Wonderful. Beautiful hotel, clean design, helpful service, delicious breakfast and amazing spa all at a great price.

This was a very nice hotel, with large comfortable rooms and great bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was one of the stops for the ski bus, and right across the street from the Nordkette funicular station, so very convenient for getting to the slopes. It was also a nice walk into old innsbruck. Really enjoyed my stay and will choose them for my next visit to Innsbruck.

Very nice hotel. Fortunately for me, the hotel overbooked, however I was upgraded to a suite! Absolutely beautiful & gorgeous views of the river & mountains. Definitely the most enjoyed hotel during my European trip. The staff was helpful & the bartender was nice. Would recommend.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Got in later in evening for check-in and the front desk was very efficient. The bartender was especially welcoming and friendly and made great restaurant suggestions for local food. The view from our room was beautiful and overall a very pleasant stay.

walkable distance from the city center, near the hofgarten. bustop and cable-car station right opposite to the hotel. liked the location of the hotel. was convinient to stay with family.

#1 complaint, our A/C was not working. By not working, I mean the wall unit would give off a LOUD buzz when turned on, and no air from the vent. It was ridiculous. Called the front desk and they guy was completely useless. Gave us attitude and acted like we didn't know what we were doing. Ultimately, he told us this is a known issue in several rooms, but the tech was not around to fix it. He let us into another room (because were going to switch), and yep, same loud buzz. We ended up having to open the window in 30 degree weather just to get some air in the room. #2 complaint - "Free Wi-Fi" in the room. Doesn't work wireless, or by LAN cable. Front desk only told us that the cable "should" work - didn't offer anything else. Gave up on room connection and brought laptop to the lobby area, where there was supposedly wifi there too. Nope. Asked a different guy at the front desk. "There's supposed to be wifi but it doesn't work. Go down to the conference rooms. The strongest connection is there. Yeah, wifi downstairs, but no tables or chairs. Conference rooms locked. Guests literally sitting on the floor or stairs to use the wifi. Asked basic directions for where to catch shuttles and such - given the wrong info so we missed our bus. Literally watched it drive by. Other than those issues in dealing with people, the rooms are nice and clean. Very minimalist, if you like that. The pictures on the website are better than in real life. The rooms and hotel are 'coldish' and very IKEA. The location of the hotel is good - literally a 10 minute walk to the old town Innsbruck. There is bus and funicular stops right across the street, so it's convenient. The breakfast, good. The typical continental goodies of breads and pastries, yogurts and cereals. And hot items like eggs, bacon and sausages. Would we stay here again? With the issues we encountered, probably not.

I really recommend this hotel. It's a new, clean, comfortable and well located hotel. Just 5 minutes from Central Station (by bus), 5 minutes walking to the Golden Roof and city center and it is in front of the funicular station (to go to the top of the Alps). The view is amazing, the Alps. There is a bistro just beside the hotel, where you can have a good breakfast. If I went to Innsbruck again, I would book this Hotel again, for sure!

The hotel was great and not too far from the old town---it was a 15 minute walk, but the walk was along a jogging path beside the river, so we didn't really mind. Great customer service. We loved the modern decor in the room; some reviewers have likened it to IKEA. Possibly, but the furniture was all high quality and the room was efficient yet spacious and very clean. The only downsides were that our room faced a very busy street, which became loud early the next morning; if we had used the AC in the room instead of sleeping with our window open, we wouldn't have noticed this, though. The other slight problem was that an ambient light behind the headboard of our bed was burned out; not a problem for us, but it spoiled the perfection of the decor. Overall, I wish we could have stayed in Innsbruck (and this hotel) longer.

Great Hotel and great value too! Highly recommended. Convenient to downtown and right next door to a SPAR grocery store. Great views too!

We booked this hotel at random, hoping for the best. It turned out to be perfectly located for a very good price. Will certainly be back. Internet in the room was great. Tram stop is just outside building. Perfect!

Nice hotel, good location - within walking or bus to almost everything in Innsbruck. It did not include breakfast (I was told that at check-in). Clean, safe, pleasant, quiet.

Having read prior reviews here and being a past IKEA customer, I actually was looking forward to staying here. After the initial novelty wore off, we grew kinda tired of the decor. Form definitely trumped function in the lighting and climate control department. The AC did nothing. I even called downstairs to have an engineer sent up to our room tell me "give it 5 mins". Nothing happened. I gave up and opened the window to a busy road. At least it cooled down. And would it kill them to put a picture on the walls in the hall ways. On the plus side, It was a new hotel and parts of the room were nice. The SPAR food cafe/grocery right next door was REALLY convenient and inexpensive. I probably would go to another hotel personally, but you could do a lot worse than this hotel.

