Theb hotel was most comfortable and well placed just 5 min. to marina. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection on offer, both hot and cold, dining room staff were friendly and helpful. A good value for money high grade hotel made better as the result of special deals on offer. Would stay again if holidaying in the Vilamoura area.

From check in to check out this hotel was brilliant .The staff-all of whom spoke good english- were very helpful and friendly.Our room was very comfortable and cleaned every morning while we were at breakfast, Which was well presented and no shortage of anything. the restaurant staff made sure we were well looked after.The bar prices were a bit steep,but did not take away from the enjoyment of this hotel. We will certainly return here in the near future. John and Jean Ireland

There are a few things that make this hotel better than average. This is a very modern hotel with a good selection of facilities. The rooms are very comfortable, and the location is very close to the beach and a few mins walk from the Marina. There are, however, some negative things which need to be mentioned. The service in the hotel is extremely poor. This applies to breakfast, bar service and the daily room cleaning. The food in the hotel is also a huge disappointment. This could be a 5* Hotel but would need to sort out the food and service first.

Very comfortable hotel with a great outdoor pool, though there was the usual problem with sunbeds reserved by towels and nobody using them. The paving round the pool was gritty and uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. No indication of water depth on the edge of the pool. Room was very comfortable, though there was only one seat on the balcony! We have never before come across a hotel where tea/coffee making facilities in the room were charged for! There was a Nespresso machine and a charge of 2 Euros per pod! Similarly we were told that there was a charge of 10 Euros each time to use the indoor pool! If you have to pay for breakfast there is a whopping 20 Euros charge for what was not a particularly good breakfast with fairly limited choice of fruit and cooked dishes.

Great Hotel - Great location - very friendly and helpful Staff - Hotel is very well maintained and rooms are really comfortable - a visit to the SPA is a must after a day at the pool or a trip to the beach 200mts away.I would highly recommend this hotel.Breakfast at the hotel was very tasty and outdoor setting for eating was very pleasant.

I booked the Crowne Plaza through Hotels.com because they offered the best rates. Amazing really for a 5 star. There were 14 of us sharing 7 double rooms and no-one had any complaints. This is amazing because my friends are all grumpy middle aged men! Fantastic hotel, location and service. There is also an Irish bar just over the road with great breakfasts!

Excellent hotel, beautifully decorated and perfectly situated for the marina. Especially loved the bathrooms - great idea!! Staff friendly and helpful. Fantastic spa one of the best I've been to. Only one slight complaint there was not enough sun loungers and the bean bags are great if you're under 40!! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will probably come back next year!

+ Bonne impression. L'hôtel est propre et situé proche de la mer. Le Lobby est agréable et le petit déjeuné est copieux. Le personnel est serviable. - Le service au lobby est un peu lent. La piscine intérieure est payante, y compris pour les enfants!

+ Bon hôtel situé en bord de mer. Les chambres sont confortables avec des balcons avec une agréable vue sur la mer. Le Lobby est agréable avec la possibilité de suivre plusieurs événements sportifs. L'entrée avec des ordinateurs et la connection wifi est assez pratique. Le buffet au petit déjeuner est copieux. - Le service au Lobby est lent. La piscine intérieure est payante!

景色は良いし、部屋も広くは無いけど清潔で居心地血が良かったです。 スタッフの方も、笑顔でとても親切でした。 特に、朝ごはんのゆで卵に、３分、５分、７分ゆでがあり、３分ゆでは温泉卵のようで、醤油を持って行けばよかったと思いました。 駐車場もただだったし。子供の遊び場もあるし、とてもくつろげました。

Muito bom. Positivo: Otimas condições. Staff muito simpático. O chão a imitar a areia da praia é um pormenor delicioso. A melhorar: Garrafa de agua no quarto e restrição da piscina interior a menores de 12 anos num determinado horário.

Prachtig luxe hotel, met wellness-spa. Vlak bij het strand. Uitzicht op zee. Luxe kamer en badkamer, ruim en licht. Personeel welwillend, echter niet alle kennis in huis. Min punten : wel Imacs voor internet in de lobby, maar draadloos internet duur!! Eten zeer matig voor 5 sterren hotel. Onbijt leuk, maar veel frutsels, en niet kwalitatief hoogstaand. diner idem, niet echt 5 sterren waardig. Ik heb beter gegeten in 3 sterren hotels. Prijs was gunstig, vandaar waarschijnlijk dat het eten minder was. Overwegend gepensioneerde hotelgasten (engels)

Hotel de 5 estrelas?? Até um hotel de 3 Estrelas costuma ter um mini bar cheio, ou no minimo uma garrafinha de água disponivel. Já para não falar que uns sabonetes para lavar as mãozinhas também davam um jeitão! Pior hotel de 5 Estrelas que ja visitei. Não recomendo.

Hotel novissimo, muito moderno, super luxuoso. A unica reclamação é q para pedir algo no quarto depois das 17h vc tem q pagar uma taxa de 7 euros, achei isso um absurdo. O wi fi no quarto tb nao é grátis.

Понравилось: хорошие завтраки, удобное месторасположение, отличная территория отеля. Не понравилось: лежаки у бассейна надо занимать в 7 утра, так как на все их не хватает. Уборка номера производилась после 16.00, как раз тогда, когда ты приходишь с пляжа и хочешь отдохнуть, один раз у нас вообще забыли убраться, сняли постельное белье с кровати ребенка, а новое забыли постелить.

Perfect location for families, Great staff !! will return next year...Pool was amazing.....

Muito bom a todos os níveis. Uma observação, deviam variar mais nas frutas ao pequeno almoço.
