Great position. Small rooms. Bathroom needed better cleaning. Not impressed with restaurant at all. Staff helpful. Wouldn't call it 5*, more like 4*.

We stayed at the Parmelia Hilton because we were seeing Adam Hills at the convention centre. Great location and close to the new Cuty Square development. Great hotel. Friendly service really helpful. Don't get sprung with the $50 valet charge. We did our homework and we were prepared.

On a recent quick trip to SE Asia we needed to stay in Perth overnight before flying at 0600 and chose the Parmelia. It was a good choice as we had good nights sleep before heading out and the location while in central Perth still afforded a quick access to the International Terminal at that time of the day. Staff were very attentive and offered advice as requested and were very efficient . Room conditions were of a high standard. We would be happy to recommend he Parmelia.

Comfortable hotel close to centre of Perth. Only negative was the steep cost of parking, although we did find it possible to park safely and at no cost on the street at certain times of the weekend.

Overall we found this hotel very lame compared to other Hilton hotels around the globe. Our room was small and cramped and the swimming pool was more like a paddling pool..

Very poor service from the reception staff.

Superficially nice looking but not worth the money... totally overpriced for what you get. There are many better options in Perth. I won't be going back

Disappointed with bathroom, more like 2 star hotel. Three Hotel staff gave us all different prices for parking. Then we were charged twice at the most expensive quote on our express checkout bill. Needless to say we had to do the old fashioned hotel checkout. Breakfast was terrific.

Thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay at the Parmelia Hilton. Room was very clean. The hotel reminded me of hotels about 10yrs or so ago. Don't get me wrong, I like this style. The bathroom was fully equipped with the usual essentials plus toothbrush and paste, shoe shine, sewing kit. It's been years since I've seen all this and that includes 4 star hotels in Asia. Well done Parmelia. One drawback was the view of the offices from my room window.

Getting charged $15 for ice, need I say anymore.

Always love staying at the Parmelia Hilton. It's close to the city centre, the staff are incredible and the valet parking is stress free because, unlike other hotels we've stayed at, we don't need to look for alternative parking if it's full, it's all taken care of for us. Thanks again and see you next time.

Over all is perfect.

Hotel has been well maintained and although not as slick as a lot of the newer hotels, it was by far more comfortable. beds and pillows were very luxurious and office chair was top notch. also good gym/pool facilities. Looking forward to staying again.

Excellent hotel, parking very expensive, food was amazing. Would definitely book again.

Whilst I find the location of the hotel quite convenient (near the offices where I visit), I was quite dissappointed at the state of the room. It was old and looked run-down. The bathroom has not seen a touch-up in decades, and the floor, walls and ceiling was stained - I don't want to even think with what. I would not rate the hotel staff as being "friendy" but rather like talking to machines. Maybe just an Aussie thing. The rates are also exorbitant, although in fairness this is seen everywhere in Perth. This was my first visit to a Hilton hotel, and based on this hotel I would skip the Hilton in other places in the world. I have other favorites that has never dissappointed me. Even a 3-star hotel in Asia would beat this one hands-down. Sorry Hilton.

Room rate good, but breakfast, valet parking costs very high. The imposition of a 1.5% surcharge for using a credit card is unacceptable. From being the grande dame of Perth hotels 40 years ago, the Parmelia is looking a little tired.

Excellent hotel with great facilities located right in the centre of Perth close to all amenities

WE ENJOYED OURSELVES VERY MUCH WITH THE LOCATION, QUIE PEACFULL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF VARIOUS SERVICES LEISURE WALKS, RENTAL CARS & FOOD OUTLETS

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was unsurpassed by any we have experienced before. Loved it.

Staying at the Parmelia Hilton is always a pleasure. It's in the CBD, and has valet parking. The staff are always pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, well furnished and the bed is very comfortable. 2 restaurants, we rate Adelphi Steakhouse and and Bar the better of the two, but tends to be noisy at times. The staff are magnificent, very efficient, always courteous and pleasant even when extremely busy, and obviously all very well trained and competent. The Globe is more formal, and we were not as happy with the dinner menu (breakfast is great, though). Again, the staff are superb. We keep going back, as long as we can get a room at a price we can afford, which between the Hilton and other websites, we usually can.

No room service after 10:00pm. The Bar area noisy food basic . No quiet lounge area to relax in. On check out ,mistake made over charged for room . Apart from all the above it fine ..

From the moment you enter the door, this is an experience to remember. The service; second to none. Concierge and valet service the friendliest I have encountered.

The beds, pillow and linen are awesome - feels heavenly. Breakfast is to die for a brilliant range. Customer service exceptional, everyone so pleasing and happy to help. Love the place - we'll be back :)

The Parmelia Hilton was an amazing hotel. We arrived just going on 7pm to find that they had overbooked and we were then upgraded to a King Superior Deluxe Suite. We were treated to chocolates when we checked in from the lobby staff (bonus!!) The Room was absolutely stunning on the inside. The suite had two entrances with only one accessible by room key. The bathroom was stunning with fabulous Crabtree and Evelyn products (expensive) and it was even equipped with a magnifying mirror (easy to do my make- up in). The floors in the bathroom were marble and there was a double vanity; convenient for two people. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and ensured that we had a fabulous stay. I would definitely go back there again! The only trouble was there was no parking at the hotel, so we had to park a distance away and walk. Nothing like a bit of fresh air and exercise!! Great hotel!