Hotel is in a good location and the facilities are excellent, including a free wellness area for guests that includes gym, steam rooms and saunas. It is a business hotel but the location is good with a short 10 min walk into town. you can also access the cable car from right opposite the hotel. Breakfast is good, and the general service excellent. Good underground parking, but it is a little expensive.

Conveniently placed within five minutes walk of the old city. Undercover parking at a surcharge. Everything about this hotel is extremely well organized and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Evening meal in restaurant superb and not overly expensive. P.S. Wifi only in public areas.

This hotel was simple, clean and very convenient. Next door was a supermarket, and it was a short walk to town center. We took a cab from the train station but you coukd walk if you like. We were too tired, The staff was very accomodating. You can get a room with either a tub or a shower, not both, so you need to tell them exactly what you want., although the tub does have a hand held shower. The room we had was large and we had a great view. Typical modern Euro-style, and really nice. A great value for the money. I would stay here again for the price and because it net our needs. They even had a limited room service menu, which I like because sometimes we are too tired to go out. You could also get food in the modern bar area. The cog rail is within walking distance and you can easily picnic in the nearby park.

I highly recommend this hotel. Very modern and stylish furniture. Large room with hardwood flooring. Very large bathroom. Very clean. Great location. Very close to cable card. Walking distance to Old Town and even train station.

This is a modern, clean, business friendly hotel with great air conditioning! It is located several blocks outside of the tourist center, but it is within walking distance of everything and just across the street from the river.

We had a very lovely stay at the Austria Trend Congress Innsbruck. Hotel is quiet and abit of a walk to town centre but next to the hotel, there's a supermarket and a cosy cafe inside. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was yummy and kudos to service staff who were very attentive but not obtrusive. We had drinks after dinner at the lobby lounge while watching a football game and when I was on the hotel internet away from the lounge, the attendant actually came up to me, offering a drink. To me, that's a very nice gesture. Thank you, Austria Trend, we will be BACK!!

This is primarily a business hotel with very high standards. Extremely professional and friendly staff, outstanding room, very comfortable, airy room. Located across from the Inn River in a nice neighborhood in the university community. It's within blocks of the beautiful Old Town area of Innsbruck. which has many shops, eateries and outdoor cafes. Numerous walking paths and trails nearby, wonderful mountain views.

Hotel outside looks grand. Inside very clean as well. They provide a computer in the lobby with the Internet access. Wireless available only in the lobby. But our room was pretty large for European standard with large modern bathroom and very comfortable. Pillows are flat but they provided extra ones. It took us about 7 minutes to get into town by walking. We ate dinner at the alder in town which was very good. The hotel is also located in a nice neighborhood. Shuttle bus to swarovski krytallworks picked us up right by the hotel. There is a supermarket with a bistro next to the hotel which was very convenient to us. The only other problem was there is no coffee machine in the room Since the bistro coffee shop was next to the hotel we managed. There is trip to the seagrub/hamburger mountain top right in front of the hotel. It cost €26 to go up to the top. It's worth the trip for the marvelous view of insbruck and the alps. We will recommend this trip to all. There was snow while we were there. Everyone goes there to ski as well. You can buy all the tickets both to the krystalplace as well as to the hamburg mountain.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der Altstadt. Viel grün und die übliche Sicht auf die Berge.Das Hotel ist vom Inventar noch eines der hellsten und freundlichsten.Auch im Preis/Leistungsbereich stimmt es.Das Minus sind die viel zu dünnen Kissen.Dafür gibt es genug Stauraum für Kleidung und Koffer. und in jedem Stock einen Schuhputzautomaten.Der Zustand des Zimmers ist gut. Viele andere Innsbrucker Hotel hätten eine Zimmerrenovierung dringend nötig.

オーストリアでメジャーなチェーンホテルで４つ星だが、宿泊費はリーズナブル。大きなバスタブがあり水回りが特に快適。インターネットはｗｉｆｉではなく、コードを貸してくれ速度がとても速い。旧市街・登山どちらにも便利。

Hotelli oli lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia sekä keskustaa. Kadun toiselta puolelta lähti "juna" josta oli yhteys Hafelekariin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Ravintolan ruokalista oli suppea. Huone oli viihtyisä. Kuitenkin tyhjiä limsapulloja ei koko aikana viety pois vaan ne olivat pöydällä koko ajan. Lattiakaivo ei vetänyt kunnolla.

Grundsätzlich angenehm. Vielleicht könnte man zur Hebung des Wohlbefindens in den Zimmern noch einen Wasserkocher mit Teebar zur Verfügung stellen, wie wir das schon in mehreren 4*-Hotels vorgefunden haben.

