the staff was very nice, communication diffuclties at times but if there was a problem or confussion, they would have another member of staff clarify. for the price the room was great, very large and the bed was very comfortable. the front desk would have a vehicle for you any time and for a much cheaper price than out in town. my friends got thier own room and they were very pleased as well. we enjoyed the surrounding night life, easy walking dstance, and it was easy to navigate our way back after a few drinks. the roof top pool was very nice with a great view, spent many a late night up there. all in all i would absolutely come back, and i recommend this hotel to who ever is thinking about checking it out. this being said i am was traveling on pleasure/business, am single (as were my friends), and am pretty easy going. for families or people who expect a holiday inn, i am not so sure.

We recently spent a week at the Pacific Club Resort. The hotel is well situated at the too of a hill, close enough to walk to the town and far away enough to not be disturbed by noise. Quite a bit if construction going on on the way to town but it did not disturb us. The hotel itself has a lovely pool, hammam (although they say sauna) and jacuzzi. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is good and all the staff are friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning one day.

The hotel itself was a little dated. I stayed in a standard room overlooking the courtyard and it was really quite nice. The staff however was fantastic. Very attentive and quick response to any request I made. I am going back next February for sure.

Bath room was very small and full of mosquitoes. Hotel staff attitude is good. Quiet location though 10-15 minutes walk to the beach.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. They had a reasonable and helpful late check out policy. It was about a 10 minute walk to either town or the beach. The surrounding neighborhood really needs to be cleaned up. It really detracted from the overall experience.

Room excellent hotel amenities very nice. Food also excellent but would think wine overpriced as it appears to be in all of Thailand, perhaps there is some reason for this.Pool on roof lovely and very relaxing athmosphere.All hotel staff very polite and helpful, so would recommend it to anyone. There is a 8 minute walk to the main town area which is a little grubby in places but no big deal. Maybe 10 minutes back due to hill. In a way its nice to be slightly off the beaten track as the town area is quite noisy with traffic and traders. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the Pacific Hotel for 4 nights and I can only recommend this hotel. It has very good facilities and although it is up a hill it is not a major problem. Their american Brefast Exclusive was excellent and very good value for money. We aqlso enjoyed the herbal steaming and the jacuzzi late in the afternoon which was a perfect start before pre dinner drinks. Very recommendable.

Stayed here for 4D/3N. Had a wonderful time. Pros: Airport provides shuttle to/from airport at a very reasonable price- 750-850 Baht one way which is about 1 hr +/- depending on traffic Very friendly staff Nice facilities Onsite restaurant that was convenient/affordable Reception very helpful, assisted with getting discounted price on tourist packages Nice pool on roof with beautiful view Cons Location- 5-10 minute walk to beach Neighborhood is next to undeveloped area and construction was going on next door-it was not loud just not pretty I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, and the facilities are very nice for the price. The hotel is a little ways from the shopping area and beach in a underdeveloped area. It is an easy walk and the hill that other reviewers have complained about is really nothing unless you have VERY serious physical restrictions. However, if you have young children or want to spend time going back and forth between the hotel to shopping, the beach, or eateries, it could be a little too much walking back and forth, unless you get a taxi or tuk tuk. We only went a couple of times to the beach/shopping area. We mainly ate at the hotel and did the tour packages which included shuttle service from the hotel. The food at the hotel was good and a nice price, for 150-200 baht ($5-$6.50) you could get a nice sandwich or thai food. The have a wide selection of food. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely family run hotel with fantastiv roof top pool overlooking both the jungle, Karon and the sea. A bit away fråm the centre, whick was good. 10 min walk to down town and the vibrant city centre. Good breakfast and supberb food all over. The also helped us to get a doctor in the middle of the night when one of our children had gotten an ear infection. If we go back to Karon some day we will absolutely be back.

My wife and I stayed here in early February and had a great experience. The only small drawback is the hotel's location, which is a bit off the beaten path; otherwise, the service, rooms and amenities (especially the rooftop pool) were very nice. Definitely a good bargain for what we paid.

when we reserved the room, we told the owner that's for a new couple, and they made fantansic decroation, thank you very much. The service is sweet, just treat us like a family member, that's good. help us to arrange the travelling agenda. the only thing is not so good is the location. you have to walk for at least 10mins to arrive the main road. that's more than walking, it's climbing a hill actually.

