A good hotel, ticks all the boxes although I wouldn't say that it is 5 stars - maybe 4+. The location is wonderful - an easy walk to the modern art museums complex AND the historic town. Very convenient subway connection also a 2 minute walk away and also tram. A note of caution: it has a lovely open-air courtyard with a lounge bar. It wasn't yet open when I stayed but I wonder whether the noise of people and music would disturb guest in the summer.

Lovely hotel v close to Rathaus & walkable to all sights.....great breakfast, especially the coffee....printed out our return boarding passes for us at reception & kept our luggage all day....

Very good value for money,ina good place foe Rasthaus, Marie Theresa Platz, & Spittal Christmas Marketsalso near U bahn station. Breakfasts very good as was the restaurant for evening meal The staff are very accomodating,nothing is a trouble to them. Pity there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room.Would recommend it to friends.

Centrally located, we were a few blocks from the Christmas markets which was really nice. The hotel could be a little noisy at night because it is centrally located but that is also an advantage. overall great experience. Im glad I made the decision to stay here!

Good, clean, comfortable hotel in Vienna to stay for both business and pleasure. Close to the Metro underground network for ease of mobility. Hotel staff is very friendly, and cooperative. Rooms are clean and have basic amenities. Price may be little too high this time, but over all its good value for the money. I'll definitely will stay again whenever my plans bring me to Vienna again for business. This was already my second stay here in this hotel.

Just stayed for a night and was very pleased with the service! I rated only a 4 for comfort because it was only a twin bed - but I found this to be pretty typical from my trip in Germany. I would recommend staying here - but be sure to exchange money before hand as this was not a service of the hotel.

we stayed a wk after almost a wk in prague and then 2 nites in brno. best bfast in a long time at this hotel. great quiet room (junior suite overlooking the courtyard). lovely staff with english. free use of business center terminal for internet. steps from everything including a wonderful croatian seafood resto two blocks away. u-bahn is right out the door making for easy access around town. and we had dinner twice in their restaurant - which was very good and a nice selection of wines.

This place looks like some design architect wanted to do something hip, sleek and ultramodern. Unfortunately he forgot that a hotel is about making its guests comfortable, and this place doesn't do a great job of that, in spite of its 5 star rating. The rooms are very small to the point of cramped, and have weird features like a see-through glass wall into the bathroom! Not sure who wants to see or be seen while they're in the bathroom, but someone decided this would be cool. Also fulfilling my inverse law of hotel charges, the Levante charges a lot for the rooms (and meals in their glitzy restaurant), but provides almost none of the useful services offered gratis in lower rated hotels these days, such as fre Internet, coffee in the lobby, breakfast, etc. And to top off this very disappointing experience, our room stunk of cigarette smoke (even though supposedly "no smoking"), and they were either unable or unwilling to change it! Would neither recommend nor return to this place, unless you like paying a lot for a little--but all of it in over the top sleek decor!

This boutique hotel is very cool and unique! The decor makes you fel like you're in an experience and not a generic chain hotel. I loved the black and white prints of dancers and unique glass artwork. The breakfast buffet is worth upgrading to. The staff was helpful in directing us to our destinations. We speak no German, so it was great that they spoke English so well. They also lent us good umbrellas on a rainy day. The gym is abit small, but fine if you're in a pinch and need a supplemental workout. It's Vienna, after all, so there is alot of walking and even biking if you prefer. Very clean. Excellent location near two of the U lines and walking dostance to beautiful areas of interest.

The Levant Parliament was absolutely brilliant. Well appointed, clean rooms. Excellent service from the staff. And the location is phenomenal. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go and if you don't want to walk there are a number of trams and tubes within 2-4 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very modern-looking, with high ceilings and fancy light switches. The breakfast buffet is large and includes eggs, sausage, breads, cheeses, and cereal. I would definitely stay here again the next time we go to Vienna. Here's a hint for anyone staying here: Take the U2 train to the Rathaus stop, get out of the station at the Josefstadterstrasse exit, go up the stairs to the street, do a u-turn, go to the traffic light (about 100 feet away), look to the left and it's about 1 block away- a lot closer than it looks on a map.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location in Vienna. Beautiful interiors and a wonderful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Poor service and the air conditioning vents made thR hotel smell like we were on top of a sewage!

very nice hotel on the U2 line. Very close to the Rathaus stop. Very acccommodating front desk. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable and cool room. Would stay there again.

