Great location and great rates. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Service was quick and friendly.

The location was nice. I enjoyed staying at the hotel until my air condition went out and had to move to another room. It was a bit of an inconvience but the hotel was right on it. Each room was clean and overall service was great. The people were also friendily.

Stinks

Its sucks

Hotel was being remodeled and I would have like to know that before I booked. Computer there was very slow. The hotel was hot and smelled like new carpet and paint very strong smell. Breakfast lacked a few items to make it worth getting up and eating

I did not like that the hot-tub (jacuzzi) was not hot, the service man have me all kinds of excuse for the reason that was not hot, very clean, but cold. The parking lot on the Back was very dirty. One of the reasons

Even though the hotel was finishing up some remodeling. It was a pleasant stay. It was in a quite neighborhood and was very easy to find. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.

The hotel was under remodel, so the conditions were not extremely good. The cooks burned some breakfast and it set off the fire alarms. When they cleaned the room they did not restock our towels. It was good that they were remodeling because the carpet in the room was pulling away from the floors and walls.

rough neighborhood. hotel under construction, noisy. smelly, 3rd floor smelled like a head shop with a mixture of pot burning, cigarettes, paint from construction, incense...

I enjoyed my stay. Everyone was very nice and accomodating. I enjoyed the large desk for working, comfy bed and location. The hotel is located off 635/LBJ Freeway and 75 and everything is nearby. The only thing is that the flat sceen on the wall should be able to move so you can watch the tv while at the desk. I will stay there again! The lobby was being worked on during the day but it was not anything major.. OOOOH! I was on the 3rd floor and 1/2 is smoking and the other 1/2 is non-smoking. Next time, I would stay on the 2nd floor instead of the 3rd because the smoke odor was a bit irrating. But they were willing to change my room.

The construction on the highway and inside the hotel did not bother me. The smell and semi clean atmosphere did not bother me. The rude midnight clerk and even ruder morning clerk, had me checking out of my room early. The midnight clerk could care less that the vending machine took my dollar and the morning clerk treated me like a liar. My one dollar loss ended up being their sixty dollar loss.. nice move!!

Location was good, but the construction on freeway made it difficult to drive up to the motel. Breakfast was good. Room did not have kleenex, but had an elevator which made it convenient. Room needed to replace light bulbs.

Construction! From 9am until they got tired of working there was non stop construction and tool grinding and wall banging...extremely annoying.

Remodeling but will be better when finished

Its older but has been remodeled. Staff is always friendly and room is always clean. Price is great.

The staff was unfriendly borderline rude at front desk, maintenance personnel hanging out in lobby carrying with buddies and staff hogging up computer center while playing solitaire. . . . really???? But to be fair the room was decent, clean and at a good deal through hotels.com. Oh one other thing shower head was at shoulder level and that really blows!

The hotel room was very clean. Beds were not as comfortable as my pillow top, but they were not too uncomfortable. Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast. We really enjoyed the fresh waffles, biscuits and gravy. This hotel is also within walking distance to an In & Out Burger. Location is great. Many people wrote reviews aboutthe hotel being in an unsafe area. Any timw you stay in a major city, this will be an issue. Lock your car, remove valuables, and stay alert. You would do the same thing if you stayed in an expensive downtown hotel.

It was a great value.

The location is great. It's right off of IH-635 and close to many great shopping locations. Unfortunately, we got a smoking room because that's all they had left. It stunk and the bed had cigarette burns in the sheets. The TV was a joke, even though it was a newer style flat screen. The shower head was, not joking, jacked. It sprayed water every which way. The breakfast was ok. It was hot and had a few decent choices. The pool was VERY SMALL. Like wayyy small. I'd recommend staying here on business only. Not for family.

Loved it !

Stay was fine, but hotel did not have any confirmation of our reservation until after midnight and receptionist had to call Hotel.com for our confirmation fax and we waited for around one hour to get the room. Luckily he had the room available otherwise it would have been a great trouble in the middle of night to find us a space to stay...It was awful to know that there was no information about us with the hotel staff even after the seven hours of paid reservation..

The hotel was clean, and the employees were very helpful. For the purpose of my trip, it was perfectly acceptable.

Excellent and professional staff!! Very clean room and great beds although they really should be Queen instead of Double (Queen is not offered). I slipped and fell outside the front door on 19DEC because of the rain that afternoon but signs were posted - it was no fault of the hotel and the owner and his staff were extremely concerned and polite! I was very impressed with their hospitality and compassion. GREAT STAY and will STAY AGAIN soon!!

