The hotel is in a very good condition, the rooms and service are excellent. Not much environmental consciousness, though - they change towels every single day, without us asking for it. The only negative thing about the hotel itself that the options of breakfast are not great: either a small Continental breakfast for 3.9 euros (not healthy enough for me, too small for my husband), or a buffet - but that is for 14 euros, which we thought was too much. And then the area: it's not a problem to get there by the metro, and it's located 1 km away from 3 metro stations, but the area itself is not that pleasant. Not unsafe or anything like that, just not very picturesque. And no cafes around to substitute for the inadequate breakfast options.

Fine hotel. Service was great. We had a room for 2 persons, king size bed and all that, but only onw towel, and there was only one tooth brush also ;) silly mistake probably. Would probably go there again.

Hotel is flawless in every way. Romms are big, bathroom is super, and furniture is awsome! Staff is very helpful. They can act as a tourism information officer as long as it takes without any sign of being bored.Airport is just a few kilometers away. Metro stop is nearby. Environment is safe both day and night. A part of Calle de Alcala is in walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed at the Barcelo Torre Arias our last of 15 nights in Spain. Chose this hotel primarily because it is approximately 7 kms from the airport...was returning to Canada the next morning. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and large size of the rooms, the modern conveniences, friendly & helpful staff, as well as the large and easy to enter spots in the hotel parking garage..something that can sometimes be difficult to find in Europe. Would certainly recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean, high-quality hotel, in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the airport. Cannot really comment on the hotel's transit accessibility/proximity to Madrid's major tourist sights as this was not the purpose of our stay.

We got the hotel because it was on special offer. It looked a further away from many other hotels but this one had much better reviews than the ones closer to town. The tube system is amazing in Madrid, clean, fast amd spacious. From the centre of Madrid to the nearest station (Ciudad Lineal) it took something like 15-20 minutes. Then the walk from the train station to the hotel is only 10 minutes through a business area. The walk felt very safe at night and passes.a big shopping centre a couple of restaurants. The room was very clean, quiet and spacious with two single beds pushed together to make the king bed. The view out the window isn't amazing being in a built up business area but who cares about the view when you have a remote blind to black out that intense sun! We very much enjoyed our stay.

or so we thought. We booked to stay for only one night as we had an early flight home to NYC the next morning. I thought this hotel was closer to the airport than we thought, it was a 30 euro cab ride the next morning. When we got out of the cab to check in, I thought he was leaving us at an abandoned building but it turns out the surrounding neighborhood is offices and more professional (we arrived on a Saturday morning). Check in was a breeze, off to my room with a king size bed and ordered room service. Super clean, very comfy and the staff were helpful. It's a little far from the metro (15 min walk) and the ride was about 30 mins into Plaza Mayor.

Only stayed one night but the room was great and I especially liked the electic blinds that can be operated from your bed. Great will stay again.

This hotel was comfortable to stay in and staff were very helpful but if you are planning to explore Madrid and you don't have a car it is pretty far from the centre. Going to the local tube station is about a good 20 minutes but the line does take you into the centre of madrid. The breakfast is very good but this is a 4 star hotel and that is something to be expected.

Top Class Hotel. Very Helpful staff. Beautiful building. A little far away from the metro and some way from the city also. One of the best 4 star hotels in the world. I had a very pleasant stay. The Hotel is highly reccomended. The Location is ok if you dont mind being out of the way

A very nice, clean hotel, standard much higher than one may expect for the price :) A bit far from the center but easy to get ther with underground, silent & clean neighbourhood, seems safe. The only problem was that the roomed smelled with cigarettes - not sure if I got a smoking room or my predecessor disregarded non-smiking policy.

Nice hotel. Its main problem is the poor dinning room and menu. The quality of the food served is below par and while friendly, the staff is somewhat aloof, somewhat inflexible and distant.Location is far from Metro access.

the decor and appointments of the hotel were excellent. service generally friendly and helpful. an easy 10 minute walk to the nearest metro.

