Overall, my stay was enjoyable but the receptionist I had to deal with needs to be retrained. Her customer service was appalling.

Perfectly adequate hotel near the government locations. If you are there for personal time or recreation, stay at the other Blu in town which is perfectly situated for shopping and entertaining

Overall the hotel suited my needs as it is located very close to Square de Meeus, the location for a new office development being undertaken for a client. Due to the time of the year (2nd to 7th Jan) the hotel and general area was extremely quiet, but as my stay was purely business it was no issue to me. I ate in the restaurant on a few occasions, there were some hit and miss dished if I am honest. I literally had to fight with the knuckle of pork it was so tough and gave up in the end, really not good. Steak as you would expect was cooked well and great taste, the only other thing I would say of the restaurant is the condition of the chairs, they are in really quite poor condition and really have no place in this hotel. Those items aside, I will stay here again the next time I am in Brussels, services is good and location for me is perfect.

Very helpful staff, one even offered to lend me his personal phone charger, when I forgot to bring a convertor plug.breakfast was amazing, with loads of choice and kept us going all morning.

The hotel is clean and lovely, however, the staff are not pleasant. We were woken up on both mornings by housekeeping inspite of the "Do Not Disturb" sign. In addition, we tried to reserve a table at the resaurant for dinner to be told that it was not necessary. When we arrived for dinner, we were told that a table of 25 had just arrived and we would not be served for at least 45 minutes. The staff were not remotely interested in the fact that we had tried to reserve beforehand. Not an ideal wedding anniverary at all...

Disappointed in service at hotel. Staff seemed friendly but over worked. When we arrived and checked in, our key didn't work in the lift up to our room. We were stuck in the lift for 10 minutes, kept pressing alarm but no-one came. Eventually the receptionist arrived and escorted us to our room, to find again that one of the keys didn't work. We got stuck in the lift 3 times during our 2 day stay. If it wasn't for other guests coming to our rescue we'd probably still be there! Also on our second night we asked for room service only to be told they only had sandwiches and salad available, even though on the menu there were several hot meals available 24hrs. When we complained about this the receptionist said he found 2 lasagnes in the fridge! He was the only person in charge of the hotel that night, no other staff were working. He was in charge of the reception, bar, kitchen, everything. Thanks be to god there wasn't a fire! I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I had a lot of problems at this hotel. But ... when does a "Do not disturb" sign mean: Please knock at my door persistently to find out the status of my unused minibar ... twice?

Hotel was very close to a bus stop and definitely within walking distance of downtown. Definitely a good choice for the cost conscious. The hotel staff were very knowledgabel on the public transportation system and helped direct us to the correct buses (both into downtown and to the airport). The hotel was undergoing renovation when we stayed there, so parts of the hotel were tore up. (We didn't have carpet in the hallways on our floor). But this was a minor inconvenience. The rooms were in excellent shape.

The staff was wonderful and so accomodating!

This hotel marked the midway point of our 3 week adventure in Europe. What a sigh of relief when we entered the beautiful reception area. Even better, this was the largest room we were given in Europe. As an American, we are used to large rooms. This is a large room by American standards. Perfect for the 3 of us that stayed in the room. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub which was a nice but unnecessary bonus. The staff was very polite. The hotel is a far walk to the main areas in Brussels but the bus stop to downtown is within steps of the entrance and a cab ride back was only 7 euros. Free wireless in the room was great and even the hairdryer in the room had some power behind it. Our room included a refrigerator and minibar.

Nice hotel. In quiet neighborhood, but close to many sites and restaurants.

Breakfast was expensive but everything else was perfect close to all amenities, staff were very polite and spoke very good english. Only 20 mins to the grand place in centre of town. 5 min walk to metro and bus stops just outside hotel, eu parliament only 2 mins away

We stayed 1 night with two small kids. The room was paid in advance and prepared for us upon arrival. The family room was really big and we enjoyed the stay very much, Breakfast was also very good

Nice hotel in the EU area which is dead during WE. few restaurant around during WE but 10min cab to center. Excellent WE rates.

