The Kelleys are a very welcoming couple who were extremely helpful!A wonderful, very reasonably priced place to stay on the water, with free use of paddleboats ad canoes.

Mr Kelly, the owner, is the best. He really shows what customer service is all about. I reserved two roooms throught Hotels.com and he did not get any contact information for us from the site. Once we showed up at 8:00pm, he, personally, took us to show us our room options. He even allowed us to chose from several different room options and decide which would work best for my parents, both of which have slight mobility issues. He gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and even called ahead for our first night's dinner location and we were greeted by the restaurant manager or owner personally upon arrival. I am truly sold on these older "Mom and Pop" inns, and will take my chances every time over the corporate chains that are out there. It was a 15 minute drive to the Steamship Authority ferry that took us to Martha's Vineyard for the day. While this is definitely not the swankiest place I have ever stayed, it certainly tops my all-time list of favorites as far as COMFORT is concerned.

DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT THIS BEING A DOG FRIENDLY HOTEL WONDERED HOW CLEAN IT WOULD BE.....THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST PLACES I HAVE EVER STAYED. OWNERS WERE WONDERFUL, PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL ROOMS WERE GREAT AND SO NICE TO HAVE THE DOGS WITH US. PLENTY OF AREA FOR THE DOGS TO ROAM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL WITH DOGS OR WITHOUT.

This hotel aims to please and they have hit the mark. This was my family's 1st time on the Cape and for 4th of July. From the moment we walked in we felt at home, the staff were really nice, personable, and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and overlooked the pool and lake. The room we rented had two queen beds, flat screen t.v, and a kitchenette. We alternated between paddle boating and the pool all day. Milton(the owner) recommended the Falmouth Heights Beach for fireworks; that was an excellent choice, they were wonderful and the music that accompanied it was beautiful; they also played Whitney Houston's I will always love you! Everything we needed(CVS, restaurants etc) were all within close proximity to the hotel. This hotel was so perfect for us that my sister and I are going to make it our annual 4th of July family getaway spot.

we going to the Cape for a family wedding and were so pleased with the accommodations - super friendly management, clean confortable rooms, great heated pool. I would highly recommend this place.

We were upgraded to a room with a kitchen without asking. It was a nice, spacious room. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The resort is set up to grill and eat on the grounds with a sprawling lawn, overlooking a lake. Unfortunately, the weather was not accommodating for us to take advantage of some of the amenities this wonderful place has to offer. We will be back in the future.

Mr. Kelly, the owner, greeted me upon arrival - wonderful, friendly, personable man! Helped with giving me information about the area. The room was reasonably priced, was cozy, quaint, clean and nicely decorated - didn't get that motel/hotel "feel" to it. Felt more like a B&B. The balcony view overlooking the pools was lovely! Peaceful environment. Would definitely rebook this place in the future!!

nice little bungalow type hotel.clean,neat and well maintained.a nice private get away from it all place.very close to points of interest in falmouth ma region.staff very friendly and hard working.pool and picnic area is surrounded by abundance of flowers.wildlife scampers around the place like a petting zoo.i highly recommend this lodge for singles,as well as family gatherings.you can even wash your vehicle on property if you like.will be going back here the next time im in marthas vinyard

Motel has a very nice location right on the water. Picnic areas, beach, paddle boats, boat launch, 2 pools, very quiet country location are all positives. This older motel has nice rooms though the outside maintenance could be improved.