Lovely family owned hotel. It is a nice design hotel. It does not look like every other hotel but absolutely best was there service. They knew us by name, they walked my mother to the door when she arrived. It was like staying at someones house which really care about you! Highly recommended!

We just returned from the Levante in Vienna and in some ways it scored big with us and others, not so much. Let's go with the good - it was broiling hot during our stay and the air conditioning was great. Breakfast was included in our package and the choice was rather good. Location was great - convenient to everything including metro and trams. The bed was great and the room was comfortable (junior suite). Amenities were nice as well. No so great - service - while there were one or two staff members who seemed clued in, most were basically at sea. The bar area is not well set up which is not a problem since the woman tending bar was more intent on chatting with a friend than serving us. She misunderstood my order and I had to make sure she opoured the correct scotch for me. After finally getting my drink and then asking for cocktail knapkins, I was charged 37 euro for my drink. When I complained, she explained that all of the scotches were the same price. Then she re-rang the bill and charged me 18 euro. Imagine my surprise when she was also one of the servers for breakfast. . Service that day was absymal. The bathrooms are an odd configuration in that they are very narrow and in a shotgun format. Things are rather compact and, the placement of paper to the commode truly challenges the best contortionist. Shower pressure was minimal. The night before we checked out we asked for a 7:30 wake-up call. At 9:00 the front desk called us and said, oh, we forgot to call you this morning. At check out, the front desk found it amusing that no one called us for our wake up call. I was not amused. The we found that our room was charged for the 37 euro drink. It was deducted. This has the makings of a 5 star hotel, but they're not there yet.

What a beautiful hotel, centrally located, Just steps away from the subway, close to the museum area, St Stephens Church, The staff were very friendly and helped us with suggestions to go and see, The room was perfect for our taste and ability to relax after a day of sightseeing. I recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, and service. Facing into the courtyard meant no noise from outside traffic. Windows could be open for a nice breeze. WOW Steve

The staff were very friendly, and extremely attentive and obliging. The hotel was within easy walking distance of most of what Vienna has to offer - 5 min walk from the Rathaus. The room was very comfortable and clean with smart contemporary decor and a trendy bathroom. The only negative comments I have to make are that the view was into the courtyard, which is nice but not a breathtaking view and there is no swimming pool.

The hotel is well located and well fitted out. The staff were helpful the rooms well equipped and the food good. Would recommend it and stay there again myself.

The hotel was convenient to everything, although Vienna is small and easy to navigate on foot. 30 minute walk from the main train station (came in from Germany). The hotel was lovely, had a fantastic breakfast. The room was quite large and modern. The only complaint is because it is centrally located (on a main street) it could be a little noisy but wasn't too much of a problem.

Nice location close to major attractions and on the subway and tram line. Hotel was squeaky clean. Lovely art glass sculptures everywhere. Only criticism is the continental buffet breakfast priced very high. We passed in favor of the area cafes. Helpful staff with good English. I would go back and would recommend to others.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Vienna within walking distance of both the Parliament and the Vienna Town Hall (Rathaus), and yet not too far from the center of Town (District 1). Accommodations were both comfortable and luxurious. An excellent "Boutique" hotel.

Good location, close to museums, great breakfast, good staff, very small shower, no bathtub at least in our room . Overall will stay again but will ask for higher floor. Modern design hotel.

Very nice hotel, very similiar to what you'd expect from a USA Boutique hotel. Rooms are a little small for two people, but if you on vacation you don't need much. The free breakfest was the traditional european continenial buffet. The hotel is right next to the muesum quarter and on top of the subway which is awesome in Vienna.

Very nice location, beautiful interior design, very friendly personnel. Only problem was that I woke up at 3 am, sweating, and realized the AC was not working. I had to rush to the front desk to ask for help. A technician was sent, who inspected the switch and told me a couple of rooms had AC issue and would be fixed the next day, and helped me to open the windows - I couldn't sleep with the windows open! Next day a different person at the front desk told me that there is an AC issue throughout the building and it won't be fixed for the next few days! I wonder why I got different messages from different people. I had to get used to sleeping with the windows open. It was early spring. I can't imagine staying there in summer without AC! Everything else was great!

