The hotel is ok nice area and was reasonably priced ... one thing that really annoyed me was parking that use to be free until a month ago. The service was ok not the best ... what a disspoinment

I stayed at this hotel during my last visit to Monterrey and I had a good experience. The hotel personnel are nice and friendly. The restaurant has a good and affordable menu – although the evening waiters were a bit absent minded, they where very kind. The room was clean and with a nice view of the Lazaro Cardenas Street. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Quality Hotel with Attentive Staff.

Quiet Hotel on the main road. Not much around, but good hotel and attentive staff.

Great hotel to stay at while in Monterrey. Very friendly staff, clean and confortable rooms.

We spent a week at the Wyndham Casa Grande in Monterrey, were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of the hotel, and would gladly stay there again. It was clean, comfortable, had a good restaurant, was located with easy access to shopping, other restaurants, and the city, and our room was quiet, restful, and very nicely decorated.

When I made my reservations, the firts page of the document said BREAKFAST INCLUDED, but we were not able to get it. I will recommend to eliminate that form the Ad if you are not willing to provide it...or stick to what you guys are offering! Shame on your marketing strategy!

Great location and esplendid service at a very affordable rate. Breakfast buffet was included, and the food offered was varied and tasteful.

Everything was amazing, the quality of service, people is pretty warm and have duty of service. Absolutely Great.

The Wyndham hotel is located in a very upscale part of Monterrey next to several other high class hotels. The district has prohibited street vendors so there are no taco stands or any other street vendors nearby. There is a bus stop half a block away that will take you to downtown if you don't want to pay the very pricey taxi service. There rates were high even for US standards, but they are private taxis that will come and pick you up and take you back to the hotel if you want. There are also several restaurants across the street (highway - the pedestrian walkway is just past the bus stop) and a mall walking distance from the hotel. The hotel itself is wonderful. Clean well maintained rooms, prompt service, the dining area was on the same scale as the rest of the restaurant, wonderful buffets as well as room service. There was even a small wedding performed in the back courtyard (I imagine it was coordinated by the event planner at the hotel) that looked lovely. There is a quaint pool, but not very exciting. We didn't see anyone in it the whole week we were there. There is also a massage room, but we did not use it, so I cannot comment there. The fitness room looked very nice, but again we did not use it. The staff were very attentive. We were treated like movie stars, and apparently they have had several movie stars stay at the hotel. All in all, especially given the wonderful price we obtained on-line, this was a marvelous stay.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and were very impressed with this hotel. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Hotel looks newish or recently remodeled, the rooms are very clean with modern decor, flat screens and free wifi. They also provide free secure parking. The only tricky part are the roads, which do not provide a left turn so we had to loop around and under from Lazaro Cardenas to Frida Kahlo over to the opposite direction to get to the hotel. Once we figured it out, it was fine and easy. The staff was friendly and professional. The location was great safe, secure with many nearby eating options but we didn't not partake. We really could not ask for much more. We were quite pleased with our stay.

bien pero la situacion del cobro del estacionamiento aunque seamos huespedes no me parece, toco que se fue la luz y no funcionaba el clima

Excelente en todo acojedor y comida y super servicio no te falta nada , super vale la pena

Muy buen servicio y las instalaciones excelentes así como el equipamiento de las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Ubicación excelente, servicio y atención en hotel de primera, Restaurant de muy buena calidad los alimentos y habitación confortable.

Excelente lugar, muy limpio y el staff es muy amable. Tiene estacionamiento techado lo cual es muy conveniente para el clima de MTY ya que es inestable.

La verdad se descanza muy rico y es un muy buen hotel jamas habia estado en esa cadena lo recomiendo ampliamente en todos sus sentidos me hubiera quedado mas dias. Tiene todo para pasarla como en casa

anuncian la habitacion con microondas y en realidad no tiene, y solo venden refrescos en el bar, les serviria tener una maquina dispensadora, todo lo demas muy bien.

El hotel pasa. Un poco viejo pero habitaciones amplias, buen precio y buena ubicacion. El internet no es muy potente asi que batalle con el Ipad en mi cuarto, se cortaba mucho. La comida no muy buena cuando desayunamos.. En terminos generales un 8 de calificacion...

todo estuvo excelente hasta que decidí dejar un boucher abierto porque mi familia fue a visitarnos al hotel y los invitamos a cenar, ahí fue donde al hacer el check out pague en efectivo y la srita. de recepción me dijo que no se había hecho ningun cargo pero sí lo hicieron, aunque me hayan regresado el boucher firmado sin ningun cargo,al checar mi cuenta ahí estaba y el gerente fue muy amable y quedó de hacer la corrección así es que sigo en espera de que lo haga.

EXCELENTE TODO NADA MAS UN DETALLE DE LOS COLCHONES A MI EN LO PERSONAL NO ME ACOMODO, MUY BLANDO.

Muy bien impresionado por el buen servicio, ubicacion y calidad de las instalaciones. Excelente valor por la tarifa que pague. Ubicado en una zona segura, con los principales malls a 5 minutos en auto y con opciones de restaurantes. Definitivamente volveria a utilizarlo.
