find someone else had signed my my name and was sleeping in my room! The night porter took a while to believe me as well. Finally got to bed at 4am. I'd stay again as i'm sure that was a one off error which was compensated with a free breakfast.

The hotel is well equipped, with nice modern clean rooms. There is also the bonus of a swimming pool, with jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. As well as the on site car park, which is free for guests. There is a safe in the room, but this was not working due to a low battery. We mentioned this to reception straight after we had checked in, and they said somebody would look into it. It still wasn't fixed by the next day, so we complained again and got the same response. It still wasn't fixed later that day, and after the third time of complaining we were told that the maintenance man wouldn't be in until after we had left. Other run-ins with staff included the barmaid struggling with the concept of me handing over £20.75 for drinks costing £10.75, and being "told off" by a member of the fitness suite staff for coming out of a door that said "no public access". There was no such sign on the door (to the stairwell) we had entered through. I would not choose stay here again, mainly due to being wound up by the staff so many times.

We were 8 friends staying here prior to Robin Hood half marathon. Not that convenient for the start of the race but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Staff were very helpful and had no complaints. A good basic ok-value no frills place.

Would say again - room very well appointed - food very good evening and breakfast.Would have used leisure facilities if we have known we needed £1 for locker which we did not have.Good car parking .

Staff not helpful. Previous weekend stayed for same rate with wifi and breakfast. Prices must have gone up and standards fallen.

The hotel room was small but adequate. Clean and everything worked. The only issue I had was noise from other guests, I think the rooms need better sound insulation.