I stayed in two hotels in Vienna and The Levante Parliament was by far the best. I went there for business reasons and the hotel was really great. I stayed in a single room with a beautiful view to the inner courtyard it was not a big room but it was extremely clean and it was equipped with every thing you need to be comfortable. The hotel is beautifully decorated with art pieces everywhere even in the rooms. The restaurant offers a quality and delicious selection of food (I booked a room with breakfast buffet included and it was really great). The staff at the restaurant were really nice and the front desk staff is different every day (there was a really nice girl one night and the other receptionists were simple business friendly but I have nothing to complaint). It is a small but very professional hotel. it has a nice location with many tourist attractions within a walking distance and also there is a subway station really close.

The location of this hotel is fine, but we felt the room was too small and the hotel just not quite up to a 5 star rating.

I was very impressed by my stay at the Levante Parliament. The hotel is recently opened, with a very stylish interior, and very friendly and helpful staff, who all spoke excellent English.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in. Very central, staff very friendly & helpful. Good choice of food for breakfast. We didn't have evening meals there as it seemed a bit quiet so I cannot comment on that aspect. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location; close to U stations, and in walking distance to all the great sights & museums.

This hotel is beautifully styled and service is excellent. I would stay there again, however not in a single room. Single rooms are tiny and don't even offer space for your suitcase. You always have to step over it on your way to the bathroom. If you have luggage for more than a weekend, you won't be able to fit your clothes into the very small wardrobe. Disappointing seemed to me as well that every 'extra' is being charged extra, and at a premium. Although I am not sure whether high-speed internet in your room should qualify as an extra nowadays! Same goes for your in-room coffee facilities, which were advertised, but missing. Something I'd really appreciate in a 5* establishment. Overall, I mostly enjoyed myself at this hotel when outside my room and I would recommend it for its stylish appearance and proximity to the city center and its sights. Even more pleased I'd be if the hotel would try to satisfy the more practical needs of the traveler - including persons traveling by themselves.

My stay at the Levante Parliament from November 16 to 20 was perfect. The hotel is stylish (in a Bauhaus contemporary sense) and comfortable. My room was a single and small but well appointed with a great bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. Many of the residents would stop by the bar at night to chat and use the free wiFi (there was a charge for the ethernet in the room). Breakfast was typical for European hotels. The hotel location is very convenient for art lovers as it is only a few blocks from the museum quarter and the other national museums. The Graban and Hofburg palace were also within walking distance and an MRT stop was just up the road. An excellent location and hotel for anyone visiting Vienna.

Alright - the hotel is not in the absolute center, nor the rooms are huge, but for the price, this is more than what you can find elsewhere. Convenient location, comfy rooms, attentive staff, stylish and modern interior and great ambience, what else can you ask for?

We were extremely pleased with the Levante Parliament. Desk staff were very helpful and pleasant to speak with - booked dinner and music reservations and were like personal tour guides helping with directions and suggestions. Complementary breakfast was outstanding - eggs, sausage, pastries, yogurt, granola, juice, coffee, even champagne! Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. U-Bahn stations within easy walking distance gave easy access to all points in the City, and the Ring itself is within a couple of blocks, so easily accessible on foot. We were here on our 40th anniversary and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Although I requested a non-smoking room I was given a smoking room and was told that all no rooms were available. Also, the room I got was small. However, on my request to talk to the hotel manager, and my firm insisting to be moved to another room, I was given a bigger and non-smoking room. Also, I was told that the Internet use in the room has a fee (3 euros per hour or 9 Euros per day). When I told the receptionist that in my earlier telephone conversations with the hotel I was told that the Internet in my room would be free, the fee was waived and taken off my bill. Otherwise, the hotel is charming and artsy and I enjoyed in my stay there. The decor is artfully done, the furniture and glassware are top notch, and the atmosphere is great! The hotel is just minutes away from major tourist spots, such as the Parliament, Rathaus, museums (Kunshistorisches and Leopold), Hofburg (palace), and the Innerstadt (the Inner City). If you come with a car, the valley parking is expensive - 22 euros per day, but it is safe and handy. That price is standard for Vienna unless you want to get by cheaper, by parking in the street (if you find a spot), and make sure that you feed the meter every two hours or so., including the night! I would recommend this hotel to all. Great place for the money spent.

This hotel was one of my favorites on my recent trip. The Levante Parliament is in a great location. Easy walk to the Altstadt and right by the Rathaus subway stop, it is easy to get anywhere in the city. BTW, if traveling to Vienna, I highly recommend the Vienna card. The hotel has an excellent restaurant - one of the best meals we had in Germany, Switzerland and Austria combined! The rooms were larger than most European rooms and the beds were comfortable. Completely worth the price. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
