المنتجع والمجمع ممتازين لكن طاقم العمل اربكنا, معلومات مربكه ادت الى نفقات زياده فى مقابل ما كان المفروض جزاء من الحزمه المتنفق عليها , اخذنا حزمه الغرفه والفطار واخذنا تعلمات للاكل فى مكان وعند الخروج من الفندق طلب منا دفع حساب الاكل فى هذا المكان وهذا بعد ان سالنا اين ناكل, معلومات اخرى لم تنقل بنحو يؤدى الى فهماها ادت الى خدمات لم يتم استخدمها ونصح بعدم اخذها لانها تسبب نفقات اضافيه, المصيف فى امنتجع كانت 100% ممتازه لكن طاقم العمل بالفندق غامض وغير موفر للمعلومات وهذا ما افسد اقامتنا هناك

I've been to this hotel before and for the price it's unbeatable. The rooms are akin to Mandalay Bay and the pool is great. I had not really realized it was as far as it was off the strip as last time we pretty much just stayed there and did the spa, etc. This time I had some shows to go to and spent almost all our time out of the hotel. It was probably a 20-25 min. drive to the strip in a bit of traffic. It's a beautiful hotel and the rooms are very nice. We had the lowest level room but still great. We have a view of the mountains and the pool and the bathroom is all marble, with a huge tub w/a TV, separate shower and divided off toilet. (A huge bathroom.) The only thing I had a problem with was getting a corkscrew to be delivered to my room when I wanted one of the bottle of wine in the fridge. Granted, it was 1:00 in the morning, but it's Vegas! It must have taken 40 min. to get it. This was really the only thing. Otherwise I would recommend it if you have a car. The pool is beautiful, and from previous stays the spa is really nice and reasonable.

This is a luxury resort away from the Strip. Rooms are very modern, the pool area is fantastic and the casino is great. The resort has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and entertainment. 24x7 room service is fast and excellent. Parking is a bit crowded. Definitely my favorite hotel in the Las Vegas area.

Small casino, overall satisfied and would stay there again for the spa and small casino environment. Furnishings in room we scratched up from the cleaning staff or raucous guests.

Amazing pool area, room for everyone! Not on the strip so it is a better atmosphere. Enjoyed every minute. Great staff all the way around.

SO FAR THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY IN LAS VEGAS. IF YOU ARE WANTING THE CRAZINESS OF THE STRIP THEN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY. WE HOWEVER DO NOT LIKE AT THE LIGHTS AND NOISE OF THE STRIP. IF YOU CHOSE TO GO INTO TOWN THEN THAT IS YOUR CHOICE HOWEVER, YOU ARE NOT FORCED TO BE AROUND IT AT THE RED ROCK. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE, EVERYONE IS NICE AND HELPFUL. THE RESTAURANTS ARE GREAT. THIS IS NOTHING BAD THAT I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS VENUE. GO AND HAVE A GREAT TIME. OH YEAH, YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT THE POOLS!!!!

Hi..Thank you for helping us..If I want to say door sound , next room door sound were very noisy..All entrance door close sound of room were noisy..The main hotel lobby check - in , check - out were waiting long time..It was not good.. The other were very good , clean room, bath, room right..all very good.

The resort was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. It is about 13 miles from the strip and the shuttle only runs every 2 hours so getting to/from proves to be somewhat difficult. Our biggest complaint was that we had difficulty cashing out our chips at the casino. It took 30 minutes and 2 casino managers to "approve" the transaction. They said the amount we were trying to cash out was more than their records showed us winning and for a while we weren't sure they were going to pay us. Strange...never had that happen before.

best thing about this hotel is it's location next to red rock canyon if that is what you want to see. The strip is 25 min away. The room is small. we walked in and my friend said, "can we change hotels?" She had just come from the Venetian. We went down to the fitness center and it closed at 7pm, which was weird and disappointing, we had 20 min only to workout. Went to the spa the next day to be greeted by a rude woman with an english accent; she assumed we were not hotel guests and said we could not go into the spa. the spa pool is small but nice.

If what you are looking for is something away from the Strip for your Vegas vacation, then this is a good spot to choose. If you come to Vegas for gaming purposes and night life, then I wouldn't recommend Red Rock. Blackjack tables are almost exclusively double deck and cards down. Only one six chute table available, and it was always full. Shuttling to and from the strip is both costly, if you return at night, and inconvenient. This isn't surprising, as they want you to gamble at their casino. The TV's in the room are awful, no HD, and internet service is equally as bad. One thing that was irritating to find out was the $24.99/day Resort fee. This is as high a resort fee as I have seen, and little in return for it.

Just incredible. Next time I will get the rooms that have their own "mini pool" on the balcony. :)

I would recommend the Red Rock to those not wanting to party on the strip, but relax in a nice, quiet resort. There is plenty of seating around the pools, some restaurants (though the food quality varied), and a beautiful spa. Take advantage of the shuttle service, because taxi fare to the airport or the strip runs $40-$60 one way.

Stay was good, I'm not happy about for resort fee, what it includes is something that we didn't need like suttle to airport among other things.

For the prices they charged for the room I expected the Wynn's quality, but unfortunately the room was well used, the bed had a dip in it, the food tray was empty, the computer key board had no batteries, the TV remote the batteries were low which made changing channels a nightmare, was just disappointing. The steak house was excellent. For 2 steaks and a chicken it was a $200.00 bill including a $30.00 tip.

Red Rock is a full self contained resort a good distance away from the Strip. I wish I had rented a car in order to make my taxi expense a little less. They do offer a free shuttle to the airport and strip, but the last pick up is 10pm. I probably would have rated the hotel higher had they not been undergoing some renovation, but regardless, it was a great hotel. :)

Angelo (front desk) was fabulous and kind...the room was awesome... a little to far from elevator but just beautiful ...the sink in room 132 was not working. Loved it!

No coffee pot in room, only complaint

Hotel room was nice and clean. Plenty of nice restaurants inside the resort to choose from. Movie theatre and bowling located in the resort. If you want stay off the strip, it's a great choice.

I love this hotel. They have everything you need to enjoy Vegas. Free hotel shuttle to and from the airport and the strip, a bowling alley and a Imax theater. We didn't have to leave the hotel to gamble, eat and have a good time. I plan to be a regular at the Red Rock!

Our room was great. Spacious, clean and quiet. Our view was facing the strip, so it was a great view at night. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the buffet once for breakfast and once for dinner...very good. The spread was great, and there was no shortage of delicious options. We found that hopping on the 95 was the quickest way to get to the Strip, which we did everyday. Will absolutely stay again. Be prepared to enjoy the soaking tub!!

Everything was great except having to pay the ridiculous resort fee

We were there on a business trip, however would definitely go back for a weekend getaway. Resort fee was paid for a good use of the spa and lap pool. Elevators were fast and they offer convenient restaurants on the property. It is a bit far from the strip but it was totally worth the drive to the convention center. Staff was very courteous and it was very clean as a 5 star hotel should be. No complains!

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel/casino. The suites were very roomy and comfortable with all the current amenities we now come to expect from our hotel stays. I like that the hotel lobby was off to the side of the casino and not directly across from or right smack in the middle of it. It was the relaxing atmosphere we were looking for. The Spa is amazing and the staff very professional and considerate. We would stay again!
