we really enjoyed our stay in this stylish hotel

We stayed overnight and booked in on a room only offer. The room was fine, it was comfortable and had everything we needed, but the view of the car park wasn't ideal! Given the location (in a retail park off the motorway) it was about the best we could expect! The pool was the best feature of this hotel - it had Jacuzzi jets in the form of waterfalls, underwater seats and beds all around the pool. The pool was very family-friendly as kids could use these features and were not confined to a small pool in the corner. And the pool water was exceptionally warm. Bonus! The choice of food was a bit of a let down - either suffer the noise and mayhem of the bar with a basic menu or an over-priced menu in the restaurant. We opted to head into Cork city (which is a 10min drive away). The front of house staff were very friendly and the hotel was typical Radisson standard - does what it says on the tin.

Friendly staff from check-in to check-out, bar food good, spa and pool very relaxing. Room clean and well laid out. A very nice stay. Sign on the main road and entrance could be bigger to help locate the hotel.

Efficient, friendly staff. Quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. Location fine, so long as you had a car.

The hotel was clean and convent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The duvet on the bed just barely reach the edge so when you got in you had to move to the middle of the bed. Unfortunately, the bed consisted of two bed pushed together and that made sleeping uncomfortable. I also prefer to sleep on the edge of the bed.

Hotel was lovely, they tried to put me in a twin room with single beds when a delux king room was booked though and the elevator was broken.

Staff upgraded us because we were on vacation - everyone, including the bartenders, were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Great pool, gym and restaurants. Seems like a place for business travelers, as there were many while we were there. A bit far out of the City Centre - about a 10-15 minute drive.

Had a great stay.

breakfast & bar food very good, staff friendly and efficient,good location to major roads if travelling on,excellent swimming pool, bathroom cleanliness not up to scratch

I stayed here on a business trip. The hotel room was very clean well equipped, with free wifi. Bar food was lovely and well priced for a hotel of this standard, and the staff throughout were very friendly and welcoming. I plan to use this hotel the next time I travel to Cork.

We stayed Boxing day ... to a full traditional Irish accordion, drum and guitar group with a true baritone and tenor singing the Irish ballads ... the seafood chowder is the best in all of the Ireland we have visited to date ... service and full breakfast were superb ... the spa gave us great options and relaxation ... don't think twice, this is Cork freindly

very nice hotel with all what you want.its out from the city but we knew this as we stayed there before.lesuire complex was quite which suited us. i booked this for my two daughters and they thought it was very good. they never used the restaurent but the bar food was exellent.they did have a bit of drama with some drunken guests. but thats not the hotels fault and was dealt with it very well by the hotel.so over all a great hotel and would stay there again

very satisfied with room and facilities, excellent breakfast. friendly and helpful staff. good location. only downside was the low armchairs in the bar. enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Everything great, located by business park, quiet at night, great weekend getaway

Stayed with hubby and young daughter, requested level access shower, got everything we asked for and great friendly staff in all areas, bar, front desk etc. Food in hotel bar a little pricy but tasty. A little away from the city so a car definitely needed.. but a great base for local site seeing, Cobh,fota island etc. Will def stay again. Pool very good!

Nice hotel but this really is one that is a long way from any facilities. It is poorly signposted in the middle of an industrial estate. Unless you have a car then this hotel should not be considered, unless of course you are willing to pay taxi-fares.

starting with the staff most welcoming and courtous helpful in all aspectsof our stay

No radio and tv not working properly. I stayed here before and was told, "They are looking into the radio" Not sure how long this will take!

Short stay but very nice.

Nice Hotel and would go back. Spa is basic but adequate - bring a swimming cap cause they insist on it which I found odd. Steam room is a little small. Other con is the a la carte menu prices - pretty steep. They seem to charge as if they have a michelin star - they don't, so this seems a little over the top. The hotel is nicely finished though and the staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and it does everything it says on the tin.

Hotel was great for the older boys aged 15 and 16. The leisure centre and gym was excellent. It would have been lovely to have had a games room or playroom for the younger 9 year old. However the receptionist supplied us with Monopoly which kept her happy for a while. The outside playground was minimal. Hotel situated in a commercial/industrial estate which disappointed. Good location for Fota but you would need a car if staying here. Breakfast was great.

When we arrived our double room was in fact a twin room, we asked reception to move us but she said she would get the bed changed, this took them over 3 hours to do. Not enough tea/coffee or shampoo in rooms for 2 people

Images of the hotel did not disclose the fact the hotel is situated on the edge of a business park. Despite web images of rooms with a double and single bed, we were given a double room with a roll away bed. It justn't wasn't what we had been led to expect.

It is a nice hotel and family friendly , the one thing that let it down was our room was quiet warm and at night we had to leave the widows open, which meant you had constant road noise.

Excellent breakfast selection.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived to be greeted by friendly reception staff, and when we got to our room we realised we'd been upgraded to business class which was a nice surprise. The room itself was bright, with two glass walls, tea and coffee making facilities, and a nice spacious en suite. The train station is about a 5 minute walk away, with trains directly into Cork City, Fota Wildlife (which was the focus of our trip) and Cobh. It's a bit farther out of town than most hotels, but that's not an issue when transport is so close to hand. There was a good amount of choice for breakfast, and the pool area was lovely and relaxing. We meant to try the gym and spa but didn't get a chance due to our own time constraints. We both loved staying here, and I've been recommending it to friends since we got back.

Rooms and leisure facilities are excellent. Location for those without a car not ideal. Although Little Island Railway Station is 10-15 minutes from the hotel I recommend to get time tables in advance for trains into Cork and Cobh so you don't find yourself waiting too long on a lonely platform.The staff was excellent, service with a smile by all. It was for instance no problem at all to get a cappuchino with breakfast instead of ordinary tea and coffee. Also equiped with nice bar and dining area.

Hotel was great but very difficult to find. The address is not in any GPS system according to the hotel staff. Once we actually found it, things were great.

Don't be put off by the location on a retail park its a short easy drive into cork. The hotel is one of the best radissons blus I have stayed in. Rooms are clean bright and airy. If you are into fitness the faciilities are top notch. Breakfast is good...

The Hotel pool was the best I've even been in, the temp. was just so warm and the relaxing areas were unbeatable. Really loved it.

Unfortunately the first room we got had not been cleaned but we were given a new room very quickly. Food in the bar was lovely and service was very good and prices v reasonable. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Had a great time using the hydrotherapy treatments in the pool. The only downside was it was we were hoping to head out for a few hours in the evening but everywhere was a bit far in a taxi.
