The hotel was reasonable and clean. Happy to see it had been recently renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 24 hour coffee was also a bonus.

good place to crash near the airport. Lots of great food is nearby, not near any tourist attractions, but thats ok. Probably not the cheapest in the area, but its ok. Bring your own quarters if you plan on doing laundry.

Melissa from the front was just so helpful and welcoming. She' salways on the ball doing something, always with a smile on her face. We travel a lot and this was so nice to see. Other man, who I later learned was the owner, was glaringly not interested in anyone and every time for the 6 days we stayed there, was on the computer and made no eye contact. Suggestion is do his work in the back so he doesn't appear so disinterested in people.

This was a safe hotel in a safe area, which is one of the first things I always look for in a hotel. It was clean and I felt comfortable enough in the room. However, my room on the third floor smelled very musty. I had to open the window each time I entered the room to air it out. I don't know if there was a recent bathroom flood, or if that floor had a mildew/mold problem or something, but it was definitely noticeable. I also visited another room on the third floor and it smelled the same ... so I don't know if the whole third floor smells musty or not. Aside from that, it was a decent hotel.

This was my worst hotel stay ever. I requested a non-smoking room; so I was placed on a floor that was "half-smoking and half-non-smoking." The smoke permeated throughout the floor and while my room was smoke-free, the smell was awful. When I asked for another room on a non-smoking floor, I was told that they could not accomodate us. The "suite" was not a suite at all but one room with a chair and a sleep sofa. I checked out of the hotel early and stayed across the street at another hotel.

It was what it was. Chain hotel with paper thin walls, nothing special.

Good location, good value. The breakfasts were somewhat mundane. Seems to cater mostly to work crews.

Not very good; Won't be back

The only complaint is that the room (Rm 314) had a very unpleasant odor, very much like stale tobacco, although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Other than that, all was fine.

The hotel was clean and staff was very nice would stay again.

We were there for a family reunion, and while most of our relatives stayed at the Marriot at City Center we found that the Best Western Plus offered us all the amenities of a nice hotel and breakfast. The breakfast was huge plus because we were traveling with small children.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly service

I thought that the stay could have been better. We were told breakfast was until 10 am and the food was packed away by 9:30 am. In addition, our toilet didn't work all that well, housekeeping kept busting in and our late check-out wasn't late.

Situated in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Clean and comfortable

We came in for a nights stay and for the price we were satisfied. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows , which I like. The room was Cumfy and the staff was nice. Didn't hear a bunch of noise and was not bothered by anyone. If I had to choose this hotel in the future for a night stay I would.

the rooms could have been up dated but over all it was a good deal

Hotel was near airport but not so close that I heard any airplanes. Area seemed safe and was very near shopping and food. Breakfast was continental, but included bacon and eggs (not the best eggs, but the bacon was a pleasant surpirse for a continental). Also juices, cereal, etc. Room was a good size and everything worked fine. Bed maybe slightly hard. No significant sounds from neighboring rooms, during my stay - but they were not crowded and I only saw business folks checking in/out. Wireless internet worked fine. And price was very good. Overall - I would stay there again and recommend if you're looking for a good deal.

We had a king mini-suite. It was clean, odor=-free and quiet, even though it was just off the lobby. The help was nice. I will be coming back in January and will need 3 rooms for 4 nights each, and will definitely be staying here. I had previously stayed across the street at the Microtel and would not go there again.

I had a horrible time sleeping because the people next to us had their music too high, I mean I could hear it loud and clear in my room. I tried to call the front desk a few times not no one answered. It was about 1am when all this started and I was with my husband and daughter and did not want to leave the room to go up front to talk to the staff when they should have answered the phone. Other then that it is a nice hotel, staff not very friendly, never spoke a word as we came in and out.

Hotell was fine, our room was clean, and the night clerk was helpful and informative. She answered all my questions. The checkout process on the next day was okay though the clerk was cool and distant due in some measure to his having to do many things at once. He wasn't interested in my Best Rewards card so I suspect this is something I have to do online. He refused to handle it. Good place, though, and a good breakfast.