I would have to agree with some past reviews and say this hotel is a little off the beaten track for tourists, located in a commercial district. However, there are 2 metro stations just a 7 minute walk away which bring you straight into Madrid city centre. The hotel staff had excellent english and were able to direct us to any areas or sights we wanted to see. The hotel itself is very modern and comfortable. It was extremely well maintained and very clean. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly daily, although a couple of extra towels would have been nice - but a quick phonecall to reception will have them up in a few minutes. The hotel had free wi-fi in the lobby and all rooms which is a big plus for me. There is also an open-access computer in the lobby for guest use. Breakfast was probably the only disappointing feature of this hotel. Continental Breakfast (€3.80) was just a piece of toast, 1 glass of orange juice and a cup of tea which would leave even a modest individual hungry. A full buffet was available however at an extorionate rate.

the hotel itself overall looks good. it looks modern and it's very clean. the room was very comfortable and stylish. just to give an idea, the curtains were opened/closed using a switch. the tv is a medium size flat screen. the staff was very helpful. the only bad thing about this hotel is the location. the hotel is located about 20 min from the city center and in a kinda remote, industrial area. although about 5 blocks away is calle alcala, which is kinda busy with bars, restaurant, movie theaters.

This was a nice hotel. We liked the weekend breakfast - good! It was a little far from the subway stop, but a nice walk & there were bus & taxi options. We walked around in the neighborhood and it was pleasant. Getting to the airport Monday morning was easy - a nice shuttle, not too expensive.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean, classy, and comfortable. We stayed here the last night before we left Spain so that we could be somewhat close to the airport and we were able to find our way to the airport quickly and easily. We paid an amazing price for such a quality hotel and we would definitely stay here again!

Getting to the hotel can ba a bit difficult, but if you get the address and go to the metro info they will tell you very clearly how to get there in english. If you get off on line 7. cross the road in front and turn left, keep walking untill you come to the petrol station. then turn right down that road its on your left hand side down that road. the hotel itself is very clean and modern. staff very nice and helpful. we did not have breakfast there as there is a nice cafe just up the road but unfortunately it doesn't open at the weekend. the rooms are lovely, fresh towels daily if needed and toiletries. air con is turned off from 2am untill 9am was a bit of a problem one night as very hot but they extended the times for the rest of our say which was very helpful. very good hotel for a very good price, but not suitable for people wanting to stay in the city centre as you need to get a metro into the centre.. but metro is very easy to access and cheap (only e1 a trip).

Nos gustó mucho la habitación tanto a mi pareja como a mi, era grande, cómoda, estaba muy limpia y cuidada y el baño tenía todo lo necesario. Por lo que es un gran sitio donde poder ir y muy recomendable.

Prima hotel, gelegen in zakenwijk, dicht bij het vliegveld. Voor bezoek aan het centrum hebben we een taxi genomen. Was niet duur, ca. € 13,--. Lopend naar de metro was wat ver, in de wetenschap dat je ook nog flink wat sjouwt in Madrid. Het is ons zeer goed bevallen, vooral omdat er voldoende parkeergelegenheid was onder het hotel.

中心地からは遠いものの、最寄地下鉄からホテルに行く途中にはスーパーもあります。またバスタブも広く、部屋も清潔。何より、スタッフの方の親切さ、また感じのよさ、親身なアドバイスは今まで泊まった５０以上のホテルの中で一番です。

super séjour, Hotel au calme (quartier d'affaire) à moins de 10 min de la station de métro ciudad lineal et du centre commercial. Personnel accueillant et souriant, chambre très propre avec un lit XXL. WI FI gratuit dans les chambres + accès à la salle de sport et sauna également. je recommande sans hésitation

Flott hotell, i moderne stil.Lik andre hotell fra samme kjede. Fornøyd med det meste, men man er nesten avhengig av leiebil, da det ligger litt usentralt til. Tilbyr parkering for 10-15 Euro pr dag, Ellers var betjeningen svært hjelpsomme og hyggelige, bortsett fra ved utsjekking, da vi traff på en svært lite hyggelig og langt fra imøtekommende kvinnemenneske, som ødela litt av total opplevelsen av oppholdet.

