Was good but not a 5 star hotel, I would say 4 star.

Staff at hotel not very helpful. Only one staff member seemed to care about helping us.

Me and my family was very happy with this hotel. The property was very nice but could have needed some maintenance. Location was nice if you like to just relax at the beach and pool area. Had dinner buffet in the evening, not the best deal regarding price and taste but it was OK and the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was also nice. Got a good deal on hotels.com.

The room is clean and comfortable, although, as others have said, definitely not 5-star standard. The service is also decent. A real blow is the wi-fi. Granted it is free, but the signal is horrible and it disconnects once a while. I will not choose this hotel again because of this.

Beautiful place to stay. 5 star quality in the room. Bathrooms were the BEST. The staff was very helpful as well. They gave great recommendations for excellent places to eat within walking distance. We loved Granada. It is a city that is alive with happy, friendly people. Location was not close to Alhambra, but an easy drive. We had no problem getting last minute tickets. The only downside was the expensive hotel breakfast buffet that was not included in the price. Luckily we could walk to get breakfast close by.

The staff here were very helpful and spoke good English. Beatriz was especially helpful. The room was clean, had full amenities, breakfast was a delicious buffet served in high class style. This was the best hotel we stayed in traveling through Spain.

We travel through Europe extensively every summer as we like to use the Euro rail pass to its max. If u r travelling from the USA please note that the hotel ratings of Europe and USA are not the same. A motel like Best western would be rated 4 star in Europe. Everything is way more expensensive in Europe and value for money is different. This hotel has good ambience, great showers and beds. Breakfast was not great. They had a lot of things out but nothing tasty. You need to taxi to go anywhere as it is not located in the city center. The taxi costs about 10 euros to go to the cathedral area. Some front office staff was fluent in English. All in all, a good option if you don't mind paying so much for basic stuff.

The only negative would be the location. It is a 10 minute walk to get to where you ideally would like to be. The hotel is in a commercial zone. Not much near by. Downtown is about 25 minute walk.

Petit-déjeuner quelque peu décevant pour un 5 étoiles.

Antes de alquilar leí comentarios negativos críticos con la limpieza del hotel como polvo, cabellos por el suelo...etc y problemas con los saneamientos referidos a atascos en los baños. No lo creí entonces, pues acontinuación existían comentarios que desmentían de forma contundente tales afirmaciones y pensé que pudiera tratarse de gente resentida. Pues bien, desgraciadamente no solo TODO es verdad, sino que no han sido suficientemente contundentes dichos comentarios. El hotel es un 2-3 estrellas como mucho. Sinceramente repugna el olor de la estancia. Cabellos y suciedad campan por el suelo quizá desde hace décadas. He estado en Hoteles de 3 estrellas cuyo desayuno Buffet es infinitamente mas selecto. El desayuno Buffet de este Hotel definido en breve : "Un todo a cien de la alimentación cutre cutre cutrísimo con un servicio a su altura". El Hotel, es enorme. Eso es todo. Nada mas. Es como la pensión de la "pepona" pero sobredimensionada. Sinceramente , tengan mucho cuidado y no se dejen influir siquiera por la fotografía de portada, pues el acceso al publico es por otra fachada. No me volverá a ocurrir. Una experiencia espantosa y desagradable. Prefiero omitir ciertos detalles por resultar demasiado obsceno y escabroso siquiera su recuerdo.

Trata-se de um 5 estrelas com preço de 3. Excelente.

Simplesmente maravilhoso! Perto de tudo, ótimo atendimento por parte de todos os funcionários, limpíssimo, café da manhã espetacular, enfim... não tenho nenhuma queixa. Obrigada pelos dias maravilhosos que passamos em Granada-Espanha.

Bel hôtel avec une très bonne prestation. L'accueil est très bien, en français si on le souhaite. Très bon petit-déjeuner. la situation de l'hôtel est un peu excentré, et une piscine manque. Le personnel est à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Nous voulions passer une dernière nuit de rêve en Andalousie, nous avons eu la sensation de nous retrouver dans un Restoroute. La manageuse parle très mal anglais. Notre chambre empestait la cigarette et la vue donnait sur un horrible centre commercial. Les chambres n'ont vrmt aucun charme. Toutes les chambres de la partie arrière gauche de l'hôtel sont à éviter absolument. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet de qualité médiocre. Très loin, mais alors très très loin des prestations et de la qualité d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il n'y a pas de piscine mais un spa PAYANT ouvert à des horaires précises et fermé le dimanche. Ne pas se laisser impressionner par le grand lustre dans l'entrée. Très déçu, grosse déception...

Pensaba que el hotel iba a ser mejor de lo que vi para tratarse de un 5 estrellas;la habitación me pareció pequeña para lo que yo tengo entendido de como debería ser un hotel de esa categoría.He estado en hoteles de 4 estrellas que tienen salon,la habitacion,entrada y cuarto de baño y en este hotel la habitación era un poco pequeña.

Not used with 5 star hotel, so this was a very nice experience for me and my family. Very nice and good breakfast. Got a very good deal at hotels.com. Stayed for two nights. Took taxi to centre and Alhambra (approx. 5 euro).
