While Yakima isn't the mecca of resorts and lodging the hilton garden is one of the best places to stay in the area. It is always clean, comfortable and well located. It's always our first choice when traveling to the Yakima area.

Nice place to stay in Yakima. Room was clean and the service was great. The area around the hotel was a bit run down but otherwise was okay. Only real complaint was that the pillows in the room were small and very soft, so you may want to bring your own if you need something more firm.

Modern, Bright & Cheerful, Clean, comfortable and with an accommodating and friendly staff, we will definitely stay here again. Not on the freeway with the annoying noise and fast food places but still convenient for auto travelers--nice to be able to take a walk in the old town for a little exercise after sitting in the car all day. No 80's dark florals, curlicue phony columns and plastic baroque details - we joined Hilton Honors because of this hotel.

Everything here was fine - quick check-in - friendly service - reasonable prices for dinner & within walking distance to a great wine-tasting place (Kana's) to end our day :-)

Everything was excellent but our second floor room faced Yakima Ave. and the road noise was pretty constant day and night. If it was located along the river it would be by far the best place to stay in Yakima.

Clean, convenient, and most delightful smelling room I've ever stayed in (to include fine luxury hotels!) We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great hotel with all the perks in the middle of it all. Great food too! Thank you Hilton we are coming back soon and staying here again...The Garza Family!

Stay was great, staff was wonderful. When I arrived it was a few hours before check in so I asked for early-checking, which they happily gave me. Their restaurant was good, decently priced, and with good service. You do pay for breakfast, though. Continental is about $8 and cook-to-order is $12. I arrived by plane, so I took a taxi from the airport. Keep in mind a taxi ride is about $15 each way. Because of this, it would have been nice if they had a shuttle, but I just don't think they have enough people coming and going to the airport to support that. Overall it's a nice place to stay.

I think the entrance of the parking gargage should state entry only with hotel pass. Also, the signage for getting out of the parking garage needs to be better. Arrows on the floor need to be repainted. There should be signage for getting out of the place on the ceiling with exit arrows etc.

We had a party of 16 that had breakfast together daily over 4 days and grew each day. The staff set up for us and was flexible and attentive.

50th class reunion was held at this hotel. Very friendly staff was very tolerent during get-to-gethers and picture taking. Very large rooms with great beds. Ample parking and felt very confident with secure underground parking--at no additional charge, which was a big plus. Hiltons in Yakima and Charlotte get A+...Room prices were very reasonable and competitive as well.

It was an okay experience/ We wanted to stay close to wineries but there was really no restaurants to eat at in the evening or things to do. The town is very quiet in that area and lots of shady neighborhoods and people walking around. The rooms could be updated and have better bedding.

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Good linens, tv, and wireless.

Good clean room in downtown Yakima. Food & coffee close by. We also used the pool & spa which both worked well.

Excellent all round. Only suggestion is improve lighting in room.

It was a beautiful hotel and exceptionally clean. The Beds were very comfortable and the bed linens were a very high quality with super nice down pillows. I would stay there again.

I've stayed in a few hotels in Yakima and the Hilton is by far the nicest. The bed was super comfortable, the room was big, and staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. My only (minor) complaint is that the surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy - but that's a Yakima problem, not a Hilton problem. However, you could walk to the farmers market on Sunday and some good nearby restaurants. Much better than the "freeway" locations of many of the other hotels in town. The Hilton is a very nice hotel for the same price as some of the older, more run down Yakima hotels. Will definitely stay here again.

Hilton Garden Inn in Yakima was a great hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and updated. Staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. I didn't spend much time in the location around the hotel because I was only in town for a wedding, but I'd definitely stay at this hotel again!

Jessica was wonderful and helpful! I will be staying there every time I am in Yakima because of her. Thanks again!!!

Conveniently located in downtown Yakima...very walkable. Hotel staff was excellent. Only complaint was feather pillows....didn't realize there was a pillow choice until we checked out.

And the breakfast buffet was great. The guy made us a lovely egg white omelet stuffed with yummies. Excellent coffee shop a few blocks away.

The service was second to none. They assisted in whatever way they could. The restaurant was very good. Top notch service, and tasty food at a moderate price.

wonderful service from the front desk staff at check in - super friendly

We came to Yakima for a family wedding. The hotel was located near the church. The hotel staff accomodated our group nicely. We had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel room was clean and well equipped with mini fridge and microwave. Very convenient for us traveling with an infant. Only thing did not like is that instead of a crib they provide a Pack n Play and no fitted sheets for it. Service was good. Complimentary underground parking was good. Definitely would return to this hotel.

Great for couples or families. Everything is always clean. Wife and I stay here when visiting family a couple of weekends a year. The breakfast is definitely worth the additional $10 cost.

Great room, great amenities, great service, great location...couldn't ask for more.
