the hotel room was a great size, however we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. on this basis alone i would not recommend it to others, the room and bathroom was in a discussing state

The one negative was the location of the hotel. It was in a tourist area where you have resturants and can walk to the beach, but is a long distance from the Madena and other things we wanted to go to. Although the taxi's were not expesive, it would have been nice to be closer to those areas. Note: It was aslo a challange to communicate with the staff. Since all of us are english speaker, it was difficult to find someone who could speak English. Note: We exected this on the trip, but it did have it's challanges at the hotel Overall a nice hotel, the locations was the main issue.

This hotel is an example of nice to look at pictures. It must have been a really nice hotel years ago but now is in need of a general make over. It is not 4* but possibly a 2+. The hotel lobby is shabby with the once nice leather sofas worn with holes in them. The hotel lifts are to say the least slow and old. The corridors in the hotel are dirty and need a clean paint. The downstairs bar area at one point would have been beautiful but the glass roof now leaks. I didnt eat in the restaurant apart from breakfast which was a very poor buffet made up of a lot of sticky bread. It was again badly fitted and needed a good update. The bedroom was a good size but the wind howled through the balcony door when shut and locked. Usually there is a good staff to make up for the hotel lacking in other areas but unfortunately this wasn't the case in the main apart from a couple who went out their way to help. From the general manager to the front desk staff there was a bad attitude. Lots of promises and no action. The general manager when approached was full of nice excuses but his staff had no respect for him either. I would not recommend this hotel unless you stayed there for a very cheap price with your eys shut.

The hotel is very is located at a very convenient location close to to the sea,caffees,resturants and many other interesting places. The staff very helpfull,good dinning and breakfast facities.

The Hotel was lovely for the most part. Unfortunately my husband and I both experienced extremely rude service at the front desk by one individual. At two separate occasions we were shouted at by a male attendant when we asked about a wake up call and paying the bill. This happened on the evening of March 30. We were shocked and for this reason we would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely place ,with the touch of the exotic Morocco. The seaside so close and the walking area by the cornichre fantastic!!!!!!!!! Yumi breakfast . We will defenitely come back!

Bon séjour, mais une grosse remarque quand même. Nous avons apprécié qu'un ordinateur avec connection Internet soit mis à disposition de tous les clients. Cependant, il faudrait dire à l'administrateur réseau de faire attention à fermer sa session avant de quitter l'ordinateur, celà evitera que tout le monde, surtout les enfants, vois les photos de femmes dénudées mis sur son fond d'écran. C'est d'autant plus choquant que dans ce pays musulman, les femmes se baignent habillé pour ne pas se montrer en maillot de bain...
