I found the room and the overall experience to be exemplary. The staff were very courteous, helpful and pleasant. The room was large and very well appointed and with every useful amenity you could expect. I did not use the available dining facilities so I cannot comment on them. I would most certainly stay here again.

It's not on the strip, but far enough away. It would be hard to find a better hotel at twice the price.

Overall, I liked the property and was pretty satisfied with it. The one negative experience I had was upon check-in. I was the third, and last, person in line when I arrived. By the time I was finished checking in, the line had increased to at least four parties. All the while, there was one person checking in guests, and 3-4 hotel employees walked by but did nothing to get more staff to the front desk. While the facilities were quite nice, they hardly make up for the poor staffing plan for the front desk.

We thought the room was lovely. The jacuzzi and tv in the bathroom making it particularly decadent. The walk through the corridors to the MGM Grand was quick and easy. The whole hotel smelt clean and the desk staff were extremely polite and helpful.

My kids and I will absolutely stay here again at the next opportunity. Highlights include: no casino in the lobby, private pools at each tower with GREAT poolside service, excellent friendly staff, first rate accommodations in the room and easy access to the MGM Grand/strip. The kids loved the swimming, I loved the poolside lounging and we all wanted to live there forever. Another hit was the spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub -- we all swam in that at least twice!

Great, comfortable place with an amazing view. We had a 1 bd. suite with a brand new full kitchen. Best place to stay for family! We loved it..

We enjoyed the hotel, room, pool areas a lot. Very crisp, clean and smart. However, having to walk 15 mins through casino (smoke) or alternatively along a remote, sad road with lots of traffic made quick trips from hotel to the Strip and other hotels a bit hard.

House keeping slow to respond to requests, but overall a great experience, I would stay here with my 4 and 8 year olds again.

Hotel is good overall, but I had problems twice with my keys,one of the lights in the room (the entrance) was not working and the toilet would sometimes work and some doesn't. All problems were fixed quickly when I notified the front desk, except for the toilet. When I go back to Vegas I will choose a hotel on the strip, eventhough this one is very close to it and it's connected with MGM Grand, so you can just walk to it.

My only complaint was that we booked and paid before arriving and was promised a High Strip View Room in Tower-1. What we got was a high airport view in Tower-3. We were able to move on Friday to a High Strip View room, but we remained in Tower-3. Since we did almost all of our casino time at the MGM facility, Tower-3 was not as convenient as Tower-1 would have been. But I must say that over all we were very pleased with your facility but I would plan on coming in early on the following day rather than late on the 1st day to be more assured of the requested arrangements.

The rooms here and in room amenitites are awesome. From the glass shower to the jacuzzi tub in the deluxe suites, my boyfriend and I think we'll be trying the penthouse next. The hotel staff are very welcoming, the beds are comfortable with everything in room, full kitchen, tv in bathroom to watch your sports or movies while you take a shower within the glass doors or soak in the jacuzzi tub. The rooms totally bring on a romantic setting with the amenitites and dimming lights. ;) The hotel is connected to the MGM Grand hotel through a series of hallways, not far from the strip through. The view off the balcony down to the pools is very nice. The pools are colored at night, just another added feature. We will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel do not have casino thru the lobby which is what we are looking for. The room size is huge and has strip view but quiet. monorail station is inside the MGM grand. It is very convenience location. 5* quality but reasonable price. definitely will stay here next time.

Our room was clean looking but we did find some smashed food behind our couch and pizza crust under a nightstand. We may not have discovered this if we didn't have a toddler with us. We loved the huge tub and kitchenette. Complimentary valet parking was nice, no long walk to a garage with my stroller & gear as we set out cor the day. The concierge was helpful, everyone was courteous. This was a good stay for us for a family business trip. I probably would not be inclined to stay here for a party type weekend, the pool scene is totally not a scene at all. We'd stay again if visiting as a family but if just mama & dada go, we probably would not.

Everything about our week long stay at The Signature was fantastic. Customer service was phenomenol from everybody including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and so on... The rooms were very clean and we loved the convenience of having a kitchenette. The hotel is just a short walk to the strip (about 10-15 minutes depending on which way you go). This hotel is especially an ideal place for families like us. I highly recommend The Signature and we will definitely be staying here again!

Valet was rude when parking the car. Upon arriving he rudely welcomed me by telling me I need to drive back to the front gate and get a 'dash pass'. I never had to do this before during my 7 years prior while staying at the Signature. I don't understand why they couldn't print this from the valet station (which was located next to the main lobby). Upon checking in at 6pm, I was told that my room was not ready and would need to wait an hour. When my room was ready, it smelled like smoke, eventhough this is a smoke free hotel. I had other friends staying with me who had booked rooms and were told to wait an hour as well before checking in. The hotel is starting to look worn down. I had a 2 bedroom suite and the lock on the 2nd suite didn't even work. The latch would not engage, and appeared to be broken. Lights did NOT work in the living room and required an electrician to come and fix it. Hotel staff was rude and had an 'attitude'. They were booked and didn't seem to care. Upon checkout I called the front desk to ask for a bell hop and waited over an hour before giving up and just hauled my luggage down myself in 2 trips. NEVER going to stay here again!

