نظيف جداً ومريح كسائر فنادق الماريوت. لا شئ غير متوقع، طاقم العمل كله ودوود جداً ومحترم. كان عندى مشكلة مع طبق البداية في العشاء (سمكه قديم) ولكنهم عرضوا علي إستبداله على الفور. سأعود للإقامة هنا مرة أخرى.

على الرغم من كوني في غرفة اكزيكتيف إلا إنني قد أقمت في غرف أكبر و أفضل في Premier Inn بتكلفة أقل بكثير. أغضبني و أخجلني جداً جداً منعي من دخول المطعم وقت الإفطار. و إضطررت للصعود إلى غرفتي لإحضار وثيقة الحجز لأثبت أنني دفعت مقابل الإفطار مع ثمن الغرفة. لست متأكداً إن كانت هذه غلطة الموقع الإلكتروني hotels.com أو فندق ماريوت ولكن بسبب تكرر هذه المشكلة معي عند الحجز عبر الموقع الإلكتروني hotels.com فقد تحققت من حجزي مع مكتب الاستقبال قبلها بليلة للتأكيد. يجب عليهم إصلاح مثل هذه المشاكل. والاعتذار سيكون ظريفا فكل العاملين بالماريوت بدا وكأنهم تجاهلوا الموقف.

too long to check in 40 minutes with no line up. There computer system was really to slow.

The staff were excellent . I only have 2 complaints .... The restaurant was very good, but a bit too expensive. The cost of a shuttle bus (£4 per person) is excessive. Much easier for 2 people to get a taxi for £12 & go directly to your terminal instead of going via other hotels & terminals. Definitely worth the £4 extra.

Very nice hotel - I'll stay there again if I need to lay-over at Heathrow. Friendly and efficient staff, and fast check-in with plenty of managers at hand. My room was perfectly clean, modern and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very good, but pricey. It is on a Hoppa bus stop, and these run every 20 minutes or so. Time to Terminal One was six minutes. Be aware that the Hoppa costs STG 4.50 per person each way and you need Sterling cash to pay. I think all the airport hotels should issue vouchers for this fee, as they save on the cost of running a shuttle.

THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND CHECK IN WAS QUICK. THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED INCLUDED. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO ASK FOR MORE PILLOWS THEY PUT SO MANY ON THE BED. THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS AND THEY HAD A VERY GOOD VARIETY. WE HAD THE CONCIERGE GET US A TAXI AND HE WAS VERY ACCOMADATING. THE CHECKOUT WAS ALSO VERY EASY. THE ONLY THING MORE THAT THEY COULD OFFER IS FREE INTERNET IN THE ROOMS. OTHER THAN THAT I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE MARRIOT ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS. I WILL ALWAYS MAKE THEM MY FIRST CHOICE.

Very satisfied as clean efficient hotel. With booking information some information on getting from Heathrow to hotel would be helpful ie If arriving at Heathrow, go to Central Bus station, take bus H3 stopping at hotel. Fare applies on bus.

Convient to airport, in fact close enough that the burning of the rubber from when the aircraft land became annoying if you were outside much and the wind was blowing toward the hotel from the runway.

Convenient but too expensive.

Very good stay very near LHR. Based upon our experience, they are well suited to early arrivals and a 24hr operation from the airport traffic. The building is well insulated for sound, so the nearby runway is nt an issue. You can take the city buses for free from T3 or T5, just tell the driver where you are going as the hotel is within the free zone. Only downside was a lack of local eats outside of the hotels.

great hotel, ideal location for location to heathrow airport , and many car hire pick up locations. 24hr Mcdonalds 5min walk away. starbucks in the hotel lobby is ideal for a quick snack and drink. standard of public areas is to a high standard, rooms are smart and very clean, large TV. only problem we had was the room temperature was too warm ( even with the air con on full ). would highly recomend this hotel, and would stay again.

The hotel was very well run. Nicely decorated, flawlessly maintained, staff pleasant and effective, restaurant excellent, fitness centre and pool great; most trouble free stay we have ever had.

Rooms are up-to-date, good quality and very comfortable.

One hour to check in, and then almost another hour to get our bags collected by the bellhop on checkout. Other than that clean and comfortable standard hotel room. Close to the airport.

This is a very convenient hotel for Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3. The hotel is quiet and the beds are big and comfortable.

took ages checking in, hotel was nice and modern. staff polite. room however had crumbs on floor, bathroom was a little dirty which was off putting, customer services was really unhelpful as tried to complain-nobody would take it seriously. room was comfortable and spacious and cosy, other facilities were good also. all in all the night stayed was expectable, though because of the service it should be a 3 star not a 4 star hotel.

Excellent hotel. For an overnight stay it was very convenient. Transportation to the hotel from the airport and back using the Hoppa bus was easy to find. Rooms were very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was not included, we left early in the am so we wouldn't have used it. Staff was friendly and accommodating

I needed a hotel convenient to the airport as I was catching a connecting flight in the morning. The room was very comfortable and clean and I could not hear the airport noise at all. The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accomodations near Heathrow. As a matter of fact I will be staying there again as I travel through Heathrow back to US.

A very comfortable airport hotel. I stayed here for one night on my way home to San Francisco and it was just what I needed. A good sized room, a huge and very comfortable bed and everywhere spotlessly clean and tidy. There seemed to be plenty of staff about, and they were polite and helpful.

Great place to stay if you arrive late, or leave early. Modern, clean and good food.

Close/convenient to Heathrow, and environment of hotel does reflect "airport hotel" (a bit formal and stiff, as opposed to energetic and charming). Pool area (with steam and sauna) was a draw for me—exercise prior to international flight. The choice of using cheap plastic furniture is this area (not comfortable at all) is interesting for a "4 star" hotel. Still, a good choice overall.

A very modren airpot hotel. A great place to stay at the airport.

nice hotel, reasonable rate for London, 5 minute, 4 pound shuttle to Heathrow.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before flying home to the USA after having spent a week in London followed by 2 weeks in Ireland and then back to London for this one night. Marriott is predictable in the comfort of the beds and design of the rooms....we needed a good night sleep before our long flight back to California. The waiter in the American Grill in the hotel heard us talking about getting a cab to take us to the tube station so we could go shopping in Central London. He kindly came over to us and explained that there are three bus routes that stop just outside the hotel. On any one of these three bus routes (258, 444 and I forget the other) the bus is free if you're going to the Hatton Cross Tube Station. His information saved us time and money!!

飛行機に乗り遅れたので、子供と１泊しました。朝食は食べていません。プールがあったので、飛行機に乗り遅れてがっかりしていた子供のテンションを上げるためここを選びました。６時〜２３時までの利用が可能です。ただ、お薬がかなり強いので、肌の弱い方は気をつけたほうがいいでしょう。無料のリンゴが部屋に置いてあるのはイギリスらしい思いやりのあるサービスだと思いました。空港送迎は20分おき、有料です(小額)。

Obwohl direkt neben dem Flughafen sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Auch im Zimmer hört man absolut nichts. Im Hotel hat es diverse Restaurants/Bars, ein Kiosk sowie ein Bancomat sind auch vorhanden. Nahe am Flughafen, in ca. 5 min erreicht man per Shuttlebus das Terminal 1 (wichtig: wenn man sich etwas informiert und einige Meter zusätzlich laufen in Kauf nehmen möchte (ca. 5min), kann man sich die im Verhältnis relativ teuren Gebühren des Shuttlebuses - ca. fünf Pfund pro Person und Weg - sparen.)
