Hotel staff was professional and friendly. They were happy to answer every question we had. Breakfast was outstanding with superior service at the table.

Brilliant hotel. Make sure you ask for a room high up. You wont stay in front of the canal, but you *may* get a room on the side with a view of the canal. Stunning view from the Sky Lunch / Bar and the roof top swimming pool, although a bit small, is a great place to enjoy the sun.You can also request free 24h WiFi vouchers for access in the lobby / lounge which is a plus when you have to pay for WiFi in Venice.Last but not least, it's located in a less crowded area of Venice, giving you a bit of a break from the noise and "tourist stress".

It's one thing to pay a lot for a room that is very nice. It is another to pay $8 for a small bottle of water, $20 for a bloody marry. They should wear masks when they wait on you because it is truly highway robbery!

To short, but really very nice....

Hotel was fantastically situated and was of excellent class with a free shuttle to and from the main island all day long. Downside was food and drink prices although many places weren't loads cheaper some of the local restaurants were. A fab stay and hotel!

Stayed as tourists with other family members. fantastic Hotel. Shame we arrived too early to use the swimming pool facilities.! Amazing views too from the roof terrace ! Unfortuneatley the hotel Restaurant looked wonderful, but we were not in the financial position to eat there,and went out too eat. We did assume that a 5star rating might be out of our reach ...and it was. Nevertehless we still had a Magnificent breakfast..the best we've ever experienced, and the ambience of the Hotel was overall a wonderful experience. !

We will go back to this hotel when next in Venice. 5 minute free water taxi back to Venice. Quiet. Best breakfast spread i have ever seen in Europe. Not a great dinner experience in either hotel restaurant we tried but there are so many good places to go in Venice that it doesn't matter.

This hotel was very easy to get to. We took Ali Lagauna shuttle from Cruise terminal. Cost 8 Euro. Dropped us in front of the door. Room very specious. Breakfast was really great. ( Pay on line verses paying there. ) Restaurants and bars were kind of Pricey. Shuttle to Zaitte, and Saint Mark were very easy and frequent. Gave us extra experience in Water. We stayed on April 1st and 2nd, it was cold and dreary. St Mark was full of people. Out of front door take right cross 2 bridges and there is a small pizza place. very good pizza for 7 Euros. I think they deliver also. Restaurant past few doors was good but pricey. Hotel was well worth the money.

Although elegant and refurbished, pricing of the Venice Molino Stucky Hilton is not justified. Everything in that Hotel is charged extra -like the basic and fairly poor breakfast (included in price of room in every other hotel we've been to in Italy) Internet - so slow that it didn't realy work - no refund policy strictly applied (in my country free Wi-Fi is a basic service in Hotels and restaurants as allowing the use of bathroom or hands washing). Swimming pool and Gym were closed, side lamp in bedroom was available only on my wife's side and the bathtub was broken. In short - Fawlty Towers service at Hilton's Premium prices.

All though the hotel is little bit out of way, it has very efficient shuttle system to get you back and forth to San Marcos. The rooms were very large, staff very courteous and helpful. It was very easy to get to from Cruise Ship terminal via ALI LAGUANA boat. 8.00 Euro, and it was to door service. Ride to the airport was from the front door and costed 15 Euros. Will stay again if a need ever arises. Bars and Restaurants bit pricey. Out of hotel to the left, cross 2 bridges and find a very small pizza place. Whole pizza for 8 Euro.

The Hotel is a complex of several buildings. Some are better than others. Stay at the GUIDECCA building and you should be alright- Most the room do not have the 'water view' facing Venice, but the other side which is more city view, but also has water. Our room was very nice and spacious. (I asked for the "suite" which is a corner room with a small living room (with no TV) leading into the bedroom separated by a door. this room had 5 windows- nice.The first building we were sent to was a much smaller room, and the entire building smelled a little of mold. I asked to change as I KNEW they weren't evn close to being full, and they said OK.Don't eat or drink here. It is ridiculously expensive. Just get on the Hilton Molino boat which leaves about every 20-40 minutes and get off at San Marco Square and eat there. You can get provisions for your room if you walk out the front of the hotel, turn right, and go all the way past another taxi station. There on your right is a farmacy- Take the street before the farmacy right and go to the COOP. It's a grocery store that has normal food pricing. Stock up there and bring it back- If you order food at the Hotel you will pay!

expected much more for hilton. no amenities except shampoo conditioner and soap. not a convenient place if you are after going to san marco. i suppose its a good stay in the summer when the pool and lounge on the roof deck is open. it was cold and rainy when we went. it was easy enough to take a public transit boat to the palanca stop and walk over to the hotel, but it will be very difficult if you have more than one large luggage per person. if i had to go back to venice, wuould i stay there again? maybe. then again i didn't see any other hotel that i felt i would stay in either. most others were hole in the wall places... hope this helps

Wonderful! The staff could not do enough for us. The hotel was luxurious and comfortable and the shuttle boat made getting to Venice no problem at all.

