The hotel was fine. It was nice to have the kitchenette and the balcony overlooked the water. The small village Eza Vista is in is incredible. It is over a thousand years old and truly amazing to walk through. The only thing I didn't care for at the hotel was the foul odor in the hallway. Our room was clean though and did not smell.

We were initially shocked to see the size and nature of the room, as we expected a 4 star hotel, our feelings at the end were that although it is more like a 2.5 - 3 star hotel we were still happy with the place.The aircon in our room was not fantastic and the bed was not too comfortable.But after considering the other hotels in the area, this is still a good, cost effective hotel, although you need to be prepared for the EUR75 charge for the taxi from Nice. We would consider staying closer to the sea for any future trips even though we enjoy the quiet that was Eze Village.

The place was at the top of a mountain and so a bit hard to find. The staff were kind and smart but lacked any sort of warmth in our conversations. We ordered a place for 6 people but it only gave us 2 double beds and a sofa bed. The Rooms were downstairs from the lobby and our view was a road filled with busses running through every 5 minutes. The Ceiling was not very clean and it always felt like something was going to fall through any time. When We asked her to mark a map for a restaurant, she took more than 10 minutes to figure out where the area was. I would just think that this hotel is for people who can't find other hotels that are cleaner, more comfortable and more unique.

Great location, beautiful views. Also very accomodating for small children. also loved the pool at the end of a hot day.

The garage of the hotel smells really awful. The kitchen of the room and the hall way to the room smelled bad. The location was good and the service isn't bad except for the wifi was not free.

Pefect location to drive to monte Carlo & Italy. Stunning place, I hope to return.

My reservation was for a room where sleeps 5 guests, however we got a room that sleeps only for 4. The sleeping sofa was very uncomfortable. For the amount that I paid I could get a better place in the village. I also asked for two room o be next two each other for my other party and I it was in two separate floors.

Everything is so near from the local boulangerie for breakfast pasteries to the village itself. Nice pool that didn't get overcrowded in late June anyway. Get a garden room if possible as it is well worth it although the views from all rooms seem good. Despite other reviews we found the staff very pleasant and helpful.

Loved my stay there. Went out for lot's of walks and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. Eze is such a beautiful area. Easy bus ride to Nice and back.

It was acceptable. Just. The good things were the amount of space in the apartment; the location near Eze; the parking. But these were outweighed by the bad things. It was very noisy. There were children running up and down the hallway outside our door at 9.30pm (and the parents talking loudly and not stopping them); cars revving up and down the driveway outside our balcony all day; the people below us having a party and smoking on their grass lawn which made our balcony unuseable. The WIFI was hopeless - it would only work up to 3 feet from the reception desk - not on the pool deck as they promised. We were glad we were only here for one night. It wasn't relaxing at all.

We stayed only one night in a two-bedroom suite. Didn't expect it, but it had a full kitchen, dining table, living room, and table and chairs on the good-sized balcony. Beds were fairly comfortable. Eze is literally right there, and is really nice to walk through at night (with the daytrippers gone). An incredible restaurant right across the street that is straight out of a dream (or Alice in Wonderland) - maybe the coolest dining experience I have ever had, especially given that we didn't know anything about it, and just stumbled upon it.

Eze Vista is conveniently located for travelers and is within an easy five minutes walking distance of sights in Eze. Rooms are spacious and clean, including small refrigerator, microwave and stovetop. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful with regard to travel needs, such as arranging for taxi service to train station. Very good value .

very happy with our stay here, only suggestion would be brighter lighting and updated decor/color needed in living space. And more pillows in bedrooms. very clean and happy with your staff and accomidations and would stay again.

The staff was very freindly and the service was great. Great location, had a beautiful view of the Sea. Eze was an awsome little town. Must go visit the Medievil village on the hilltop. Monaco was a convienient drive away.

We stayed in the two bedroom unit for 4 adults and 2 children. The place is definitely spacious enough and bedding arrangement adequate for 6 adults. What we appreciated the most was even the hotel info published there's only one bathroom these family units actually contain a full bathroom of good size plus a separate toilet. And unlike other budget family hotels that charge separately for linens and towels, and possibly cleaning fee if you don't do it yourself at departure, all that including daily cleaning service is free!

