Quality Inn Petaluma - بيتالوما

The hotel is old, but it was very clean and the breakfast was very good. It was a quick drive to Sonoma State University too. The only problem was that there's a lot of traffic, so you could hear that, but you kinda got used to it as background noise.

Low cost, breakfast included made for a nice stay. Rural setting just a few steps away made for great jogging.

All was good with the exception of the air conditioner. I'm really glad we didn't have a hot day as it would have been uncomfortably warm in the upstairs room.

Hotel was basic and clean and located right off the highway. Surrounding neighborhood wasn't that great but the food in the casino nearby was pretty good! Good place to stay as a base for Napa and Sonoma Valley

We had a King Suite that was very tight. The room we booked was next to multiple rooms that were filled with teenage boys sport teams. Bedspread had a large bleached out stain, and towels had long black hairs in them(I am blonde). Earplugs would have helped?

Stay was short and price was a little too high for what your getting. Beds were too hard.

Everything was great. The desk personnel were exceptionally friendly and efficient. About an hour after we arrived in our room, we received a call asking if everything was to our satisfaction. We came very close to not booking this hotel because several of the reviews commented about the freeway noise and the automatic lights being an issue. We could hear some freeway noise when we were in the parking lot, but our room was very quiet. The bathroom and entry lights did come on automatically, but all we had to do was push a button to override the feature...then we could turn the lights on and off as we wished. The breakfast was fabUlous!!!! The only difficulty we experienced was making a decision as to what of all the offerings to have for breakfast. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Great rates for what you get! This place was clean and comfy! The employees were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was awesome!!

Everything was fine. The breakfast is very good, with lots of choices.I had problem sleeping in the room, as I smell like someone smoked in there.They also charged me abouth $3, and we didn't watched the TV or movie.

Hotel was fine, just a little out of the way for shopping in Old Petaluma.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accomidating.We will stay there again.

Hotel is located conveniently right off the highway. Modern, clean rooms. Swimming pool. Served an excellent free breakfast --eggs, meats, cereals, juices, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

the room smelled amazing, seriously! it was comfortable. but the set up in the lobby for breakfast was very crowded, congested and frustrating. Loved the waffle machine, it was one of the best waffles I've ever had.

The motel was convenient to our destination. The room had an unpleasant odor when we arrived but it eventually faded. Some cleaning solvent perhaps? We were disturbed by the loud people who gathered on the stairwell several times. We think they went there to smoke but it was annoying and it disturbed out sleep.

Fabulous bed! Slept like a log! Good breakfast and very attentive staff.

There was a party of young adults going on from 8:00 pm till 4:00am in the morning - drinking and smoking, yelling down the halls.

The hotel was OK, but the neighborhood was run down. It is right next to the 101 casino. It is also close to an Applebees, 7-11 & Subway. Our floor smelled like pot smoke, we did not call the front desk about it. The front desk was friendly & the breakfast was good (waffles, fresh eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels). The property is set up as 5 two story buildings, that have approx 20 rooms each. Our building was card key locked at every entrance.

Get rid of the motion sensitive lights. If it's safety you're after, it is not working. It is actually counter productive for those who get up in the middle of the night and are blinded by every light in the room coming on. Loss of night Vision, (unsafe) now wide awake.

Good place to stay near Sonoma, and a lot more reasonable

I like the Quality Inn in Petaluma. Friendly staff and the room comfortable. My only complaint is the heater. It is too loud when it comes on. It is extremely loud and it is such a shame. The hotel changed the mattress and it was so comfortable, but that heater. Something must be done.

The staff at this hotel is excellent - very polite and friendly! Beds are comfortable. Many of the rooms are 'hotel-like' in that there's a keyed entry before getting into the room which felt safe. Pool and Hot Tub are nice. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Stayed only one night but was impressed with the internet facillty in the room and also the friendly staff while having breakfast. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we would stay here again if in the area.

Occupancy sensors are good, but I would like to be able to walk into a room without the lights automatically energizing when I don't necessarily want the lights to come on in that room. Not a big deal, but a little annoying.

The hotel was a good central spot to the Craft Breweries I visited. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel clean but showing and sounding its age.

Great continental breakfast, good location, comfortable rooms. I would come here again.

Clean and comfortable, though far away from the "cute part" of Petaluma. Only problem was we could not get the air condition working properly (thought to be fair, it may have been user error). Good value.

Great complementary breakfast (breakfast tacos, waffles, granola, yogurt, fruit), great location to see both Napa and Sonoma areas. Clean room. Hotel service was great, was even able to print my boarding pass in lobby. The Downtown Petaluma area turned out to be a nice surprise, with shops in old historical buildings.

Pleasantly surprised at hotel room quality and hot breakfast. Close to several restaurants and outlet mall.

Very thin walls. Arrived late had to park on the street. Good value for price compared to surrounding hotels. Very busy because of this. A bit difficult to find.
