Ours was a post cruise stay at the Adina. We opted for a full kitchen unit, as we were aware of the pricey restaurants in Copenhagen. We easily provisioned our unit from the Netto store next door ( very reasonable when compared to restaurant prices ), and enjoyed breakfast and snacks from the comfort of our room. Very convenient for those cruising. The port has a number of berths, and if you are lucky enough to get the closest one, your ship is a literally a 5 minute walk away. The little mermaid is 0.4 miles away, and one can catch the hop on - hop off bus there to see the rest of Copenhagen. DO NOT FORGET YOUR 220 TO 110 ADAPTER. Adapters are available at the front desk, but these are plug adapters only. They do not convert to 110 volts.

The staff was remarkable. Very helpful in every respect.

Hotel room was really a one bedroom apartment. Everything was great except a long walk to the train station. I would definitely stay there again.

Travellers to Copenhagen have to be aware of the danger that lurks on the Metro system. Becasue they system is fully automated the car doors shut, even if the passengers have not got on and off. So my advice: push the Danish aside, and force your way on and off first. This advice to lapse as soon as the Danish authorities realise that there is a real danger to be resolved.

Excellent stay at Adina, can't fault any of the hotels aminities, only gripe was the bar being shut on Sundays. Great to have a dip in the pool and a jacuzzi and sauna before or after a days sightseeing. Very handy having the Netto supermarket nextdoor, there's a more upmarket store, Illum, at Osterport station for something a bit special, and a nice bakery/coffe shop a couple of mins away. Location is about a 15 min walk into the main tourist area, no problem for us as we like to walk and take in the sights, if not for you hop on the 26 bus just round corner. Hotel surroundings are a bit quiet, one or two restaurants etc but seemed a bit dead during our stay, maybe gets busier during summer/cruise season, just missed having a local pub/bar for a nice beer. From Osterport station you can go direct to Central, 5-10mins, airport, 20mins, Louisiana Museum, 30mins and Malmo in Sweden, across the bridge in 40. back to the hotel, everything you need in the appartment, cutlery etc, but no condiments, great having a washer and dryer, helps to cut down on luggage for those travelling on budget airlines, no noise despite being opposite the road and train, warm enough even though there was snow on the ground outside. We've stayed in a number of appt hotels and Adina in my view is a very good one offering pretty good value for money.

All in all it was a very pleasant stay at Adina. We booked one-bedroom apartment, which wasn't huge but enough spacious for two. Comfortable beds, big fitted wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchen, but bear in mind there is no any sponge/dish soap nor tablets for dishwashing machine. The best solution is to bring it with yourself. Otherwise you are to buy it in Netto (the supermarket just round the corner) at high price. There is salt and pepper, but not oil for cooking. You will find tea and coffee bags/sugar replanished every day. There is a coffee machine in the lobby area, which costs 20DKK (~2.70 euro). Nice but not big swimming pool + jacuzzi opened from 6 am till 10 pm (free of charge). The nearest sightseeing is Little Mermaid (7-8 min from the hotel). All the rest is 20-25 min walking to. No need to take a metro/bus ride, just walk along Bredgade street.

Outstanding Hotel - Expensive surroundings

there are a number of very kind staff and the facility of room was quite up to dated. Everything was comfortable and the room was very quite. Suca a great hotel.

Though the surroundings are not the most picturesque (harbour and train tracks), the hotel was very nice and good value for money. The sauna and jacuzzi were very welcome after a day's walk in -2 celcius. Had a lovely time there.

People were nice and helpful. My problem was with WiFi service in the room: it was always slow, connections dropped continuously and you must pay a high price for this type of service. I hope Adina dumps the company that provides this service because they are not doing anything to make the hotel an attractive return to location.

Well equipped apartments with good hotel facilities with helpful staff

Upgraded to a 1 room apartment from a studio due to overbooking. The hotel is less than 10 minute walk from the train station, not bad at all but it can be rough with luggage if it has just snowed. Without luggage the trip to center of Copenhagen takes less than 20 minutes. Great little grocery next door for food and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Fantastic in every respect. Particularly enjoyed having a fully kitted out kitchen.

Adina Apartments Copenhagen Staff were first class, we arrived 2 hours early expecting just to drop off our luggage BUT they went and got our room ready within 10mins. Room and hotel was immaculate. Within easy walking distance of everything interesting that Copenhagen has to offer. Surrounding harbour area cool and quirky. Only one slight mark down would be that the pool was a bit on the cool side. However the sauna and gym facilities were spot on. All of the staff without exception were friendly and keen to help ay all times. Overall a very very good stay in a cool hotel, in s beautiful city. We'll be returning in the spring.

Adina is a good chain and the manager was helpful. However, there was a major inconvenience: the failure of the shower lever which was not repaired for 4 of the 6 days we stayed. The water temperature fluctuated from freezing to scorching which made it impossible to shower for 4 days. It should have been repaired immediately, not 4 days later! Also the location is not central.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Adina. It was just a 10 minute walk from the train. The area was safe and clean. The apartment was spacious with modern furnishings. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom modern and spacious. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful and all spoke English very well. The supermarket in the same building was very convenient and reasonably priced. We would recommend this hotel.