Me and my wife spent 4 nights there, the Hotel itself is good with very nice and perfect food with a fantastic swimming pool on the roof. Advantage: good price, nice staff and good English, swimming pool, perfect restaurant ( highly recommended for dinning). Disadvantages: bad location, not safe to walk around at night because of the dogs around, very close to rubbish center of the city, we found small lizards at night everywhere even inside the room. overall we where happy with AAA4star services and nice food.

This hotel has all the amenities desired by most people. The staff is wonderful. They will help you organize day trips, spa services, etc. The hotel has a good restaurant with buffet breakfast available and an in-house spa. It also has an amazing pool on the roof with great views of the island and the beach. The ony negative is that you have about a 10-15 minute walk to shopping and other vacation activities like the beach. The walk involves a hill. You can rent a scooter from the reception area though and it is well worth the price. Driving the scooter in Karon beach is not nearly as scary as other parts of the island. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this is not the hotel (or beach area) for you. The party beach is Patong.

I spent 2 days here in april and really enyoyed this hotel. Pool, jaccuzi welcome drink, good tv chanel selection. Food at restaurant was absolutely delicious we ate there 2 nights, well priced for karon beach. The hotel staff particuarly Ead and Olle are so professional, friendly and made us so comfortable with 2 kids in tow undr 4 years old. I really really loved the hotel. One thing it is uphill, we didnt rent motorbike and had to walk and boy this was annoying and tiering. I dont recall other reviewers mentioning that so it was a surprise for us. It is a good 10 mns walk to the beach, going down is not that bad but uphill was a pain. Coming from bangkok where we enjoyed free tuk tuk service to compensate for the distance we really wished the hotel offered such services. We didnt try the spa but as expected services are pricier there than for example local business. Would consider again if i also plan to rent a bike or if managemnt decide to offer complimentary tuk tuk service to bribg ppl up the hill. That us our only complaint

We chose this hotel based on rave reviews we read online and finally realized when we arrived that much of the reviews written might have been fake or were made by international travelers on a huge budget. The staff were very nice and made a lot of effort to make our stay comfortable but the overall appeal of the hotel led us to check out 4 nights early and stay at another hotel 45 minutes from this location. Although we payed a much higher price at the place we transferred to, it was worth every penny because it really changed the dynamics of our trip to Thailand and our impression of the country as a whole. The room was very clean and care was taken to make sure that our requests were granted but the quality of food and the surrounding areas of the facilities were not up to par. I remember having breakfast in the morning at the buffet and standing by the open window with my cup of coffee. I leaned my head out the open window to view the perimeter of the hotel and was disgusted to find piles of loose trash dumped along the sides of the building (particularly straws from the kitchen scattered loosely on the ground). Even 50 meters down the street from the hotel on the road was what seemed to be a dumping ground for trash. I was sad to see the area the hotel was in wasn't well kept by anyone. I won't be returning. Sorry Pacific Resort, you were all very nice but I found it depressing to stay here. Best of luck to you.

This is a perfect spot for someone looking to get away from the tourist crush in Karon Beach, but wants excellent and caring service. It's not a 5-star hotel when it comes to luxury, but everything else was excellent. It's a bit of a walk from the center of town, which was difficult while we were there, as it rained every day. But the hotel staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly - and helped us make the most of our time in Phuket. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly and helpful staffs, clean and cosy room, value for $ room rate, on TSUNAMI evacuation route. A bit isolated from bruzzling. Facility and set up seems less impressive than we learnt from comments on line.

The position of this hotel is the only drawback as it is some 10 minutes walk from the edge of town and the beach. Great as a get away location where you can experience spa facilities and a high level of privacy.