The hotel isn't the best La Quinta I've stayed in. Heavily perfumed I suspect to cover up the smoking smell. Kind of dated. TV didn't work well. Neighborhood is so-so. Still for the price I can't complain.

For the price I paid, the hotel was a great deal. The room was clean, staff was friendly, the pool was great! There were exterior that needed some repair, but overall, the condition of the hotel is good. Location was good as well.. close proximity to everything you need and the highway was very accessible, right in the middle of the action. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel overall was okay. We stayed there because they were a pet friendly hotel and didn't charge a pet fee. The first room they gave us on the first floor smelled like mold and the bathroom wasn't very clean. After asking to be moved at the front desk, the lady didn't want to after some pestering from me she finally moved us down the hall. That room was better but still had a smell to it. She said that they had just installed new carpet so it was probably that that was smelling bad. The AC worked but was slow and sluggish and loud. It took a while for it to cool the room down. Overall it was okay, nothing special. I probably wouldn't stay there again as a I think I can get a little more and better service for my money at another hotel.

The hotel is clean, in a good location. and has a quality staff. Unfortunately there was an odor of mildew/smoke in the corridor as well as in my non-smoking room. I feel this is probably because there are smoking rooms throughout the hotel making it next to impossible to totally isolate the smoke odor to just the designated rooms. The room and hotel was clean so it's obvious that housekeeping is doing a well job. Other than that the price was right for the quality of the room.

The accomodations were clean and convenient. Excellent value for the price paid. One recommendation I have would be to further cool the common areas. they seemed warm and stuffy.

First off the pool was out of order...They lied and said that the pool was closed because of recent storm damage...But I own a pool and could tell that it had never been opened yet for the season.. .We asked for a remote 3 times and never got it... Asked for more linens 3 times and never got exactly what we needed... Room had a funny smell..not very big either for being a king room....the desk in the room was WAY to big and the bathroom was tiny. Not even a mirror in the bedroom to use to apply make up while my husband showered..... Not situated well being exactly off the freeway... Very noisy.... Only good thing was the free breakfast...Altough they could use a couple more waffle makers...Had to wait in line for a while to feed my whole family...

We traveled through Dallas for my husband to see a specialist; we were only in town for two nights so we just wanted a basic, clean, no-frills hotel. That's what we got, and less. The lobby, elevator, and hallway to our room smelled like smoke. Our door had a no-smoking sign on it but the surrounding rooms had no signs and were presumably smoking rooms. I'm thinking that they just pop the signs off and on according to who's staying in the room. The room smelled musty and gross, my husband went to CVS and bought air freshener spray. The bathroom door stuck and I got trapped inside. I had to have my husband pound on the top of the door to unstick it so I could get out. The bed was super uncomfortable, and even worse, the sheets didn't fit. The sheet corners kept coming up which forced me to look at the mattress, which is disgusting to me in any hotel. I'm not a germa-phobe, but I always walk in socks in hotel rooms. This particular hotel room made me feel like my socks were too gross to touch the bed after I walked across the floor. We could hear every bang and stomp and voice outside our room until all hours. We couldn't quite get the temperature right, so all in all it was just a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was breakfast-we only had breakfast once, and it was actually really good. The coffee, biscuits, gravy, and waffles were better than expected. I can usually take a basic hotel room and be ok with it, but this one was pretty bad. There are others in the general vicinity that you'd be better off with.

The cost, service, and amenities at this motel are great.

The general cleaness of the Motel appeared to be good, until I noticed the water would not drain from the bathroon sink or tub. This was reported to the desk clerk when I checked out. The shower/tub was dirty, appeared to not have been throughly clean from the previous guest. I will think twice before I book this motel again. The room Number was 112.

The only thing that marred the experience was the hallway had a very odd odor. Room was fine.

We stayed here for three nights and were pleased with the overall experience. The neighborhood appeared to be much better than some of the nearby hotels. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was excellent. The only minor inconveniences were that the cable was fuzzy on some channels and the hot tub was being repainted for our entire stay. Free WiFi was a plus and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in our room. We would stay there again, especially given the low rate.

El hotel es mas austero que otros de la misma cadena que he utilizado ahi mismo en esa ciudad, le está afectando mucho la obra pública que estan haciendo sobre el freeway, ojalá la terminen pronto.