Really liked being away from the main hustle & bustle. also super to be able to lol at the main waterfront from the Giaducca waterfront. The lights at night were superb. The courtesy ferry was convenient and local vaporetto buses useful. Good location - easy access to all.

The hotel is located on one end of the island of Giudecca, which is quiet, close to the city center and is easily accessible with the airport shuttle and the free Hotel shuttle. Its masive building is a historical mill, which has been beautifully restored for its new purpose. Nice and comfortable rooms, very kind and professional personnel. A light smell in some areas, but not in our room. Only the booking informations over hotel.com where poorly transfered to the hotel, causing a little loss of time, but everything has quickly be managed by the hotel team.

Nice hotel, located outside ou main venice area, so to move you need to suttle boat of the hotel, every 30 min. Very good breakfeast, but the room were very small (for a 5 star hotel.

First class service....you couldn't ask for anything more. The free water taxi to San Marcos Square was so convenient and saved us a lot of time. A friendly staff who were always willing to go out of their way to help. A little off the beaten path, but some nice neighborhood shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Usual Hilton type hotel comfortable adult daughter loved the Buffett breakfast after backpacking for 2 months. The hotel free ferry was an added bonus to get across the canal to the main islands but you still need to get a vaporetti pass to travel and explore rest of Venice economically Like many 5 star hotels once inside could have been anywhere but if happy to explore all day and then return to the quiet of one of the residential Venetian islands this was no problem. Good rates for off season and in the middle of Carnivale Only criticism of hotel maintenance was a mouldy damp smell outside our room but room was fine . The hotel staff were professional and friendly which contrasted with an overall impression that most Venetians were over tourists even when shops and restaurants were empty in February - maybe the winter was affecting their collective mood

A great hotel. Probably the best you're going to find in Venice. The free hotel boat transfer was reliable and on time but you do have to do a bit of planning as they are not super frequent and half of the transfers don't take you to San Marco. Wifi access is expensive but overall a great stay.

Great hotel. Clean and friendly. It's not super luxury for a five star. The views of Venice and the shuttle boat make up for it.

It was a comfortable and well run hotel.

The hotel and service was really excellent. I have rarely met more welcoming staff. Restaurants and bars were also top notch both with regards to quality and service. The hotel is situated on a small island seperate to the main part of Venezia and the shuttle boat service was not adequate. The frequency was fine but several times people were left behind because the boat was too small.

Great property. Loved the fragrance of the lobbies and room. Great view from the window (u shud choose for it). Very good and realible shuttle service to get to the citycenter in 10 mins, which starts early in the mornign till 12 in the night. Great breakfast. Very clean and the service was defintly a 5 star level. The rooftop lounge is awesome. Great view from there. Just that the internet is very expensive. 24 Euros per day (in a package). Tho the hotel was so guest friendly that they gave us free internet access in room when the concierg computer wasnt working. Overall a must to stay place in Venice.

we were there over the Christmas holiday and the hotel was very comfortable, upgraded us to a room with a water view. Nice lounge area for drinks and snacks and good mix of restaurants in the hotel. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quite large.

This hotel is across the canal away from all the crowds which for us was great. We were upgraded to a fantastic room with views across to St Marks Sq etc. The tourist areas are a short boat ride away. Being a Hilton hotel all additional services were expensive but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants over in the tourist areas. Either Hotels.com or the hotel itself should provide directions from the train station etc as you can only get to the hotel by boat. You can't use your GPS! We actually rang ahead from another hotel before we arrived so it wasn't too bad for us. Its just a matter of getting the right ferry

Loved this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. Hotel has a free boat to the other side of the canal that ran frequently and late. Rooftop bar was slightly overpriced. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff was very helpful with our check in and with guiding us around Venice. Consierge was very informative and honest. This hotel made me want to stay an extra night in Venice!

