I am really impressed by quality of service at such affordable price. Children enjoyed the stay very much, pool, lounge with x box and also beautiful surroundings. Would stay there again at the next visit

Stayed one night at the Raddisson Blu before going to Disney.It is a short ride from Disney and free shuttles every half hour. Kids loved the swimming pool and the grounds surrounding the hotel. Rooms were spacious and service was quite good. Would stay here again.

Good hotel, nice and friendly staff. High prices for breakfest and dinner, so we used to eat outside of the hotel. Shuttle service is precise and good.

We stayed in many hotels in Disneyland area. Unfortunately most of them are of very bad standard. This hotel was the only hotel who deserved the four stars. The worst hotel was New York hotel in Disneyland. Very expensive and very very bad quality.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for a long weekend. It would have been nice to have connecting rooms but we did not request at booking. The rooms were clean very comfortable. One side of the sofabed had collapsed so my daughter slept on the other side! The room service was good too. Did not eat in the restaurant as we were out a fair bit. Close to Disney (10 mins drive) , 40 mins from Paris. The floor tiles were cracked in our bathroom and the kids room smelled of cigarettes (but was changed on request) All in all a nice hotel, a little expensive so get a deal and it will be worth it. No major complaints.

Nice hotel with good facilites, well priced room. Clean airy and pleasant, check in and all staff very good but not enough of them to cope with demand. Woefully understaffed for breakfast and evening meals /bar service. Meals very very expensive- 23 euros each for a self service breakfast which was not great is a complete rip off, evening meals ok but again very very expensive for what they were. Better off eating out but not much choice as its pretty remote.

Excellent Hotel. I was pleased with the cleanliness. A bit far from town though by train it`s only 10 minutes away. The chilren loved the hotel and were sad we only stayed for 3 nights. Would definitely recommend this Hotel. Carol England.

If you want to stay near Disney but not in a Disney hotel only stay here if you're willing to over pay for a not quite up to standard hotel. We loved it here until our last stay for new years. So disappointed in the change we may probably never return. However individually some staff and services were good, collectively it fails now to impress especially for the prices they charge.

The hotel was very clean and very pretty. Everything looked great. however the restaurants were very expensive. Breakfast started at 23 euro per person. Also the staff was very unorganized. You would ask a question and then get two or three different answers depending on who you asked. Each person had their own ideas and no one was working together. The shuttle was great sometimes and other times it would just not show up for a couple hours. Being stranded waiting for a shuttle and calling the hotel who can not give you the same answer twice is very frusterating. However the hotel itself was very nice and very clean. So I guess it depends on why you want to stay there if you will like it.

With the hotel not being classed as inside the park, it was cheaper than the other hotels. Still within walking distance although not recommended if you have small toddling children. The hotel is beautiful set in lovely parkland by the golfcourse. Loads of parking spaces and grounds to wonder in. Very clean and uncluttered. We asked for a Double which I think was classed as a family room. The room was huge compared with British hotels and had a sofa bed in as well as a Kingsize bed. The room was very clean and again - uncluttered. The staff were very friendly and helpful and had a good restaurant menu as well as a bar menu. however be prepared to pay a lot for any drinks you buy at the bar. Lovely and relaxed atmosphere. They run a free shuttle bus ever half hour from 9am to 11.00pm which was no hassle and always turned up on time. Lovely hotel and staff. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel - immaculate, large family room, very helpful staff, really great location for the Park - there was a free shuttle to Disney but we drove and it took under 10 mins. We had previously stayed in Disney's New York Hotel and the Radisson was a hundred times nicer, cleaner and cheaper - would certainly recommend to anyone going to Disney. Would just say that we didn't have breakfast there as seemed expensive so went elsewhere.

