I always expect more out of Hilton but it was okay. I found hair in the shower but everything else was fine. Breakfast was not included but they had a buffet that was really good. It was $9 for adults and $6 for children, which is ridiculous.

The room was below standards for the price payed. I've stayed in way nicer rooms for way cheaper. There was nothing special about the room that made it stand out and make me want to return. The room was dull and plain, it wasn't all that nice. I'm very disappointed with the price payed and the overall quality of the room itself.

Staff was exceptional...friendly, courteous, very accommodating. Highly recommend his hotel if visiting Tupelo. Within walking distance of nice restaurants.

Great place to stay if u ever go toTupelo. Its has a lots to offer.Rooms are very up scale. The only negative thing we experience ike around 9 up until 11 on that check out morning they will be knocking to make u are gone.please allow your guest to check out. Check out time @ 12 why knock on people door. Had an employee to come in the room while still in bed.

Was there for 5 nights visiting family for the Thanksgiving week. We were told there would be limited cleaning service on Thanksgiving Day and that was ok. So we got no service that day at all and so I assumed we would get our room cleaned, clean towels, etc. the next day. Not only did no one come into our room the next day but we got no service the day after either for a total of 3 days! I called the front desk to complain next to our last night and was told she would make sure we would get service the following day. I got back about 9:00 that night to an untouched & messy room! I went to the lobby to complain and another clerk was working and found a note from the one I talked to the night before that said we had the 'do not disturb' sign on our door and we also requested NO service that day! What a total lie! Who does that?! Will NOT stay there again!!

Everyone was very nice, the room was clean. Will stay again if in the area. Nice bar and grill in the parking lot.

Was pleased with hotel and hotel staff. Room was very clean and the staff was attentive and courteous.

Staff was great and the room very clean and comfortable. Nice good restaurants very close. Had a great time. Will stay there again.

I believe in the last year and a half, this hotel was the cream of the crop. Excellent if it was a "10" I would give it a 15. Wonderful accommodations. Loved the convenience of having the microwave, refrigerator, wi fi and I am a big coffee drinker so I was thrilled to see the coffee was right there as I came into the room. I wish I could stay there ALL the time when I am in that area.

this was a great hotel to stay at. I will definitely stay there again.

That was the most horrible bed, we have ever slept in. It was beyond uncomfortable to sheer torture. The bed advertised a way to make it softer or harder, but nothing worked. It was harder than concrete. Railroad train whistles went off at varying times during the night, which was most disruptive of sleep.

We had a fantastic time at the Hilton in Tupelo. The location is conveniently on Main St (which is quite charming). Monique on day shift and Jonathan on the night shift helped to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and neat. The bathroom was upgraded with granite and was very clean. Housekeeping even drops off a daily newspaper for free. This hotel is an excellent choice if you are visiting Tupelo. We will be back!

Great place to stay after Ole Miss games. Servers in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful and the food was good!

The hotel itself was nice as usual but also as usual we ended up at the very end of the long hall. Our beds were very hard even though it comes with a dial comfort on the mattress. Overall it was a nice stay & we would recommend it to others.

Great hotel, BUT... rollaway bed couldn't be in room because of fire hazard (had two kids with us - boy and girl) so we had to buy a blow-up mattress for one to sleep on. The pool was great to be indoors, but it was super small and the water wasn't clear as it should be. It wasn't a lot of people there when we stayed which helped the pool to be free for just the kids and us to swim (rather play in) for about two hours. The hottub didn't work, but the water was hot and relaxing without the jets. Location was next to the arena center. If there had been a concert or show, the hotel would have been full of outsiders. In all, I would recommend the hotel, but check for these things before booking.

Great place with a nice staff.If ever I find myself in Tupelo I will stay here.I requested an early check-in of 1 o'clock.My room was not ready.They upgraded me to another room.

when i got there at about 1230pm i knew it was early for check in time of 3pm. the not at all customer friendly female at the front desk told me the rooms are being cleaned and come back later. i asked her when she thought would be a good time and she said after 1pm. well i gave them an extra 1 hr plus, got another lady at desk, a little friendlier who told us rooms are being cleaned and not ready, itl be about 10 minutes she said. we waited (and others too) til about 230pm and i went back to desk and got the original front desk lady who told me the same thing again. i told her we were told a half hr ago it would be about 10 minutes, also told her she had told me at 230p tocome back after 1pm. she apologized and said to "keep checking back" which my response to that was what should i do, just keep coming back to her every 5minutes, every 10 minutes? would u come get us ? we were only sitting 25 ft away, and she said well you will just have to keep checking! finally at 305 (3pm is checkin time) someone came over to tell me room was ready. no bellhop service offered to us. we got to room and room smelled smokey, can't believe they'd just cleaned. the smell did dissapate. i saw a tiny bug crawling around the grout of the tub which slipped back into a crevice. as the host hotel for the elvis festival, all it offered was a pamphlet with the activities, no other elvis theme whatsoever. the small indoor pool area makes it useless if there is anyone else in there if you like a little privacy. large front parking area, but no one told me (i found it myself) had plenty of handicapped spots right by rear door which all were filled in front. front desk needs to take some customer service lessons from the 2 marriots i stayed at on the same trip.

The room was clean and up-to-date, and the whole property felt very well-cared-for. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly, the service was wonderful. We only stayed for two nights, but our experience was great. The only problem we had was we couldn't reset the clocks. Other than that, lovely and will be back.

We stayed here for a concert, it was within walking distance to the bankcorp south center which was great, the only draw back was the bed was a lttle hard, other than that everything was wonderful!!

We had a great weekend getaway at this hotel. It is close to restaurants, the mall, and best of all - right next door to the arena of the concert that we were attending!

Other than being charged outrageously for these services that are FREE at most hotels, we had a great visit. Perfect location as we were going to a concert next door at the Bancorp South Center. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with both the staff and the comfort of our room. Having stayed at a Hampton Inn the night before, the sheets at this hotel were noticably better quality. Although the Hilton has a rather expensive breakfast in contrast to the free Hampton breakfast, it was wonderful.

I traveled here on a business trip, and will always choose this hotel for any future trips. The staff is extrememly courteous, from check in to housekeeping. The fitness room and pool is small, but adequate. Complimentary toiletries are nice (Neutrogena!) as is the USA Today newspaper that greeted me at the door of my room when I was ready to face the day. Don't miss the complimentary cookies in the afternoon - delicious! There is also a restaurant, the Fairpark Grill, right across the parking lot with great food and drinks. One drawback to this hotel is that the breakfasts aren't included in the price of the room, although from the looks of it, the food is exactly what other hotels offer for free. Still, considering the comfort of the rooms and friendliness of the staff, this is not a deal breaker in my book. I will return on my next trip to Tupelo!

This hotel was reasonably priced, parking was free, location is perfect (within walking distance of several sights - especially BCS Arena). The staff is friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and - most importantly - they offer room service. Also, free wifi and a business center if you need to use a computer or printer.

Everyone was very friendly and put forth every effort to make our stay comfortable.

My wife and I was very comfortable while staying four days attending a conference. The location was next to the convention center and was very easy to drive around town from the hotel.

Nothing beats staying at the Hilton Garden on Tupelo for the Elvis Festival. It is centrally located within the event locations. It is always very clean and the hotel staff friendly and helpful. I can't imagine staying anywhere else for this special event weekend!
