The hotel was convenient and close to all the sights. The layout of the suite was perfect for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was a little rough, but we aren't that picky. The kitchen was a big help for us to save a little money on the food in the theme parks.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was wonderful!

Based on the description, I was under the impression that this hotel was in the Downtown Disney area, on Disney property. That is not the case. It is actually about two miles away from this area. Even though it is really a condo (not exactly a hotel), you still expect basic daily services such as making the bed, replacing the towels, taking out the trash. However, this will cost you an extra $5-$30 per day, depending on the services you want. When you are in this price range, you expect these basic services to be included. We usually stay in two bedroom condo-style rooms since we travel with two toddlers, and have never paid extra for basic housekeeping. The worst part was the beds, which were hard (like sleeping on a big saltine cracker) with hard, flat pillows. Ugh- not what you want after long days at the parks. The pirate ship pool was really cool, but more for older kids since the slide has a 48" height requirement. On a positive note, the rooms have obviously been remodeled recently and are clean.

We had a different unit than last time although thought we booked a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. We ended up with only 2 bathrooms and that shared bathroom was small rather than the two large jacuzzi tubs we had in two of the bathrooms last time. Guess we'll have to check better next time. Because we do like the place and foundit very nice for our family. We really enjoyed the large pool and the kids thought the pirate ship was cool!

Upon our arrival the toilet was clogged and it took forever to reach the front desk. We had to walk to the main building to report it. The rugs were filthy and the guest bathroom had black mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. Beds were clean and comfortable enough. We had 8 guests but the hotel supplied 6 towels? We reserved a portable crib which was not available until an hour after we checked in and after traveling all day with a baby, that seemed like forever! Overall a pleasant facility but I was disgusted with the carpets because we had a crawling baby with us who got filthy from the floors. Nasty!!!!

This was a very comfy hotel / apartment. Some days I was tempted to stay in rather than go to the parks. The suite was huge, clean. I got everything I hope would be here when I booked the room plus 100% more. I don't need to look anymore for accommodation when visiting Orlando, I found the ideal !!!!

We enjoyed our stay as always. Whenever we visit Orlando we always stay here. The rooms were clean. The employees were very helpful.

Awesome hotel!!!

They put us in an uncleaned room, we agreed that they could come clean it instead of moving us, 5 hours later nothing had happened after a couple calls. So then we called a little aggravated because they had done nothing and then they moved us. After that all was well.

This is a MUST DO AGAIN!!!!! Wonderful resort, close to all the parks. The room was so very clean, the front desk staff awesome, the pirate ship pool was great. Nice little store with all the items you may need. Can't wait to go back!

Had a great time!!! Love this hotel very clean !!! I can't think of anything but good things about this hotel. Would stay here again. Pizza Hut on site was very good too. Loved the location too.

The bed sheets had not been changed and it was to late when we realized this. The next morning we asked that they be changed. At 6PM we came back, but nothing was done. We stop at the reception again before going out, to tell them about it. When we came back at 11PM, we had the bed sheets on the table. So on top of having to sleep the first night in dirty bed sheets, the next day I had to do it myself. POOR SERVICE. The room also needs maintenance. The toilet fan is so loud, that we had to keep the light off. The smell in the shower smelled like sewage.

Our second stay here has lived up to the hype after an impressive first stay last year. It is fun and convenient. Large rooms with full kitchen and jetted tub in master bedroom make this an excellent value. Both times we have stayed here, we have enjoyed a day at the parks as well as a day at the water park that is the pool here.

2nd time here..very clean, comfortable and spacious. Will keep coming back. Great location and close to all the attractions. Kids really enjoyed it, TV's in each room.

we had a wonderful stay in a two bedroom antigua suite overlooking the pool it was very comfortable and had everything you needed and more in a self contained apartment - our 2 children aged 11 and 7 enjoyed the pool area with its pirate waterslide and fountains. its close to disney parks ( easy self drive or shuttle) ............would definately recommend this hotel

Absolutely wonderful! Will stay here every time.

VERY NICE HOTEL AREAS GREAT STAFF NICE AND CLEAN SUITE VERY GLAD TO BE THERE

We rented a four bedroom condo for three couples, two children. The rooms were very large and the living room/ kitchen/ dinning area were roomy. It met our needs wonderfully. Loved having four bathrooms and a tv with cable in each room and the living room. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. The pool for the kids was great, they loved it! The quiet pool would have been nice if we didn't have the kids with us. The hotel was close to the parks, although it is very difficult to find your way back from the parks. The exit is well hidden. The front desk staff are courteous and helped us with our stroller and scooter pick up and return. I would recommend this hotel to families and would stay here again. It met our needs. We ate at the pub on site several times and had really good food.