The hotel itself was stunning, the design was inspired and the service and facilities are second to none. The herbal steam sauna is absolutely incredible, we were feeling so fit and healthy after using it along with the Jacuzzi every night of our 5 nights there. The bed is exceptional, and the room was HUGE with a great view to the ocean, about 500m away. The bathroom was also large, but the shower had pretty poor water pressure and the water didn’t heat up much. The location isn’t perfect, it’s about 1 or 2km from Karon Beach. However, as I’m sure others will have said, if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of busier areas on Phuket, this is just the place for you. Situated up a big hill on the side of a mountain, the view from the rooftop pool is stunning rainforest of one side, and beach on the other. It’s very peaceful up there. The restaurant and staff there are also wonderful, we ate there 3 times for lunch and dinner and every day for breakfast. Overall, pretty amazing value for money and the small family owned business feel to the place makes you feel right at home. Next time we will probably stay in Patong or Kata, but only because we are young and preferred those areas to Karon. I’m hoping Pacific Club will still be there in a decade or two when I have a family, I would come back every time!

Rooms, restaraunt, spa services are outstanding. Alittle off the beaten path but well with in walking distance.

The resort is a very nice and serene place. Me and my girlfriend shared a wonderful experience there and it is our first trip together as a couple of 4 years. Thank you for making this a memorable experience. All the hotel staff were really helpful. Right from the driver to the bell-boy to the concierge and even the chefs in the restaurant, they were super nice to us. some of them even remembered our names. The only down side is, the resort is situated slightly away from the main road and the beach itself (approx. 600m). But it makes for a great opportunity to walk for a bit rather than sitting in a cab from point to point. The massage and spa were definitely the best of it's sort we've experienced. The 2 masseuse, namely Dang and Nong were extremely professional and passionate about what they were doing. They ensured we had an awesome experience and recommended us which package would suit us the best without it being too expensive. Finally, the drivers are both very nice guys who also doubled as our shopping guides. They dropped us at the heart of Bangla Street and mentioned some of the must-trys in Phuket. The cleaners met us on the second day in the lift. they greeted us and asked which room we were in. After which they asked if we wanted our rooms cleaned because we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign left outside all day. The night before, they left us bottles of complimentary water and toilet supplies to replenish, outside the room door just so that they would not have to disturb us. In all, I would really like to thank the Hotel and Staff for this opportunity to stay in their resort. The owner has done a very good job to hire probably the best staff for all aspects to run a successful hotel. I am going to recommend all my friends to stay in this wonderful place. I am trying to make a get-together session with my friends for a trip to Phuket again. And i would ensure I go all out to get them all to stay there! And yeah, did I mention the view from the roof-t

Pros: +friendly and helpful staff +pool open late +allowed to dine in pool (a first!) +hotel booked tours cost less than brand name tours +free wifi all over +great value Some constructive criticism: -location removed from town (however hotel has their own driver and shuttle along with pre-negotiated taxi fares) -cut the lovely scrubs blocking the town/beach view by the roof pool -offer FOREX service -hot tub should be hot!

Pacific Club Resort er et dejligt hotel. Lå dog noget væk fra stranden, og gåturen til stranden var ikke særlig skøn, læs, meget affald og flere byggepladser på strækningen. Hvis man er dårligt gående vil vi ikke anbefale hotellet da det ligger på en stejl stigning, dog ganske smukt. Hotellet var ganske dejlig, skønt område ved pool, gårdhave og spa område meget charmerende og restauranten god. Service niveauet var ok, dog skal man være lidt obs på rent sengetøj og badekåber, rene håndklæder dagligt. Ville ønske at hotellet havde en shuttle service til strandene i enten Patong el. Kata. Alt i alt en god oplevelse.

As I had read the ratings on hotels.com and tripadvisor, I had great expactations. It was a cosy hotel with super-friendly staff, good breakfast and great dinner. The hotel also have a nice and quiet pool area, with a great view, and a spa which offers good massage for a good price. However I would not star this as a 4-star-hotel, but more as a 3-star-hotel. Location is within walking distance to the beach, but in the evenings we didn`t feel safe walking home as there seemed to be people living in shelters nearby.

Hotellet var riktigt bra. Inte lyxigt ut i fingerspetsarna, men riktigt bra på det mesta. Skönt, lugnt och härligt.

