Great location, great price..... Room have an old smell... Not enough towels, sheets have stains... The phone was not working... But for the price it is what it is....

The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

No heat..no hot watet

If money is the guiding issue, then this place provides a couple of double beds for less than anyone else around. Not the prettiest or even the cleanest, but if you need a bed cheap, it works.

I've spent 100s of evenings at Knights Inns in several states. My first stay at this location and it was the best.Check in was quick, check out was quicker. The continental breakfast was an unexpected pleasant surprise.

even though the Inn is cozy and small it really gets the job done. It's close to a ton of restaurants and shopping on the main drag in seekonk. Also it isn't very far from providence, maybe 15 minutes in traffic. The office staff is nice and friendly. I only had one small issue. Even the non smoking room i was in had a hint of smoke smell to it, I blame it on the people smoking outside though, as the door to your room is outside. This is a great place for the young couple who just want a night away with stuff to do in the area.

Night people at the front desk where really rude and treat u bad when u ask questions the give you attitude also they treat u like ur not paying to stay there and u can here what the other ppl are doing next door wish it sucks thats bout it that my first n last time at that location :-\

the price was perfect ...and I really liked it too !!!

I was awoken at 2:30 am to what seemed to be a gang confrontation outside of my room. There were a number of people in the parking lot screaming obscenities and threatening to physically harm another individual. I called the desk and no one answered, then I attempted to call the police but could not figure out how to call out from room.

This hotel is in need of TLC - if you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room, it's a great value. It is not a 4 star hotel, but for sleeping it is comfortable. Management needs to do some repairs, and replacements, but for the price I would stay here again. All we needed was a place to lay our heads at night, worked out well.

This is the second time I've stayed here and both times have been great. Little mix up on giving me a smoking room but was corrected in 5 minutes. It has everything you need which is awesome in terms of microwave and fridge because theres a walmart directly across the street and closet space but just needs an iron and ironing board in the rooms. Also, the tub didnt drain so well both times I've stayed so once they situate that it's a steal at the price/night. New restaurant, NOT YOUR AVERAGE JOE, just opened across the parking lot and it's terrific. TGIFridays and a friendlys are both a 2 minute walk and McDonalds and other fast food restaurants are 5 minute drives IF THAT away.

Requested non smoking at time of reservation. Paid in advance. Woman gave me smoking and could have cared less when I mentioned it basically telling me too bad. Room, was poor as well . Worn out, run down. Iv didn't expect the Ritz but should have been better. I would not stay here again regardless of price.

Although not a five star hotel, I found the Knight's Inn to be a very nice, affordable hotel for one night's stay. The mattress was a little soft and the tub took forever to drain, but the room was comfortable otherwise and the hotel staff was really nice.

I'm on a strict budget for business travel, and this hotel more than exceeded my expectations for the price that I paid. While it wasn't really within walking distance of much, since I had a car it was easy to get to anything I needed. The room was nice, the staff was friendly, and I was very pleased.

I know what value means, but putting me in a smoking room, and I mean a very heavy one, was very unfortunate given my request. I am certain, given number of vehicles, that a minor upgrade could have solved this, but desk personnel had no interest in service. If you prefer a towel slightly better than paper-thin sandpaper, I recommend elsewhere.

Nice room for the price. Close to shopping & Providence, RI. Breakfast buffet a liitle sparse but overall satified.

We were very pleased with this motel. The service was very friendly, the room was extremely clean, and the location was great. Nothing fancy here--don't expect a lot of updates. We felt a little like we were walking back in time 20 years here, which we found adorable. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars was the noise level. Our room was located next to the vending machine and the door didn't block the sound of loud conversations and the slamming door as people came in and out to get soda and chips at all hours. Not a big deal, but I would have preferred a different room.

For a cheap hotel... not a bad stay. Comfortable beds, hot shower, good temperature, quiet. Surprised that in 2011, I found a hotel with a physical door key instead of room cards... seemed quaint. If you take the bus from Providence, your bus stop is a inconenient walk to the hotel... go for a cab.

Very inexpensive and yet a well-maintained motel with a clean and comfortable room and close to restaurants and shopping. We used it to break up a trip to Cape Cod and found it easy to access off of the interstate and only a short drive from there to Cape Cod.

Older building, but clean and everything worked. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value for the price.

only thing i would say is. go down the street to job lot and buy your own towels. the ones here are rediculous. otherwise, all good .

A decent hotel for a decent price. Comfy bed, effective receptionists. Breakfast was a few leftover pastries and coffee in the lobby, not the best we've ever had. And though we had asked for a smoking room, it was more pungent than other smoking rooms we've had. Other than that, absolutely no complaints, was a nice place to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by The Knights Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable. We expected some noise given the proximity to the main road but it was very quiet. We have to return to the area for a wedding in October and would definitely book a room there again.