We have stayed numerous times in the last 5 years. The hotel is starting to show its age, but the beachfront location with a beach front bar and restaurant are hard to pass up. The service is always excellent. This time we brought a four year old with us and she proceeded to run headlong into the closed sliding glass door in the room. There was not a decal to indicate the door was closed, the hotel response was we figured people would know when the door was closed. Will I go back? First I am going to check out the cost of the next door condos! Oh and kudos to Joel, he always gave us excellent service. If you stay you should get a beach seat, seats two and you get an umbrella too for under $27 for the day!

The staff out at the pool helped us take pictures and inside the hotel everyone was helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The room was huge and had all that we needed. The small grocery store on site was helpful too!

Was nice ,just wish it was closer to park. But overall very nice!

I rent one room with 3 bedroom for only one night we check in late and next day moorning we check out Thank God.!!!! because the pictures of this hotel is not matching the real rooms was durty smell disgusting was set of nice coffe but was not a coffe pot only 2 towels in the 3 bedroom apt we call and request towels and coffe pot they never show up carpet smell this place is in urgent need of update

This resort was wonderful!!! It has a Pizza Hut, resteraunt, spa, and store on site. There are several pools and hot tubs, one of which has a huge Pirate Ship and slide for the kids. Pool side food and drinks are available, as well as arts and crafts for the kids! Pool side hammocks with music playing in the background while sipping a nice beverage is a definite YES!! Rooms were spacious and had everything you could need! The only downsides where that some of the furniture was worn and the TV was super outdated. If you are coming here with kids then this is the perfect place for you!!! Soo many huge bathrooms, tubs, and showers too!

Great hotel! Our room was modern and clean. Had all the essentials. Had a store on sight with everything u could possibly need. Only two complaints. First was the pools were not sufficiently heated so it was cold to swim. Second, we stayed in a room with a view if the main pool and the spot lights used to light the pool at night were very bright. The windows were only covered with whit plantation blinds and no drapes of any sort... So the rooms at night were not very dark. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was nicer than expected. Hotel staff very helpful. Location allows easy driving to all attractions or cab for amount of parking in lots. Dinning available for all tastes and price point.

The so called firework view was in realty a view directly on a big motorway and a construction site. Altough we offered to pay an upgrade the staff of the hotel was completely unwilling to change the room and was unbelieveable rude and unfriendly and so we changed the hotel after one night.

We enjoyed our stay expect our view was of the back side of the outlet mall next door. They were renovating two of the stores and work crews started hammering and filling dumpsters between 9 & 10 each morning.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great - plenty of room, comfortable. Within 2 miles of Disney.

Overall, the stay was good. Our room could have been cleaned better i.e. found boxers in the washing machine and bobby pins on the carpet, but otherwise, the room and pools were great.

Rooms were big and spacious. Only drawback is the extra charges to clean room and fresh towels.

First of all, front desk staff was impatient and rushed me through check-in. I booked a fireworks room view, paid more for it, but did not get it. Instead I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit which didn't matter because it was only my husbad, myself and our 7 year old traveling. When I asked to repeat the directions to our unit they looked at me like I had three heads. The Rooms are spacious and close to Disney That is the only positive. The cable only works 50 percent of the time. The mattresses , pillows and linens are in need of being replaced. I would never stay here again.

Hotel was overall ok. We did not like that the building we were in only had one entrance and the room had a weird smell when we arrived and the smell seemed to linger on every evening when we returned from the parks.

Good and convenient hotel, fun and relaxed atmosphere around main pool. Excelllent room facilities. Great for familiies.

Light bulbs and ceiling fan not working in room. Constant dishwasher alarm went off throughout evening. No coffee or continental breakfast downstairs.

the hotel was close to all the major sites that we wanted to see. The outside appearance of the hotel was well kept up. The room itself was well setup but dated. The sofa was uncomtable to sit on and the furiture was chipped and broken. The dryer had a mind on it's own. After many tries you just learned that you could dry for only a few minutes. Also there should be no smoking around the kids pool. We were only able to stay for a short time. Over all an updated room and no smoking in kids areas would improved our stay.

We were only there for one night and they did not have a room ready for us when we arrived at 3:50PM, just 10 minutes before check-in time. We wouldn't have minded so much if the desk clerk had been friendly and direct when we asked how long the wait would be. Fortunately there are nice shops right next door so we had a place to kill some time. The room was very nice once we got in. Although we were only in town for one night they had the kitchen set up with everything you would need for an extended stay. I feel the price was reasonable and the location is convienent if you were going to the parks.