Das Hotel liegt nur 10min vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, modern ausgestattet und absolut ruhig. Im allgemeinen würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen, jedoch hatte ich im Zimmer überall Haare. Kurze, lange, mittel, braun, blond, krauss. Um ehrlich zu sein habe ich mich wie beim Friseur gefühlt!

Удивительное сочетание хорошего отеля с приличной инфраструктурой и расположением и совершенно дико непрофессионального управления. При том, что в номерах поддерживался порядок и велась ежедневная уборка, остальное обслуживание было отвратительным. Нас ДВАЖДЫ обманули и обсчитали в ресторане, ресепшион не смог решить ни одного вопроса. На просьбу позвонить заказать столик в ресторане, протягивалась бумажка с номером,-мол, "сами звоните". Дежурный на рецепции не смог помочь, когда у нас в номере заблокировался сейф. "Я только стажер, sorry" Кому-то звонить и спрашивать она отказалась. Дело было в 7pm, и ужинать пришлось за счет друзей. Вай фай на этажах и в номерах не работает, поэтому люди с Iphone и Ipad- милости просим вниз в холл, где Интернет был через день. В общем, преотвратительное обслуживание, призванное показать "вас здесь не ждали"

スキー発祥の地であるインスブルックは、駅から各方面にスキーバスが出ているため、板を持って歩いている光景が見られます。（私もその一人でした） インスブルック駅から歩くと15分かかるので、荷物が多い場合や土地に明るくない方はタクシーを利用された方がいいです。 設備が新しく、サウナ設備や朝食は非常に良かったと思います。 半面で持込みPCでのインターネットは地下階の一部でwi-fiしか使えないことや英語があまり通じない点（オーストリアはドイツ語なので、、）が引っかかりました。

Zentral gelegenes Hotel zur Altstadt von Innsbruck. Schöne, große Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. 10 minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Einzig der junge Mann an der Rezeption gehört da nich tunbedingt hin. Ist genervt wenn man was fragt, und konnte kein Englisch als da ein Gast gekommen ist.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer schön. Gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Kleiner, aber schöner Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad. Leider trübte das sehr unfreundliche und unmotivierte Personal den Aufenthalt. Wir sind uns etwas ganz anderes gewöhnt von der österreichischen Gastfreundschaft. Wir waren froh, durften/konnten wir am Abend um 22.00 Uhr noch einen Drink an der Bar bestellen.

Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt ein optimales Hotel; etwas überraschend die Extrakosten für das Frühstück, was in der Onlinebuchung nicht deutlich zum Ausdruck kam.

Es ist ein schönes, sauber Hotel. Gute Lage zum Zentrum. Aber 15 Euro für ein Frühstück ist wirklich viel zu viel.

Der Aufenthalt auch wenn es nur eine Nacht war, war sehr Komfortabel, der Duschbereich mit dem WC fand ich wirklich toll. Es gibt genügend Staumöglichkeiten in einem grossen Schrank, Safe und Minibar. Für mich ist es wichtig einen Schreibtisch zu haben, der war Excellent, Internetverbindung war permanent vorhanden, Lichteinrichtung fantastisch. Vom Hotel aus können Sie schöne Fusswege gehen oder auf den Berg fahren, die Station liegt gleich beim Hotel. Ich kann das Hotel mit bestem Gewissen und Wissen weiterempfehlen.

Mycket bra service av trevlig personal och hotellet var mycket fräscht. Rummen var exklusiva men konstigt byggda. Det var insyn från rummet till toaletten vilket var lite obekvämt så det är verkligen inget att rekommendera för ett nykärt par. Däremot kanjag varmt rekommendera hotellet om man är ett kompisgäng eller ett gift par.

Das Austria Trend liegt ausserhalb des Stadzentrums, flussabwaerts nahe dem Inn, direkt gegenueber einer der phaenomenal - attraktiven "Gaudi" - artig gestalteten Stationen der Hungerburg-Bahn, von Architektin Zaha Hadid entworfen, direkt am Fuss der Nordkette. Das gefiel mir und beruehrte mich innerlich ! Das Hotel selbst strahlt dem gegenueber von seiner Architektur betonte Design-Kuehle aus. Zugleich war das Zimmer fuer die Jahreszeit (Februar) sehr niedrig temperiert gewesen, und daher kein schnelles Wohlfuehlen moeglich. Das Anbringen einiger "waermender" natuerlich-farblich-optischer Eindruecke (z.B. Holzoberflaechenstrukturen) koennte hilfreich sein. Insgesamt, inklusive Fruehstueck, alles in allem doch sehr OK !