Just returned from a weeks stay at The Signature . Would recommend this hotel to everyone the only downside is the walk to the strip, it does get a bit tiresome as time goes on. (although using the westwing walkway does knock a couple of minutes off this) Rooms are nice and spacious & bathroom is large with both shower & bath. Food good in Deli by the pool in Tower 2.

Staying at The Signature at MGM Grand made me feel as if I was one of the richest persons alive. The only flaw was the soaker whirlpool tub was not clean and I ended up cleaning it myself, but I was compted credit for the service fee. I will stay there again!

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again. The Signature is connected to the MGM by an indoor walkway that lets you out at the shops and restaurants. It is right next to the MGM tram station as well. It was a relief to stay somewhere that was clean, modern, affordable, and smoke free!

We were promised a room on a high floor with a view of the strip. When we arrived we got a low floor with a view of the airport. Service staff was excellent though.

Too much walking

We traveled with a baby and it took three calls down to the front desk to get them to remove the trash from the room on our second day there. We were also disappointed in the fact that even though they had valet service, we could not call down and have our car ready in advance. With two kids, it made waiting inconvenient. The hotel was spacious and the jetted tub was great, especially after walking so much. Once our problem with the trash was addressed, we really enjoy all the amenities that were offered.

This was my 3rd MGM conference and the Signature provided me with everything I had hoped for: clean, smoke-free room; a private balcony with an amazing view; a lobby devoid of flashing lights, and annoying sounds. The walk to the conference center was actually shorter... The room was spacious and comfortable. It was not perfect as the TV remote would work only some of the time and the telephone had some issues as well. My biggest gripe was the worn look of the couch. It spoiled a nearly spotless room. The bathroom was cavernous and modern. Despite the nitpicking, this was a great deal for the money! I will never stay at the MGM again!

This is a very clean, lovely hotel. There is no gaming floor but you are connected to the MGM Grand through a tunnel that takes just minutes to navigate. I am a business traveler and stay in Vegas on a very regular basis. This property is one block off the strip and close to the business district. You do not need to walk through hundreds of yards of hotel lobby to get to your room. The staff is friendly and professional. I have stayed in most of the major hotels in Vegas and the rooms in this hotel are as nice as some of the finest on the strip but the price is significantly lower.

Hotel is situated just off the Las Vegas boulvard and there is only 5 minutes walk to the Crystals shopping centre and Continental hotel. So find it well located. No casino, service is great. Hotel offer in-suite dining which I find was amazing - quility of food was great. Hotel has a kichenette which is very convinient if you are on a business or family trip as you may not always find time (plus it is expensive) to dine in a restarant. Although this hotel has no casino but it is connected by indoor pass with the MGM Grand where you will find casino, theatres and multiple restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel on our recent "girls trip". Great location. Service was good. Close to shows, spa and shopping without the smokers. We enjoyed being able to go to MGM Casino if we chose but not having to walk through the casino every time we chose to leave the hotel, go eat etc.

I booked 3 rooms for a family weekend trip. Since we were traveling with kids, we chose a non-smoking, non-gaming location. The Signature was fine; but it does not feel as new or clean as the Aria. - - - Our first night, we went to the lobster buffet at the Aria. We were impressed by the look and feel. I guess it's a trade-off made when you choose non-gaming location.

I love the Signature - it is a Top Class luxury hotel. If your objective is comfort, quiet, and a get-away from the normal Vegas energy level, this is a great place for you. If you want to be in the middle of the gambling, smoke, drinking, and neon, then stay elsewhere on the Strip.

Very comfortable and clean and astonishingly quiet for a Las Vegas hotel. While the towers are "off" the strip they are connected via the MGM Grand via convenient moving walkways. I would certainly stay here again. The only downside of the hotel was that the pool closed at 4pm - this may have been due to the off-season timing of our stay. During the high season the MGM Grand Pools would be open later in any case.

Have stayed at The Signature three times now and I find the rooms very comfortable. I do not feel like I'm at a hotel, but instead I am at a gorgeous condo with all the amenities of home - and then some. The one bedroom suite is wonderful. On a brief negative note- the hotel is starting to show some wear. Carpet bunching up, ripped furniture (what a shame) and the like. But still quite comfortable.

Very nice hotel and spotless. Would stay again even though it was a long walk from our room to the MGM , it was worth it! . The towers are much quieter and more modern., and the rooms are about the same price as the MGM.

Everything was ok, from the location to the comfort of our room. Only two buts: Our room was in tower I, whose front door used to be closed at night, with no staff in the lobby. So, to get in the hotel we had to park the car in tower II and walk to the other building and we had to go to tower II if we needed any help or information. The second problem was internet. We had to go to the lobby to use internet because the wifi in the room was very bad. Also, the swimming pool area was closed in the winter, but the payment for the use of this area was included in the rates. On all the other aspects, it was good, with a large and comfortable room and very nice staff.

We were told not to walk outside from the hotel to the strip at night. But it's not really a problem since you can get there through MGM Grand walkway. The hotel itself is fantastic. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 all the way through except for the surrounding area is because there were only three bath towels instead of four and we didn't realize it until we actually needed the fourth one. I'm sure we would have gotten one immediately had we just called housekeeping. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be away from the casinos and smoke.

Awesome penthouse suite with an incredible view. The room was over the top with luxury. Only complaint is that the coffe maker had not been cleaned. Tower 3 is far from the casino but I needed the walk.