I was a little skeptical of staying here, after reading some so-so reviews. I have to say, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is great, my husband and I stayed overnight for a family function we went to, so we had plenty of time to waste before the even happened. I loved that the hotel was right across the street from the mall and so many restaurants, we never had a hard time finding something to do. Our room, and the rest of the hotel, was very clean. The room was pretty big, too. The staff that we dealt with, were very nice and helpful. Sure, the free breakfast wasn't gourmet, but I was surprised with the choices they offered. I was happy that they served hot foots like bacon, scrambled eggs, and sausage gravy & biscuits. They also had all of the basic cold foods (cereal, muffins, etc.). Basically, I felt that the hotel was a really good value for what we paid. I would definitely recommend it, and I would definitely stay there again.

I don't understand the negative reviews. My stay was exactly what I expected and very appropriate for the money I paid. No frills, just clean and exactly as advertised. Breakfast was good(a little stronger coffee please), my room was very nice and clean. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and comfortable. My only small issue was although they were clean, there were a few stains on a few of the towels(which I discarded) and didn't use. Everything else was a great value for the money. There were no loud neighbors etc. Front desk staff were very friendly(even at 11pm) and accomodating.

Had quick and friendly service by a Young lady named Melissa! Seening a smiling face from a attandant whom seem not to mind helping when you enter hotel makes the stay worth while!! Hotel of choice for service alone!!!

We only stayed for one night and the hotel staff was very friendly our room was big but it felt kind of dusty my boyfriend had an allergic reaction, our overall experience was good but it may need a little more cleanliness.

2 1/2 staris is way too generous i think -1 out of 4 towels had stains on them and they were "really rough," to the touch -bed sheets and pillow cases lets say were not so bright and clean looking either -it was a big room but a big disappointment as far as feeling comfortable -shower curtain was not wide enough to cover the length of the tub -comforter and decorative pillows were also stained -walls and floors are "paper thin," I could hear every footstep above me and therefore know my steps were be heard below.

we were in room 207, right up against the ice and pop machines. the noise from the machines was a bit annoying. I did really appreciate having a washing machine available, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

We were very pleased with the accomodations. The room was very comfortable for the short stay and within minutes of restaurants and shopping centers. It was also close to the major highways so it was easy on/off. The continental breakfast was fantastic and the employee service was also great. The only issue was the lack of working equipment in their exercise room, but we would stay there again and also recommend it to our family and friends. We give it a strong 4 stars!!!

The room was very comfortable and affordable. The contiental breakfast was outstanding and more than a traditional contiental breakfast (i.e., cereral and pastries).

THE ROOM WAS HORRIBLE AND SMOKE FILL THE AIR OF THE HALLS. THE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM WAS EITHER EXTREMELY HOT OR EXTREMELY COLD. THE ROOMS WERE DINGY. AFTER THE 1ST NIGHT I WENT OVER TO THE CLOSET TO HANG MY CLOTHES, AND THERE WAS SOMETHING ON THE RUGS THAT WAS HARD AND STICKY, THANK GOD I HAD MY SHOES ON. I HAD TO LAY SHEETS ON THE FLOOR TO AVOID THE STICKY AREAS. ON THE 2ND NIGHT I WAS LOOKING FOR MY SHOE AND LIFTED THE SHAM ON THE BED AND THERE WAS THIS RED STUFF ON THE BOX SPRING... YIKES. THE PULL OUT SOFA, WAS FROM 1970, THE MATTRESS WAS AWFUL, WE JUST CLOSE THAT RIGHT BACK UP AFTER A QUICK LOOK. WE GOT DOZENS OF CLEAN SHEETS TO PLACE ON THE SOFA AND CHAIR FOR SITTING... IF SOMETHING OF OF MY 4 MONTH OLD SONS FELL ON THE FLOOR I JUST THROW IT IN THE TRASH.. THIS WAS THE DIRTIEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN, WHICH WAS A SHOCK, B/C I NORMALLY ENJOY MY STAY AT BEST WESTERN. THIS HOTEL DEFINITELY NEEDS AN UPGRADE AND A THOROUGH CLEANING. - THE 1 GOOD THING ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS THE WAFFLE MIX... IF TASTED GREAT, THE REST OF THE BREAKFAST NEEDS WORK.

The Rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was located by great inexpensive resteruants for familiy, K mart across the street and mini golf. Great bang for the buck