This hotel is simply beautiful... Where do I begin? The building is lovely on the inside. My wife and I were very pleased when we arrived. The reception area is kind of an open space and there are a couple of sofas to relax in the nearby. Then there are the stairs, the elevators, the restaurant and to the left side, a beautiful garden with a small bridge and waterfall. Everything is connected but separated properly at the same time. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable (at least the one we booked, which was not among the most expensive ones) and it had the most amazing view. The service was great, both the hotel and the restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful at all times. When we arrived, our toilet was not working properly, so we called management and in less than 5 minutes a maintenance guy came and in less than 3 minutes, he fixed it!! The hotel has about 30+ rooms, so that makes it easier for them to provide and excellent and personalized service. The only thing which is not that good is the location, because it is on winding little street on a rather steep hill, which can be inconvenient for some guests (but great if you fear that another tsunami like the one on 2004 will hit the shores!). However, it is indeed relatively close to the beach if you do not mind walking a little bit. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend who had come with his girlfriend, and now it is my wife and me who are recommending it!!

he hotel is very nice. Rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. It has a swimming pool at the roof top with very nice views over Karon. The food in the restaurant is good and staff are very nice and helpful. The only con is the location. It is a bit far away from the beach, it's a 10-15 walk down/up the hill. If they would offer free tuk-tuk to and from the beach that would make it up. Anyways, it is good value for the price. I would stay there again

今回は家族（夫婦、子供二人）で訪問しましたが、どちらかというとファミリー向けではなく、カップルでゆっくりするのに快適な宿かなと思いました。

坂の上にあり、周りには何もないので正直便利とはいえません。やはりカロンならビーチ沿いや、パトンの方が便利だと思います。また、バスローブば滞在中同じものの使い回し、スリッパは使い捨てに近い材質の布製の古い物を洗って別の客に使い回しているようでした。せめて機内で使用する使い捨てスリッパにして欲しいです。長距離滞在で安く泊まるには良いかもしれません。

Hotellet var mycket fint. Mysig inredning och en jättetrevli restaurant med utsikt mot "djungeln".Poolen på taket är också värd att nämnas.Tyvärr ligger hotellet en bit från centrum. 10 minuters gångväg.Området är just nu en byggarbetsplats och det drog ned mitt betyg för området en smula.Men trots detta skulle jag nog välja detta hotell igen. I den prisklassen är det mycket väl värt pengarna.

Hieno hotelli rauhalisessa paikassa. Mukava henkilökunta ja hyvää ruokaa saa ravintolasta. Kattouimaallas aivan mahtava!!!

syndes ikke servisen var for god der kom ingen og tog imod vores kuffert da vi ankom og ved morgen maden var serviseb ikke for god og så ligger hotelet på en meget stejl bakke som bliver meget trætende i længden og hotelet ligger lidt for langt fra byen. positivt er at værelserne er pæne og rengøringen er go men ikke et hotel jeg vil bo på igen

There isn't much negativ to say about this hotel. The position of the hotel is perhabs not the best in the world, but it is still only 10 min walk from the beach and there a no noice from any roads or tuktuk. Also the staff is very nice and helpfull and the hotel is in perfect conditions and very comftorable (our room blew us away when we first saw it ;) . The hotel also has a very nice pool on the top floor, that gives you room to play, swim and eat and a restaurent with an okay selection of both international and thai food. All in all, the hotel is very good and very cheap compared to what you get :D We would choose this again at any time.

호텔의 위치는 조금 불편했지만, 징원들의 친절함 그리고 너무나 정갈하고 아늑하게 꾸며진 객실 내부. 또 우리 가족을 감동준 침대위의 하트와 아이들 침대의 코끼리 타올 인형은 대박이었다. 며칠을 머물며 집처럼 편안했고 시내투어나 섬 투어도 굉장히 저렴하고 안전한 호텔관광을 이용할 수 있었다. 일과시간중에는 라이드,픽업가능하고 마지막 공항도 라이드를 주어서.... 정말로 편안하게 지내다 돌아왔다. 다른분들도 이 곳을 선택하시면 후회없는 여행이 될거라고 생각한다. 호텔 관계자 여러분 정말 감사했습니다.

We spent 1 month in this hotel. This is a very cheap hotel compared to the quality you get. We were travelling with a baby (8 months). The staff here are very professional. In addition, the restaurant staff were taking care of the baby while we could get some minutes to eat our food. The salt water pool in the top floor is very nice. Would love to there next time we visit Phuket.

Absolut godt hotel og personalet var også helt i top.
