Maison Perrier - نيو أورليانز

My husband and I stayed at Tom and Patricia's gorgeous Maison Perrier last week for a "mini-moon" after our wedding in Virginia. Our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming, and the inn itself was superb - beautifully kept and decorated, spacious, quiet, unique, and in a lovely neighborhood just up from the Garden District (and about 1/2 a block from my former apartment). Tom and Patricia are warm, helpful, and yet unobtrusive, and they have terrific amenities on site including a thoughtful book of dining destinations segmented by neighborhood. If you have the chance, stay here and you will not be disappointed!

My wife stayed at the Maison Perrier for our wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time. Tom and Patricia (the owners) were gracious hosts. Tom gave us a bottle of wine to help celebrate the occasion and Patricia's breakfasts were great. Our room was clean, spacious and beautifully furnished with access to the front balcony. The house fits perfectly into the Garden District and is within easy walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.

Tom & Patrica are wonderful hosts! The location was perfect for our needs - between St Charles (streetccar) and Magazine St - a perfect location for our stay, We have done all the tourist things and wanted to be in a neighborhood for a more 'local' experience.

Stayed for 3 nights in New Orleans on a short getaway. We could have not been more impressed by this B&B. Tom, the owner, took much personal time to set us down in the living room and explain just about everything we would need to know about the city and what was fun and interesting to do. He answered every question we had then showed us to our lovely room. It was very nice. The staff there was so kind and the breakfast cook has some real down home food talent. We WILL BE BACK!!! A stay at this place will be nice for anyone looking to experience the lovely neighborhoods of the Garden District while still just being a street car ride away from the craziness of the French Quarter. It picks up just a short walk from the front door. Thank you to Tom and his staff for a great NOLA trip!!!!

Family run B&B, pleasant & friendly staff, in a quiet safe Uptown neighborhood. Comfortable room, spacious for 2, vintage but pro restored. Clean, well appointed. Comfortable common rooms for drinks, leisure. Breakfast timed a bit late (8:30 a.m.), but good cooking. 3 blocks to St. Charles, 4 to Magazine, with restaurants etc. on each. Would recommend, and would return next trip to New Orleans.

Other than a tricky front-door lock, this was the most pleasant B&B stay I have ever had! The atmosphere is not too boxed-in, so its never uncomfortable or confining. The owners are very nice and accommodating and know the area very well. I would stay here again-

Maison Perrier is a very pleasant place to stay. Although removed from the hot spots of the French Quarter, it is a couple of blocks from the St. Charles street car line which runs to the town center or out through the Garden District. The owner/management team is very attentive and helpful. The house itself is beautifully restored. Breakfasts are good and hearty. Wine and beer are available on an honor system. All in all, it's a fine place to visit.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They had some wonderful tips and information available for exploring the New Orleans area. The breakfast was very fresh with great coffee and a hot breakfast. Lots of rooms to read and relax in a quiet neighborhood. We look forward to another stay in the future.

Close to Trolley, Tulane, and many good places to eat. We enjoyed our stay and the comfortable atmosphere at this B&B.