We were upgraded to a corner room with canal views both ways. Very comfortable and well appointed. Despite its rating the hotel was relaxed and informal (although we did not use the bar or restaurant in the evenings). The location was excellent, the main city being readily accessible via the frequent hotel launch, and the Giudecca being interesting in itself for wandering around & getting something of a flavour of local life. Breakfast, included with our package, was superb (thinking particularly of the cold selection) and enhanced by the prosecco! A tip - ask for a cappuccino or expresso rather than just 'coffee' as it is of higher quality. Another tip - check the itinerary notices in reception for the cruise and tour parties, in order to avoid breakfast at particularly busy times.

If you don't mind being a short shuttle bus ride away from the action then the great views and good value for money make this a good alternative to exensive hotels on the Grand Canals

immaculate room and very professional service. Our bags when missing on route and staff loaded us up on everything we needed until they arrived. Loved being one step back from craziness of main tourist attractions with the bonus of water transport to take us there in five minutes. Fabulous. This seriously has to be the best breakfast Ive ever had anywhere in the world. Top rate. Everything you could possibly think of and then more. Thank you.

Second visit to this hotel. Excellent. Despite location client boat service more than compensates. Staff helpful and very pleasant. Difficulties for disabled as you would expect in venice - getting on and off boats and bridges. would stay here again having experienced a number of outdated, drab hotels.

An impressive hotel, which in a previous life had been a flour mill & pasta factory. Had booked a king size room, but ended up with a suite large enough for a dance! Breakfast was superb, including the Prosecco. Although the hotel is not on the main island of Venice this is not a problem as a frequent shuttle service operates back & forward across the Giudecca Canal. If you are into spotting cruise ships arriving & departing Venice this is the place to be.

Although far from the cheapest hotel in Venice, the Molino Stucky Hilton was great hotel to stay in. It's not on the same island as San Marco and the main attractions, but the hotel runs a free shuttle from 8am to about 1am. I'd recommend adding the executive lounge with free beer, wine, spirits and canapes as it definitely saved us money by having a few before going out.

We came off a Regent's Cruise. We had stayed at a Regent's recommended hotel in Monte Carlo (The Fairmont) ,prior to our cruise, and it was great (rooms, service, location)! The Hilton Molino Stucky failed on all three.

The hotel was wonderful, the girl at the customer relations desk was the greatest, helping us with reservations, cabs and just general information.

We stayed for one night after our cruise. Check in was quick and easy. The complimentary water shuttle from St. Marks Square worked very well and the staff were very helpful in supplying information about taking a water taxi or water bus to the airport. The breakfast was fine but not fantastic, mainly because the food and coffee could have been hotter. The selection of breakfast foods was good. The room and especially the bed was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure.

Loved the hotel, service and friendly efficient staff. Breakfast was wonderful. Not on Venice Island but the free hotel shuttle boat has a frequent timetable and conveys guests to Zaterre or San Marco. There is also a free return water taxi service to Murano Island to visit the glass factory. However beware - the taxi drops you at "San Marco" on your return, but not on the coast where the Cathedral and San Marco Pier is situated but at the other side of the peninsular near to the Hospital, a 15 minute walk to the Pzza San Marco. Overall a superb few days in a beautiful city and an outstanding hotel.

Stayed for one night after disembarking from a cruise. It's a beautiful property with a fabulous rooftop pool. The room was lovely and large, and the breakfast was very good. We very much enjoyed our stay here! It's a Hilton property - need one say more?

The Hilton Molino Stucky is a great hotel - it's very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only challenge is that you have to catch the shuttle to get there, which can be challenging if you are in between times. With that being said the shuttle service drops you to a convenient location, and mostly the timings are easy to work around. I highly recommend this hotel for those staying in Venice.

A great hotel which ran like a well oiled machine.

Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room (King Delux with view) could have been improved by a dressing table with mirror, or a mobile mirror for my wife - all the mirrors were in the bathroom or on the bathroom door. Also there was a broken electrical light fitting (no bulb, just wires) visible on one wall, and the decor could have done with freshening up a bit- it was not bad but it was showing its age a bit both in style and condition. Positives: breakfasts were excellent, all staff were courteous and some were also friendly. Cleanliness, location, ameneties and quality of service were all very good indeed. Boat shuttle service very good. Only a few details stop me from giving top marks.
