Great hotel for the money and the free breakfast was pretty good. Less than 5 minute walk to Uffizi museum and Duomo.

Great location, nice people and interesting lobby. Breakfast OK; room very small.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and were really happy with the location and the rooms. The staff were excellent- very friendly and extremely helpful. We were not able to get much hot water which was the only downside to an otherwise really good and very convenient hotel.

The hotel was great, clean, within walking distance of everthing.

I was sadly dissapointed with this hotel! Of the 3 hotels I stayed at in Italy this was by far the worst...even thought it had the highest star rating! The bed in our room was hard, we only had one small pillow each and the air conditioning barely worked so we would spend the night rolling around trying to get comfortable. However I could live with these things as we were only there for 2 nights; the thing that got to me most was the breakfast. They didnt have the greatest selection of foods and after much consideration I decided to have a plate of scrambled eggs, which were questionable at best. As I went to take my first bite I found a MASSIVE black hair in my egg which needless to say put me off breakfast and I decided to stick with juice. I was impressed with the location of the hotel and I really liked the spa down in the basement but due to the comfort of our room and the breakfast I would not stay there again!

Borghese Palace Art Hotel is central to all the sites you want to see in Florence. The staff is more than friendly and not only booked my museum tours but went out of their way to accommodate my request for a late check-out. Although the room was small the location,staff and quality of service more than compensates.

Extremely bad as though the owner is not in the hotel business. Insufficient air-con, lousy sound-proof wall and under staff (no porter to help in luggage and only 1 staff available during night time). I am sorry for the staff working there. The young receptionists are ok trying their best to service and to compensate for the hotel insufficiency. One must-see facility is their gym & sauna. They are nicely located at a small basement with all facilities i.e. gym, resting area, sauna, steam and jacqucci, but all in one area. Wonder how it could serve for both men and woman together. And as the locker and changing area are for both sex and no door (only curtain), you can expect someone to walk in and see you naked. Just wonder how can this hotel be stated 4 stars and charging so high per night. Take my word, never even think of staying there. The worst hotel I have ever tried so far.

Well located and very different. Liked the art work and the decor

The hotel was very, very impressive and our room was better than I could have expected in my wildest dreams. Highly recommended if you want something that slightly different.

The location was great. The room and bathroom were quite small but clean. The biggest issue was that there was no a/c in the lobby or elevator and the a/c in the room was not very good. The service was good as they did provide a fan when I complained about the temperature in the room. I would not stay there again, especially in the summer because it was quite unbearable.

This hotel was interesting but overall the staff seemed to please only because it was their job, not because they wanted too. We had 3 issues: The first day the air conditioning did not work. The street noise from rowdy people at night made it difficult to sleep and getting a taxi the morning we left was difficult because the staff didn't speak English well enough to comprehend that there were 2 parties that needed a Taxi. The area of the Hotel was OK but did make us a little uneasy. I'm not really sure of another area that we visited that would have been significantly better. To visit Florence the next time, I would stay outside the city and come into the city as necessary.

A very good hotel situated near to all the main places you will want to see. You can be at the Uffizi in less than 5 minutes on foot. Very helpful and friendly staff who booked visits and restaurants to suit out tastes. Room was clean and adequately furnished. Great breakfast included with loads of choice. Nice bar for a drink before dinner. Hotel also has an exercise room - treadmill, exercise bike and weight machine - basic but great if you want to stay in shape (opens 10am to 10pm). There is also a small outdoor seating area on the third floor with views over the rooftops. If you are looking for a great restaurant, try Gusta Vino - 4 minutes walk from the hotel.

Wir waren 5 Tage in diesem Hotel. Leider hat die Klimaanlage während den ganzen 5 Tage nicht in Betrieb. Erst beim Nachfragen wurden wir auf diesen Umstand aufmerksam gemacht. Auf eine Entschuldigung warten wir heute noch. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Hôtel très bien situé; chambres agréables, propres et fonctionnelles; personnel pas très efficace; petit-déjeuner gratuit mais pas très bon. Bref, avis mitigé.

sehr nah zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wir konnten alles zu Fuß machen, freundliches Personal, Zimmer gross und besonders eingerichtet, Details sind jedoch verbesserungsfähig, z.B. Leselampen viel zu dunkel, Bidet spritzt über, Safe zu klein