I really had no problems at all in this hotel. I chose it because it was conveniently location between four places I had planned to visit... Providence RI, Provincetown MA, Boston MA, & Salem, MA. For the price, the hotel room was more than adequate, very clean and had a nice scent to it. The TV channels were all a little fuzzy, bad reception... but I barely stayed in the room. The breakfast was continental and the coffee was good!

This particular Knights Inn is one of the nicest I've stayed in and the hotel staff were polite and friendly.

the hotel tell clerk was the rudist person i ever met. she was unprofessional and would not listen to anything we were saying. She was about to make us pay again for the room until she realized that she was wrong. And then would not even say she was sorry. would never spend another night there again.

Our room was too close to the street, so there was traffic noise all night. It also smelled like smoke, even though it was non-smoking. Because it was hot out, the door got stuck closed and we were inside the room - good thing there wasn't a fire. The desk clerk used a bar of soap to fix it (somewhat) and gave us an extra bar of soap in case... (OMG!) The pool ladders were rickety and the pool was only open until 8. The clerk was very nice but he was the only employee on site. Will we ever stay here again? Not a chance in hell.

Great place to stay for the money.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the room very clean, the service excellent, a working TV, microwave and fridge. Even the decorations were not cheesy or over the top. Also, the outdoor pool was clean and nicely situated. All the people I spoke to were polite and helpful. We stayed for 3 days and couldn't have been happier, especially for the price. The breakfast was kinda skimpy, but they did have fresh orange juice, coffee, oatmeal, and pastries. The drain the shower was slightly clogged and slow, but when I told the manager, he thanked me for telling him and said he would get it fixed right away.

The Knights Inn was cheaper than any of the surrounding hotels or motels in the area that I could find, which is what led me to make my reservation. The room was fine, except for certain plumbing issues, including a backed up shower and a broken sink stopper in the bathroom. Do not expect a variety of amenities. The room is missing things that are often in hotel/motel rooms such as a pad of paper and a pen, an iron or a hair dryer. If you aren't staying long and you just want something cheap, this is a good place to stay, because all in all it was o.k. and we saved quite a bit of money over some neighboring places.

Fair condition. Wireless is too slow at room.

Everything at the Knights Inn was good, with the possible exception of the continental breakfast. The coffee was very good, but they only had store bought, packaged pastries and instant oatmeal for breakfast. Luckily, the college we were visiting gave us breakfast, so it worked out.

Do yourself a favor and just dont stay here. I have about 30 or 40 red bites on my body for the last 10 days from bed bug bites I got from this hotel. I completely regret my decision to stay here for saving a few bucks. The gym here sucks, the machines are broken down. This is just a cheap motel and nothing else. And because of the bed bugs, you cannot even stay in this dump. I feel sorry for the owners and manager to have written this review, but if you want to improve your ratings, please keep your hotel clean. Now gotta get back to scratching my bed bug bites :(

We stayed in this hotel during the Brown University Graduation weekend and found it to be as advertised. It is a middle of the road property located in a commercial area and only a few minutes from Brown. The room size was adequate, the beds were fine, the rate fair and the only concerns was the lack of a fan in the bathroom, their bath towels are small and poor quality and the continental style breakfast was very limited. Overall you get what you pay for and if you are looking for a budget hotel close to Providence it should do fine.

This hotel was not nice at all. It has a very old setting and the bathroom is very outdated. I found a tick in the shower and there were stains on the beds. The only good thing i could say about this hotel was that the location was good. It was right next to good resturants and stores. It was also about 10 mins from providence which was where we needed to go for a graduation at the Dunkin Donuts arena.

asked for non smoking room got a room full of left over smoke and ash trays, also no shower knob. wall paper peeling off walls.

Excellent value, clean and comfortable

Choosing the Knights Inn in Seekonk because of it's price, we were disappointed by everything but the late night receptionist. The old door was jammed and I had to barge our way into the stale-smoke smelling pit that we had rented for the night. The bathroom was a tired affair, a cracked bowl and un-inviting shower that could have boiled us alive unless constantly adjusted. The curtains were torn and wouldn't close all of the way and the TV set was so badly tuned that none of the networks were on the channels that were listed. There was also a huge, dusty plastic plant right next to the head of the bed which was, frankly, disturbing. The light fittings on the wall did not work and started to flash in the middle of the night. We did not expect much for the price however we ended up with a room that was worse than sleeping in my sedan and a night's stay that left us fearing for our lives. Avoid.

Could have been better, if they had it in a separate room, instead in the lobby. Then there was only coffee, no dry ceral, just hot ceral. I had to ask for spoons. Other than, that It was ok.