Access to a computer with internet access should be part of service considering the rom price

Found the hotel to be very nice for the money, large enough room for 3 people. The breakfast was good but should have better quality on the scrambled eggs. Location a bit far from the Grand Palace area but bus service is available at regular intervals to take you almost any where needed.

Very nice hotel and good service.

Overall a good stay. Nice breakfast, good roomservice (except slow for warm dinner). Friendly staff. Good location. Only negative things were the a bit dirty carpet in the room as well did the reception not know that the hop on and hop off bus station were really nearby the hotel, as I had read in Tripadvisor. Also no clean glasses, spoon etc were brought up to our room during our 4 night stay...

If only they were all proficient in English...

Lovely modern hotel with good facilities. Very good price when the EP is not in session.

The hotel was ok. The old city center is a long walk (15-20 min) and that is were most people would like to stay. The breakfast was the worst and breakfast service was very bad. There is a cafe right down the street that was much better for 1/3 less. The room was ok but there were broken things in it (the door lock, door bolt, the towel hangers, etc.). I reported this and they said it would be fixed the next day, no such luck. The front desk people were good, however, you needed to stand in line for up to 10 minutes to talk to one.

Walking distance to museums, town center, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to railroad (trains). Cabs plentiful.

The Radisson Grand Place is much more convenient for holiday travellers. But it was full and the Radisson EU had a great weekend rate. In late August the EU section is pretty empty but it's a nice walk (say 15 minutes) to the Grand Place. The check in service was excellent and responsive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast (at an additional cost 15euro depending upon your room rate plan). I've stayed at this hotel before and would do so again. The hotel is steps from the Gare Brussels/Luxemborg. I believe airport bus 12 goes straight to this station but confirm at airport.

Excellent location for access to train station to airport etc. Lots of restaurants in area. Tour bus stop nearby. All attractions within walking distance. Hotel desk staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. Recommended!

i had a pleseant stay at this hotel. neat and clean and the hotel staff are welcoming. The only shortcoming is the location, it was a 8-10 min walk from the metro and it's far from the city centre. however the inconvenience was offset by the quality of the hotel. Pillows are too soft and flat so I didn't sleep too well. YOu better ask for a better pillow.

Spent 5 weeks traveling in SE Asia and Europe and was one of the best hotels we stayed at. It was very nice, quite new and staff was terrific. Reasonably priced. We arrived early and they got us into a room right away, there was a small problem so the manager came up personally and moved us to a different room, with a smile. The location was good, bus stop 1/2 block away, subway a 5 min walk, numerous restaurants within 2 blocks. Quite pleased.

The hotel is next to Brussels Luxembourg train station (there are 4 train stations in Brussels), and European Parliament. Everything in hotel is in very good condition, good size room, nice furniture, comfort bed, high speed wireless internet at room, great choice mini-bar (free tea/coffee selection as well). The reception staff are extremely helpful, give us plenty info about the town and travel arrangement. There are bus stops nearby, including airport express (No.12)- 30 minutes to airport in working days. The metro station is about 10 minutes easy walk. The area is a quiet place with lots of high standard apartment, a small park with lake behind. In general, a great place for both business and relax.

Well located between centre, EU quarters and shopping district. Metro station 5min walk. Hotel is very nice but starts to show wear and tear, however its still perfectly acceptable and clean. Restaurant and room service on the expensive side. Food is good.

This hotel was clean, efficient and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu in European quarters at new year and found it a lovely hotel and a 5 min walk to the metro station to access all of brussels. The hotel is in the Business part of brussels but it is very close to the metro and a taxi at nite back from the centre cost around €10 so was really good value. Have the address of the hotel (especially for taxis) as there are 2 Radisson Blu in Brussels. 3 of us shared a family room and it was perfect, very big, clean and comfortable. We really couldnt fault the hotel and although its not in the centre, the location was never a problem as we used the metro by day and got a taxi by night. The accommodation was very reasonable also and we would have no problem staying there again
