a little hotel near the airport. the staff was very helpful with everything. airport shuttle every hour. i would most certainly stay there again

I think it was expensive considering the area that it was in. Will not return to hotel

The hotel staff was freindly and that is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. Our room had the bare miminal amount of furniture and did not have carpets on the floor. The beds were either old or cheap and the mattress cover was extremely cheap and did not cover the mattress. There was no coffee maker in the room. I would compare this hotel to a cheap motel 6. Certainly not worth the cost!

The available shuttle and the hours of availability were what made us stay in this hotel. We were just spending a short night before heading to the airport very early in the morning. They were very pleasant at the front desk and in the shuttle. I would stay again

The location of this hotel was very convenient to bus service and the Boston Subway. It was even better with the shuttle service offered by the hotel for a small fee. It is very close to a beach which was also nice. Only two things that we didn't like - the blinds in our room didn't cover the window very well and the hardwood floors made for a little more noise than is normally expected in a hotel. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located in a very unique neighborhood. With friendly people and two restaurants within walking distance that were very reasonable. We walked to the beach about a block away and enjoyed the scenery.

Great value over other places. BIG rooms with kitchen and living room plus bedroom. Divers of shuttle very nice and service to the airport on the hour even at 4 am when I needed to go. Would and have recommended to family and friends for flying out of Logan Airport.

A bit tought getting to as it's on a one way street in the middle of nowhere. When you forst see it, you'll be suprised at how small it is and perhaps you'll think you made a mistake booking it. Once you get inside the rooms you'll realize how nice it is, and if you like to walk, you couldn't find a better place than this. Just down the alley is a beach where you can see beautiful sunrises in the morning and we even saw a moonrise at night. a couple of very nice italian places nearby with award winning food and very friendly staff and rooms that make you feel like home with a nice living room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. About ten minutes from the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was on "no mode" for most things asked about. They were ready to say no before you ever finished the question. The room was cold so we called down to say the thermostate didn't work and they told us they didn't have heat and that we could come down and get an extra blanket. An extra blanket? And they hesitatantly gave us an extra pillow. No, I would never stay there again.

Everything was great...problems with the tv though and i wish it had one in the bedroom but other than that everything was perfect everybody was nice and i had a great stay!

It's convenient to airport.

The employees were great and so was the shuttle drivers. The place was clean, but they should think about putting down carpet in the rooms. They have wood floors and you can hear everyone walking around like they are in the same room. The only other thing was housekeeping. They came in and only emptied the trash. Nothing else. Did not make the bed, or take the 3 dirty towels we had on the floor and replace them. The room was very clean when we checked in, but nothing done once we were there, and we stayed 2 nights.

this hotlel is very clean. rooms have kitchenette, so that can save money. they have a fridge and microwave. the rooms have a couch and tv area that is separate from the bedroom, 3 or 4 could sleep comfortable. its in the east side of boston, so its just a short sub then train ride from the airport/downtown boston. only one block from beach. if i came back to boston i would stay here.

The staff was very nice and helpful. the shuttle very convenient. The hotel is outside of Boston, but the bus stop to catch the bus to the T was around the corner. The public transportation service was cheap, convenient and easy. I would stay here again if needed.

It suited my purposes for the one night I was in the area,but I was disappointed that I could not access the internet as advertised.

Beautiful old building--liked that great service to and from airport --liked that bathroom light didn't work--didn't like sound carried through walls (or ventilation???) and had very noisy neighbors --didn't like that

We had tickets to a ballgame, and stayed here since there were 4 of us. Very convenient to Boston, clean and easy to deal with. I only wish they had another chair or two and a coffee table in the living room! Lovely owners.

I had to attend an event in Boston and needed to catch a 6:20am flight the next morning. The shuttle service provided by the hotel is very convenient for me.

Winthrop is a nice little town, a couple of decent and reason able restaurants nearby. Shuttle was efficient. Staff very friendly. Interesting old building, nice conversion. Room fine except that there was no in-room coffee making.

Was pleased that I was able to make a reservation between the time the plane landed and before we even got off the plane. And it met most of my parameters (price and proximity). Because of flight changes, we were unexpectedly spending an overnight in Boston, arriving at 10pm, leaving at 6am. So the hilite of the stay was probably the mini tour from Alan, the shuttle driver. He was fun and interesting. The place seemed nice enough, would have liked a longer stay.