Aunque su ubicación pueda parecer algo excéntrica he de decir que su proximidad con la estación de metro Ciudad Lineal -y de una línea de bus- hacen que yo valore especialmente el confort y la tranquilidad que el hotel ofrece frente a la inmediatez al centro de otros establecimientos (el metro termina sobre media noche y el trayecto en taxi rondará los 12€-15€ hasta centro-centro). La atención fue excelente y cálida a pesar de que llegué a una hora muy muy tardía en la noche. Las instalaciones son impecables. Recomendable y excelentísima relación calidad-precio.

L'hotel é veramente bellissimo; le camere sono immense con un letto matrimoniale di almeno 3 piazze. La posizione è un po scomoda perchè è a circa un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla metro.

Bitte nicht versuchen, im Hotel zu Abend zu essen, lieber raus gehen. Es ist sehr teuer da und nicht gut. Und die Kellnerin ist nicht freundlich. Aber das ist eigentlich auch schon alles, was ich bemaengeln kann.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous étions venus en voiture et avons été contents d'avoir pu la garer dans une des rues en bas de l'hôtel, et ce gratuitement. Du coup, l'hotel étant situé à 15 minutes à pied de la ligne de métro reliant le centre de Madrid nous n'avons pas eu besoin de reprendre notre véhicule. L'accueil, le confort et la propreté sont irréprochables. Nous avons été ravis d'avoir pris les petits-déjeuners buffet : il y a beaucoup de choix et pour tous les goûts... Nous recommandons vivement cet hotel!

El Hotel da un servicio excelente y lo mas importante el carisma, amabilidad y eficiencia de su gente.

Eftersom vi skulle flyga tidigt från Barajas i Madrid tidigt på morgonen bokade vi ett hotell som ligger relativt nära flygplatsen. Räkna med cirka trettio minuter med bil mellan hotell och flygplats. Ha en bra karta eftersom stadskarta inte täcker ytterområdena väl eller använd GPS. Hotellet är realativt nybyggt och ett typisk affärshotell. Det ligger i en förort nära Calle Alcala som är en av de större gatorna i ytterområdena. Vi hittade flera trevliga restauranter längs östra delarna av gatan, drygt 20 minuters promenad från hotellet. Rummen är inte stora men fullt ändamålsenliga med bland annat luftkonditionering och åtminstone en engelskspråkig tv-kanal. Både vanliga kuddar och den sydeuropeiska korvvarianten finns i det fast fjädrande sängarna. Parkering finns under hotellet. Vi hoppade över frukostbuffén eftersom vi ville hinna till flygplatsen i tid. Det finns även en mindre frukost med kaffe, juice och fralla för cirka en tredjedel av priset. Det är antagligen prisvärt eftersom det inte blir billigare på flygplatsen. Samanfattningsvis ett fräscht och bra hotell om man snabbt bvill nå flygplatsen men inget för den som vill turista i centrala delarna av Madrid.

Net wat te ver van het toeristische Madrid, te midden van een woon- en kantoorwijk. Maar een uitstekend modern hotel met vriendelijke bediening aan een onvoorstelbaar lage prijs. Ook in het hotel zelf betaal je zeer redelijke prijzen voor spijs en drank. Een aanrader voor wie geen bezwaar heeft tegen de niet echt 'toeristische' ligging.

Un hotel 4 étoiles tout neuf, certes un peu loin du centre mais facilement accessible en métro.

Hôtel très chouette ! un peu éloigné du centre ville mais on y est vite en métro. Chambre déco sympa, propre et agréable. A retenir !!