The people who work at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I ended up extending my stay an extra two nights because of the young lady working there. The room had a very comfortable bed and came equipped with everything an apartment would have: all appliances, cooking utensils, linens, etc. My only complaint was that this hotel accepts student groups. The management asked the teenagers to quiet down but they didn't comply. The chaperones were nowhere to be found. This happened on my second night. The third night was fine. One tip: In order to have a good view of the sea from your balcony, you need to be on at least the second floor and on the right hand side of the hotel (as you are facing the sea.) Otherwise, your view from the upper floors will be blocked by trees. The rooms on the ground floor( where I stayed) are studios and you can only have a sea view if you are standing up. If you are sitting on the terrace, you will not be able to see.

The hotel"s position was a pleasant surprise as it was right in the middle of Eze village. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was available should you require it but the hotel is surrounded by cafes and restaurants to meet any budget. I would recommend this hotel being excellently positioned and very good value for money.

Location of Eza village is very nice, the deck is with great view! Room is clean and comfortable, but service is very minimal, it's just like service apartment style. The male staff's attitude is a bit luckwarm.

this place was perfect for us... BEAUTIFUL location, great staff, and we stayed in a great 2 bedroom "apartment" that had all the amenities we needed. also, a nice grocery down the street, a FANTASTIC restaurant right across the street, and the beautiful old city of Eze right above us. Very close to Nice, Monaco, and Italy. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, convienient location, great views.

The staff was excellent+++. Room was very clean and comfortable for our needs. Only stayed one night but would stay again. We were on a tight schedule actually visiting from Tennessee. this area is beautiful.

This place is great! I hesitated when I saw the reviews about surly staff, but I found them to be quite pleasant. The room was large and comfortable, and we used the well-equipped kitchen to cook a wonderful pasta dinner with food from the local grocery (an short & easy walk). We ate it on the lovely balcony with a great view. The only downside was the pool -- it had overly restrictive hours, wasn't heated and didn't look very well-maintained, but everything else about the hotel more than made up for it. Highly recommend!

The room/apartment was very large and clean for the most part. However it was promised as a nonsmoking room which had heavy smells of past smokers. The only other complaint was the sofa bed cover was filthy and had an overpowering smell of cheap perfume.

The location of the hotel and size of the room were good. We were given a room with a view of the ocean which was nice. The downside was that the property has not been well-maintained. The halls were dark and musty smelling and the sofa and curtains were stained. For the cost of the rooms a new coat of paint and replacement of worn furnishings seems justified.

Terrible hotel, dirty, run down, very poor service, not confortable at all. Avoid.

The only thing which let this hotel down was the poor or lack of maintenance. Eze is a nice village to base yourself and only a 10 minute drive into Monaco. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the accomdation for the five of us was perfect. The view is fantastic. The apartments are well equipped, it's just a shame that they don't stay on top of maintenance when things dont work or are broken.

The staff at the front desk is the worst ever. No customer service, they are sarcastic and make you feel that you are not welcome during your stay. They need to learn customer service at any hotel in the US. The rooms were average and it needs an upgrade.

the best thing about the hotel is where it is. fantastic location. It's quite basic accomodation though for the price & not very comfortable beds. pool is better in the photos than real life. Staff are very friendly and helpful though and it was perfectly clean.

These apart-hotels were lovely. This view wasn't that great but having a balcony and well equiped modern kitchen was still fabulous! The staff were delightful, very bubbly and helpful. Although on quite a busy road traffic noise wasn't a problem. Located very near the old town of Eze it is also quite a short drive 10-15min to either Nice or Monaco. There are beautiful views to be had from the top of the Eze village in the Jardin..well worth the steps! The little supermarket nearby was well stocked and seemed to be reasonably priced.