My 4 year old son and I were coming into Boston to stay with a friend. She got sick at the last minute, so we scrambled to find some place close to the airport to stay for 2 days before flying home. We returned our rental car, then took the shuttle to the airport to catch the hotel shuttle, only to find that, by 10:30am, the airport shuttle wasn't running again until 4:00pm! hotels.com does NOT say this in their ad, but... SHUTTLE RUNS ARE ONLY FOR A LIMITED TIME DURING THE DAY. They do not run 24 hours. It was an adventure for me to drag a tired 4 year old and our two bags through public transportation, not being used to it. We took a shuttle to the train to a bus to the hotel. The front desk was very accomodating, having our room ready by the time we got there at 11:30am, rather than the standard 3:00pm, and I very much appreciated it! When we walked into the room, I was delighted. I'd forgotten that this would be like a suite, with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. For the most part, everything was clean. The only thing I noticed was later on the first day. I had pulled the extra pillow out of the closet for a nap. Later on, I looked at the pillowcase and noticed it was quite dirty...fuzz/dust and some long hair on it. I have boy short hair. There were spare sheets and a pillowcase in the closet, so I removed that one and put a clean one on it for further use. The neighborhood was delightful and everyone was friendly and helpful. You're about a block from the beach and it is beautiful. Lots of rocks, unlike our Florida beaches! Unfortunately, the beach access is blocked, so we had to climb over the wall to walk on the beach. You can see the planes coming in for a landing over the beach, which my 4 year old loved. There were a couple of Italian restaurants within walking distance and we chose D'Parma Restaurant, which was good. The staff was friendly, and the shuttle to the airport was ontime. However, we had 5 people to stay in 1 room: 2 in the bed, 2 on the fold-out couch bed, and 1 that had to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor. No roll-away beds were available and the existing beds were very noisy. However, if it were just 1-2 people, it would have been quite spacious. We really liked the fridge, sink, dishes, and stove that were available.

This was one of those unexpected pleasant surprises. Just needed an overnight stop at Logan before a long overseas flt. Suburban was close to airport, had a shuttle and was very inexpensive by Boston standards. Hotel is in a cozy seaside village in a residential area. A block from the ocean which was great for a stroll to unwind from the flight. It's a brilliantly converted community center with huge rooms. Basic but very comfortable. Then there was the lovely Italian restaurant just across from the water and just far enough walk to settle the fabulous dinner. I'll be back for a longer stay.

Evrething was perfect,the location,the room,the staff. Very safe,clean and in a beautiful place. if i have to say something is that the walls are quite thin and you can hear the people next room quite well,however I had very quite people next to me so it wasnt a problem for me. I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT and if I ever go back to BOSTON no doubt where Im going to stay. LOVE IT. I was a turist and although I wasnt in the city center it was really easy to get there by public transport.

I stayed here one night, and was happy with the airport shuttle service. You had to pay $3 to have coffee in your room, and the coffee machine in their lounge was broken on the regular side but decaf was available. The walls and ceilings were definitely NOT sound proof. On the good side, if you wanted to be near the ocean--Yes. If you wanted to have a fridge, stove, microwave, etc.--Yes. There was limited additional space...just a table and two chairs. There is no lobby to speak of to sit in and the hotel is in a neighborhood, so not a lot around.

The staff was pleasant, the shuttle and room were clean, and the price was so much better than anything else I looked at. The drive from the airport is 10-15 minutes. The room is basic but a pretty good size, and everything was clean and I felt safe there. Thanks for helping save customers' money.

I was pleasantly suprised with this well priced hotel. My room and the property in general was very clean and fresh and all of the basics were provided. The neighborhood seems safe and friendly. There were several restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk and getting into and out of Boston City was relatively easy via the local bus and then the Subway. It took a call to the iternet provider to get the Wifi working but after that it worked fine for the rest of my stay. I could hear my neighbours but thankfully they were quite. It might be a problem if party-animals were staying. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to do it again.

Hotel was nice...but the free shuttle stops at 10 PM and they don't tell you that until you call at 10:30PM and learn that you have to take a $25 cab ride. They state that they are 3 miles from the airport...which is probably technically true, but the route there....way behind the airport and over bridges is 30 minutes. The staff is great and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I will add $25 to my search criteria next time....though that might not make a difference.

Spacious suite with kitchen, relatively close to Logan but in quiet residential area one block from water. However, don't expect details found in higher priced places near airport. Phone only in living room, no bedside tables or lights, never heard the morning wake-up call - if there was one. Small issues considering the price and location to Logan. I would definitely plan on staying here again.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had free shuttle service. It was very nice. The shuttle was very promp. Downside= not many eating places close,our room had one mirror. Not good for 2 women getting ready at the same time.But it was clean and I would probably stay there again.

Nice and clean Hotel in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood . The only complaints is that we booked a doublebed and it was a bed not sutible for 2 persons, unless you want to be wery close together. One of us had to sleep on the bedsofa witch is not so comfortable. Also is it very easy to hear when the neighbors are walking on the floor above.

Hotel was not far from Logan Airport and it was tucked away in a residental area. The room was very cold, not carpeted, nothing but the floor to put your suit case on and the walls were paper thin, could here the baby crying all night long in the next room! They were out of coffee in the morning (and that is all they offer!) Would not go back to this hotel again.

Hotel was great and the shuttle to the airport was also great since we had no car and did not know our way around the city. The only complaint I had was the fold out couch needed replaced and not very comfortable. Good value fot the money. Definitely was stay there again.