The hotel was amazing . Clean, friendly and close to Disney land. Free shuttle bus was a great asset. We didn't have time to use the leisure and spa facility but it looked lovely. I would rcommend this hotel and if you like golf the course looks brilliant. The only thing we found outstanding was the breakfast was very dear and not included in our hotel price. In Ireland breakfast is included in every hotel with your booking.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. What a gorgeous place! The hotel staff was absolutely amazing and very willing to help in any way they could. For the most part, they all could speak English which was a great relief for us. The only thing that we would have liked more of were restaurant choices. The hotel only had one restaurant and a bar area. You have to travel either by taxi or shuttle (5 euro per person) to get to a shopping mall with restaurants. The hotel is a little removed from the actual park but a shuttle bus runs from the train station every 20 minutes or so; however, the last return trip is around 8:30 so if you want to stay out at the Disney Village you must take a taxi back to the hotel.

This hotel was outstanding with free Wi-Fi and valet at check-in. However, we originally booked because we thought it was a Disney hotel, therefore letting us into the park early...this is not the case so that was disappointing. Also, the restaurant was pricey for a buffet...we ate at the bar and we were disappointed in the 20 Euro pizza that appeared to be a frozen pizza. Oh well, everything in that area is expensive. Conveience location to Disney (like 2 minutes) with a free shuttle...Metro right there in Disney taking you straight into Paris. Overall great stay, extremely nice and comfortable room.

Nice hotel in immaculate shape. Rooms were quite large especially for France, very clean and comfortable. A bit out of the way if sightseeing in Paris, but if you have a car it is worth it.

Hotel pour 1 nuit apres un jour sur le parc disney, Chambre spacieuse et propre, mais literie du lit de ma fille (canape) tres moyenne pour un hotel de ce prix , je m'attendais à un vrai lit.La restauration dans son ensemble est correcte (buffet) mais trop chère, pour le prix cela manque de variété et d'originalité.

d'abord la chambre était propre, rien à dire le restaurant était sympa avec un choix un peu limité tout comme la quantité. nous avions réserver une chambre pour trois et premier constat un couchage d'appoint très médiocre,un clic clac vieux comme le monde avec un matelas tellement fin que l'on sentait les ressorts, ensuite dans la salle de bain, il n'y avait que deux serviettes et aucune mesure n'a été prises pour prévoir trois serviettes au lieu de deux durant tout notre séjour à chaque fois il fallait réclamer la serviette manquante. le spa, ouvert jusqu'à 23 heures( bon point) par contre pas de personnel pour s'occuper des arrivants pas de serviettes ni peignoir il faut utiliser la serviette de bain de votre chambre. la piscine était grande mais pas assez profonde grand max 70 cm de profondeur et un peu vieillotte, le sauna était propre mais pour mettre de l'eau sur les pierres il fallait aller la chercher avec la louche à l’extérieur car le seau était fixé au mur sans qu'on puisse l'enlever. le hammam sentait mauvais et froid... bref question qualité on a vu beaucoup mieux. au petit déjeuner, pas de grille pain à disposition il faut demander à un serveur de bien vouloir le faire. certain membre du personnel de service sont désagréables, le jus d'orange n'avait pas beaucoup de gout, sinon un choix suffisant d'aliments sucrés et salés.

super, exceptionnel, bus super pratique, a 5 mn du parc. ma fille a aimée la chambre et surtout le petit dejeuné hotel vraiment tres pratique pour une famille stephane marseille france

Très bon hôtel, nuit passé après deux nuits passées dans un hôtel disneyland. Le confort, la qualité du service, les prestations sont bien meilleurs. Lors de notre prochain séjour à disney, nous reviendrons vers cet hôtel plutôt que de séjourner sur le parc. A recommander....

Bon Hôtel, Piscine et espace wellness tres bien personnel très gentil. proche du parc navette gratuite pour parcs et TGV. Proche Val d'Europe Outlet Boutiques. seul petits detail négatif : pomme de douche entartrée et cassée.