Picturesque hotel situated in the hills between Nice and Monaco. Car and a good map needed if coming from Nice airport. Private parking, for a price. Trusted the area and parked outside the hotel complex overnight. Cafe Eza were a great help, giving us 'takeaway', handing our plates and cutlery back the next day before we left. Large and well kept rooms. Expensive prices for internet access only downfall

Pros: 1- Location: 100 meters fron the Eze village which is a must see. On the medium corniche. Everything within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants (Eze cafe and colette very good). 2- Installations. recently build , so everything works. Nice cafeteria and terraces. 3- Good rooms. We had a two bedroom with good space, good bathroon and well equiped kitchenette. Cons 1- Service: Simply put this is more a rented apartments style than a hotel. Front desk closes at 8 pm. The power key on the Tv remote was broken... solution = do it mnually sir!! 2- Internet access = only available a the reception area and at 5 euros per hour, ouch!!!! This is really a dealbraker for me. 3- Cleaning = had to supervise the lady.. a couple of days did not picked up garbage.

This hotel was perfect for our family who was planning to visit Eze, Monaco area for two nights. The beds were comfortable...even the sofa bed. Much better than those in the States. Being able to walk to the market and top of Eze, was great. The restaurant down the street (not sure of the name) was ok, not great but good enough. The pool was very pretty. We can't complain at all!

The location of this hotel (apt.) was wonderful. The apt. was rather tight (no need for the table near the bed and window to the grassy patio area).

L'hôtel est bien entretenu, les chambres sont agréables et confortables. Il manque des petites choses (éponge, produit vaisselle, thé/café) pour rendre cet apart-hôtel encore plus convaincant. Pas de Wifi dans les chambres, il faut aller à l'accueil. La piscine est dispo et agréable.

Det var nära till det lilla centret. Ville man inte äta frukost på hotellet så fanns det en liten affär där man kunde handla det mesta eftersom det fanns kök på rummet. Det fanns också ett Café bredvid som serverade frukost till en billigare peng. Vi bodde där i 3 nätter, men det räcker med 2 eftersom byn är väldigt liten. Vi hade marklägenhet så utsikten var begränsad. Bra parkerings garage.

Mycket trevligt och nära Eze. Liten pool. Trevlig personal.

The hotel looks much nicer on the internet than in reak life. The pool area is incredible dull and nothing you would like to use. You think you are in a relaxed area, but rooms are very noisy at nights. During the day there are an extremely trafic on the back side where the balconies are as busses drive back and forth with people visiting the Fragonard parfume factory next door. In the morning when you have breakfast on the balcony you have busses passing by every second minute or so. It is not just for a second or so as the busses have to move around several 180 degree curves and utilize the motor breaks or the gas a lot. to move on the hilly road. One thing is clear. We are not going to stay once again in this over charging hotel.

Hotel quelque peu bruyant entre 0h et 2h00! Vis à vis avec le bal quotidient des autocars venant visiter la parfumerie. État du canapé sâle... Pas de Wifi dans les appartements, que dans le hall d'entrée et limité en accès ce qui est un comble dans un ****. Nous en retiendrons un rapport qualité - prix en dessous de nos attentes pour la période haute. Endroit bien situé de part et d'autre des points touristiques. Facilité de parking sous-terrain pour une somme raisonnable.

Vi overnattet på dette hotellet ved ankomst til Frankrike og ytterligere en overnatting natten før avreise. Kort reisevei til Nice airport, noe som er en stor fordel ved tidlig flyavgang. Hotellet ligger i gangavstand til den flotte gamlebyen i Eze. Flere restauranter å velge mellom rett i nærheten, samt en baker og en dagligvarebutikk. Monaco ligger en rask biltur unna. Rommet vi bodde på hadde enkel standard. Fint og rent baderom. Alt nødvendig utstyr i kjøkkenkroken. De to soverommene var vendt ut mot svalgangen og gaten, men vi opplevde ikke dette som støyende. Hyggelig og imøtekommende personale, som blant annet ordnet raskt opp da vår verandadør ikke lot seg låse. Som en mellomstasjon er dette hotellet et glimrende utgangspunkt.

hotell nära Eze mysiga medeltida stad. WiFi fungerade dåligt och gick inte att utnyttja den tiden man fick betala för!!! städningen höll väldigt ojämn kvalité, ibland städades det inte alls. bra parkering i garaget under hotellet men det borde ingå i priset då det inte fanns någon annan stans att parkera.
