Westgate Tunica Resort - روبنسونفيل

I visited WG hotel and it was great. I took my family with me and they had a blast. It was very clean and with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. It was just great and it also had a view of the casinos right across the street. My most valued thing was that it was quiet.

Very nice but the room needed to be updated ( decor & furniture ). TV's were still tube style, not flat screens. There were very few channels on the cable to choose from. Nicely designed bathroom but awful shower head.over all a nice stay, convenient to the casinos.

Check-in check-out times have no give or take and are punitive to the customer. Furnishings were wore and in some cases were broke. Requested a room with a balcony and hotel was non responsive although there were more rooms. Main Lobby looked like a ghost town and was run down.

Loved the accommodations at Westgate! This was our first time to stay there - New Years Eve. Everyone we met on premises were very nice and professional. Only one thing we didn't like... there's a list of things to do if you stay....we had to take out the trash, rinse & wash dishes, remove linens & put in bath tub. If staying more that one night I could justify those tasks,.

The hotel was nice. It was a large suite and would be nice for a longer stay. The only downfall was that our room did NOT have the jacuzzi tub as promised and the hotel staff does not stay all night. (By the time we realized the error the staff had left so we could not request a different room).

Once we entered the charming facility, we made our way into the warm, cozy main building. There we were greeted by professional, pleasant staffers who offered information on the area and keys to our retreat. The room was spacious and comfortable - a bit of home on the road. I would reccommend this resort to anyone who wants a classic place to stay, without paying outrageous prices. Only thing that we were unhappy with was that there were no elevators, since both of us had health issues. Other than the elevator issues, I'd stay there anytime!

This hotel is no resort. It was quiet but the decor and furniture was out dated and looked old and the bed was very uncomfortable. The one hotel staff person we met was very friendly. It was not bad just expect a little more from a "resort" will not stay there again. Plus 10am checkout...

My Villa was more than I expected. This is a awesome place to relax...

This was our first stay at Westgate Tunica and we were somewhat disappointed. We stay at Westgate Branson Missouri several times a year and were expecting the same quality in this "resort". The first room we were given had broken windo blinds and smelled like something had died in there. We requested a second room and were promptly accomodated. This room was clean and smelled much better and there were curtains so there were no broken blinds. The bathroom was very small. So small in fact, there was no place to put toiletries. Just a VERY small sink, toilet, and shower. The pool was very cloudy...difficult to see the bottom. But I thought I'd tough it out anyway. When I went to get in the water, there was a cotton mouth snake swimming. I later found out there had already been two additional snakes in the pool earlier in the day. There was no operational restaraunt nor bar even though the pictures online lead you to believe otherwise. Through all my complaints, I will stay at this hotel again simply because it is 1 mile from my favorite casino. And at half the cost of casino hotel prices, it is well worth it.

When arriving at the hotel, the room i was assigned was hot, however the hotel staff checked the thernostat and to see if the room had cooled down after a few minutes, it had not...so i was given another room and i was extremely pleased!!!!!! Not to mention, its a great getwaway

Bed was real comfortable and loved the screened in porch balcony

It was a nice Hotel ,but a few up dates is needed. The tv are old. You can not use your computor No Wi-Fi The staff is nice.It ok for the money. Could stay again.

When we arrived in the staff told us we could not check in for at least two hours. They were extremely rude (not one of them said hello). No one attempted to accomodate us. When we came back two hours later and checked in we were send to a room where the door was open and there was a man working in the bathroom. We were patient and let him finish, then as soon as we started to unpack we heard voices that sounded like they were in our room. We realized all the rooms share a connecting door to the adjacent room and the walls are paper thin. We could hear every word spoken in the next room, and of course the people next door were up all night. It was not a restful or relaxing stay. I would certainly not recommend this hotel.

This is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay, if you're in town for a concert at the Horseshoe Casino. They do NOT have wireless Internet, however.

I wish we would have know about this hotel in the past. My husband and I give it all thumbs up. I have already recommended it to a lot of friends and family. Hope to get to stay there again in the future.

The Westgate is really cute but needs some cleaning up desperately. It is a great location. We were told that it was newly purchased by Westgate. If that is true with a few minor fix ups they should have a very nice place. Pool and hot tub were nice but both needed to be cleaned thoroughly. All in all was just an overnight stay for us. We would stay there again if they cleaned it up. Would not recommend it for this reason only.

First we called 3 times on the way to the hotel before we got an answer. Then when we got there, I was told to go to one building and after not finding it there, I was told it is the other building. Then when my girlfriend went into the room ahead of me, she rushed back out because the TV was on and there was sheets and pillows on the couch and chair and further into the room I fould the bed unmade and dirty. Then we go back to the office and they find us another room. After all that, we just decided to leave and they could not have cared less. No response from messages left for manager.