Das erste Zimmer ganz OK aber TV und WLAN waren defekt und richtig sauber war es auch nicht. Weiterhin gab es eine Art wummerndes Geräusch aus der Lüftung das nicht abzustellen war. Nach einer Stunde bekamen wir dann zur Strafe für unser Aufbegehren wohl das „beste“ Zimmer des Hauses. Ekelhaft dreckig, Flecken auf dem Teppich, das Mobiliar abgenutzt und zum Teil verbrochen, statt Bild ein Haken an der Wand, reichlich fremde Haare im Bad, der Föhn mit Siff verstopft, der Klodeckel locker und schief, die Seife nicht mehr richtig verpackt und die Bodylotion angebraucht, die Bodenfliesen zerbrochen, man konnte die Stücke sogar rausnehmen. Dadurch ließ sich die sehr dreckige Badezimmertür nur mit lauten Geräuschen schließen. Die Farbe blättert von der Decke und dazu gab es die schöne Aussicht auf den Parkplatz und ein verschmutztes Vordach. Der krönende Abschluß war das tolle Frühstück mit dreckigen Tellern, schlechtem Personal, grünem Rührei und null Auswahl. Wir haben uns richtig geekelt und waren null zufrieden. Nie wieder! Zum Glück bekamen wir die stornierte 2. und 3. Nacht von Hotel.com erstattet.

Bon hôtel bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont très correctes et spacieuses, personnel de l'hôtel très sympathiques et proche de disney a 5 mn en navette qui est dispo toute les demi heures!

Hôtel agréable, un accueil un peu rapide qui manquait de précisions. Le système d'éclairage est particulier et pas forcément fiable. Gros bémol, nous avons était déranger à deux reprises à partir de 10h par le service d'étage. Néanmoins le hamman est superbe et le service rapide.

Vi bodde på et standard dobbeltrom. Rommet var stort med god plass og fin utsikt til hotellets golfbane. Badet var også svært romslig. Badekar og to servanter! Betjeningen reagerte raskt på forespørseler og var vennlige. Det eneste vi kan sette fingeren på var maten. Vi bestilte hamburger og gresk salat på room service. Dette smakte IKKE bra. Buffeen til middag var relativt smakløs. Frokosten var bra, men både til middag og frokost ble det tomt for forskjellige ting og det tok litt tid før det ble etterfyllt. Dette burde kjøkkenet fikse på en mer elegant måte. Som de andre hotellene i området har også dette hotellet gratis busstransport til Disneyparkene som fungerte supert. Hotellet er ligger helt rolig til og kan anbefales.

Vraiment super ! les chambres sont grande et propres ! la salle de bain est très luxueuse. l hôtel en lui même est vraiment pas mal, le restaurant de l’hôtel a un buffet vraiment complet ; et le parc extérieur est très agréable ainsi que la vue sur le golf . je le recommande vraiment

aucun accueil, pas de portage de baggages, service inexistant, de l arrivee au depart honteux

Alors que le service hotelier était tout à fait à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles, le service restauration, que ce soit le bar ou le restaurant était plus que défaillant. Visiblement les économies sur le personnel indigne d'un 4 étoiles, nous obligent à attendre et à voir un désordre et une absence de beaucoup de choses, Bols ou lait pour le petit déjeuner, plats vides et non renouvelés au petit déjeuner et au diner absence de restauration à la carte et donc attitude des serveurs désagréable. Ce n'est évidemment pas ce que l'on attend d'un hotel 4 étoiles bien que les chambres étaient tout à fait convenable. De plus pendant notre séjours de 3 jours il n'a jamais été possible d'avoir un rdv pour les soins du corps. Désolant...

hôtel très propre, agréable, chambre impeccable, très bonne literie, personnel accueillant, agréable et réactif sdb impeccable également à recommander!

Meget fint hotel. Der er ikke noget at klage over. Der var nogen der skrev morgenmaden var dårlig, det synes jeg bestemt ikke, der var det hele, men alt for dyrt. Man er jo nød til at spise på hotellet, da der ikke er noget andet i nærheden, med 2 børn er det en kostbar affære, men dejligt. God betjening og dejlig mad.Shuttle bus fungerer perfekt. Desværre strejkede de, så vi ikke kunne komme fra Charles de Gaulle, men måtte tage en taxi.

Ett bra alternativ nära Disneyland men ändå avskillt och lungt. Bra kommunilationer i och med de egna bussarna till Disneyland och pendeltåget till Paris