The five of us were very satisfied with our stay at the Adina Apartments Hotel. The two-bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean, and modern with all the conveniences of home including dishwasher and clothes washer with separate clothes dryer. The front desk staff were very helpful. When one of us left a mobile phone in a taxi, Maria called all of the taxi companies in the city and even offered to file a police report online. The staff also facilitated the return of the mobile phone after the taxi driver returned it to the hotel. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Ideal accommodation for business travelers and /or travelers pre- or post cruises. Excellent accommodation and close 5 minutes walk to the railway station which will take you to the central station in 10 minutes. Not too expensive when you consider it against some of the hotels in the center. Ability to cook, make coffee etc., is a huge bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in every way. Very clean, very comfortable and we did not mind the walk or short train ride to the city. We loved having a washer & dryer in the bathroom. Also the grocery store was on the same block, very close. Loved the Adina apts. We made the right choice staying here.

We really loved this hotel and found the grocery store very convenient. The only problem was the cost of a taxi to get to the tourist attractions that we wanted to see. I can recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel if you have business in the area of Osterport this would be ideal. But local transpotation is expensive and while in walking distance it is not that convenient to the sites of CPH.

We enjoyed it very much. The workers at the desk were vey accomodating, since we arrived early from the ship and our room wasn't ready that early in the morning, watched our luggage while we were able to see the city.

Would definitely go again

The hotel lived up to its reputation of poor service by the front desk staff. The room was delightful, but the towels were thin and the bar soap consisted of only one small piece.

The Adina Apartment Hotel is an excellent hotel at a good value. It was clean, bright, with a reasonable bedroom and nice living room and kitchen. The only problem is that it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest S-train (subway) stop (Osterport), and it is not in the middle of an area with many restaurants and shops (it is fairly near the cruise ship docks, but in a pleasant residential area). It is about a 15 minute walk from the Little Mermaid. If you don't mind a walk to transportation, Adina is an excellent choice.

The Adina Apart-Hotel was a wonderful hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and provided maps, directions and assistance when needed. The hotel is very close to the cruise terminal and allowed us to stay in a large one bedroom unit that had everything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel.

We liked the hotel very much except there was not too many restaurant choices around it.

Adina Apartment Hotel is a nice hotel but a bit away from central Copenhagen. I did not mind the 15-20min walk to downtown Copenhagen and would stay at this hotel again, but those with young children and older travel companions might want to keep that in mind. The rooms were big, clean, and nice. I did not try the breakfast because it was not included in the room rate. There is a grocery store around the corner, along with a nice tasty bakery/coffee place nearby as well. I would skip the breakfast costs and try these or walk downtown and grab breakfast at one of the many nice places in town.

We loved our stay at the appartment in Copenhagen.everything was of a good standard. We asked for a quiet room and the front desk fulfilled that request even though they were heavily booked.Having a kitchen and laundry is such a treat when you are on a very long trip.I would recommend this location highly

Only complaint would be the lack of wifi in the rooms. It was available in the lobby and you could plugin for a fee in the rooms. Very close to the Osterport train station and not far from the Little Mermaid. We had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again if ever back in Copenhagen

The adina facilities and service are first class. But youll need to hire a bike or use public transport to get there

nice hotel by any standard, close to port a bit far from old center but access is easy by city train

Pros: nice apartments. Very comfortable and practical, specially while travelling with babies. Con: no wifi in room, no network coverage, so stranded in terms of communication. Best part: very helpful and smiling staff

We had a very good stay at the Adina. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, and the room (we had a one bedroom apt) was just what we needed. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was adequate. We would definitely stay there again!

We found this hotel to be all that we expected it to be. We booked it because it was very close to the cruise terminal and it was on the north side of the city, and we wanted to be closer to some sites that we did not visit the last time in town. The hotel is in a very quite area with very little traffic;next to train and bus lines that you could use to travel to other parts of the city. We love to walk so it was not a issue for us to walk every where. There is a great little market on the corner to buy some items if you want to eat in your room; also the best bakery that I have ever been in is also around the corner" don't miss this" A nice small Itilian" not fancy" pizza joint next store and a very nice in house place to have a bit to eat and have a drink "Otto"s". Staff is great ; rooms clean and the price is right; will stay here again when we return for a visit.

We were only at the Adina one night before our Holland America Baltic cruise. It was well-situated close to the port. The room was spacious and had everything we needed (and then some!). The staff was very helpful with local information and getting us taxis.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I met other hotel guests that enjoyed the experience of the hotel so much that this was where they stay when they visit Copenhagen. Very happy and would book my stay with them again.

We arrived two days early before a cruise to adjust our clock. The hotel was excellent with the kitchen, washer/dryer, ect and ample room. Location was great for us. We walked to the centrum the second day and were only a five minute taxi ride to our ship.

as a one bedroom apt. the Adina allows a level of relaxation that typical hotels cannot match. Try it.The area is a bit out of the way but a bus in front takes you right into the center in 8-10 minutes. Families would find the Adina ideal.

My daughter and I loved our Apartment hotel in Copenhagen. Bus 26 is your friend and we used local transportation to go everywhere. The hotel is clean, friendly and quiet and for 2 women travelling together - safe. I loved travelling with the local citizens so buy a 16 coupon bus pass that is good for the bus and subway. Food is super expensive in Copenhagen so we bought groceries and had breakfast in the room each morning. It also had a small washer/dryer in the room so we washed our clothes on the last night before embarking on our cruise.
