توجد في الفندق مشاكل عدة وهي: خدمة الواي فاي مجانية لكنها ليست جيدة، تحتاج إلى الحصول على رمز من موظف الاستقبال كل يوم واحد للوصول إلى الخدمة، ويسمح فقط بتوصيل جهازين بحد أقصى (عندما يكون أحدهم متصلاً، يكون الأخر بطيئاً للغاية). الإفطار مشمول بالسعر لكن يقتصر على التوست والزبدة، لا تتوقع أي شيء أكثر من ذلك. كانت الغرف صغيرة جداً جداً، كنا اثنين وشعرت بأن الغرفة صغيرة حتى بالنسبة لشخص واحد. لم تكن هناك إشارة في التلفزيون في معظم القنوات، حتى أنه لا توجد قنوات بي بي سي. كان يتم تنظيف الغرفة كل يوم والسرير كان مريحاً والأسعار معقولة للغاية بالنسبة للندن، وهناك موقف حافلات إلى وسط لندن في مكان قريب. محطة Walthamstow المركزية قريبة جداً ويوجد حافلة مباشرة قريبة أيضاً. لن أنزل هناك مرة أخرى على الأرجح.

Great location for this hotel as our daughter lives nearby. First room we were given smelled of damp and had damp patches on the wall in the bathroom. Mentioned to reception and they changed it straight away with no problem. Breakfast in the morning fine, bit of a free for all as so busy and they took a long time to replace the mugs, having said that the staff were working very hard to copy with the numbers having breakfast. Would def use again for a short stay but not for longer than a couple of days but for our purpose it was ideal.

very clean rooms have stayed here a few times in different rooms all good. the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel has bus stops nearby to go all over london. the only downside is how the breakfast (which is good in itself) is cleared quickly and by half 9 there is not much left. but overall the best reasonable hotel around.

I was very disappointed in the room - it was at best a 2-star, with cracked sink, only 4 hangers, no drawer space for clothes and the walls were dirty.

Very clean and tidy hotel in good location I have no hesitation in recommending it to my colleagues.

we stay here regularly. this room had an uncomfortable single mattress but everything else great as usual. nice staff, clean hotel, good breakfast.

I had a conference and it was close to the location of my conference, it wasn't in the most quiet area, but the hotel itself was clean and the bed of really good quality. The few staff I spoke to were friendly and nice enough, and agreed to change my room from a ground floor one to a higher floor without any hassle, so would definitely recommend them.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I am not a fussy person! The room which we stayed in was on the other side of the road and we had to transport our luggage there with no assistance. Once we got there the lift did not work and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. The room was a good size however very dated. It reminded me of Uni accommodation but worst! The carpet had not been hoovered properly, the bed covers were really thin, the bath was extremely small with a leaking shower and a crack in the bath. All the corners of the floor had dirt in them I did not even want to shower but had no choice and worst of all, my partner lifted up the toilet seat to find blood there!!!! I was soooo angry I wanted to leave immediately. The towels were so small and looked like they were for the floor. We actually wanted to go home but as we had already paid we had no choice! The room was ice cold and when we called reception to find out how to operate the heater they said that we had to come to the reception and collect the remote and had to give a £10 deposit. The guy at reception should have told us that initially! We asked if they could drop it to us and said we had to collect it ourselves, so my partner had to go out in the cold again to pay for the remote he also had to carry the ironing board and iron as well as no one would bring it to us! This was by far the worst hotel ever and I suggest you stay elsewhere! I wouldn't stay here for free!!!

Very good overall. However the wall in hotel seem not to be painted properly.

The hotel has an OK standard ond good service. it is a good base for activities in the Walthamstow/ tarea. The hotel is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Hotel needs a good clean

Be nice to be told hotel is split in 2 either side of a busy road. Like doing the crystal maze to go from room to reception!

The stay was nice and convenient. Breakfast was satisfactory and good for the price paid. First room given had slanted ceiling and we couldn't even stand up properly. After speaking to the hotel manager, he cahnged our room immediately and were given a nice spacious room. Hotel and room was clean however the heating in the room wasn't working very well. Overall satisfied with the service, hotel and location. It was convenient as it was roughly 15mins to Walthamstow Tube station. Worth getting a Travel Card as you can use it on buses too and bus stop is just outside the hotel.

Hotel and Service was good for the price we paid, however I was disappointed with breakfast choice, some hard boiled eggs, brand flakes, skim milk and fresh fruit should be added to menu

Not a pleasant stay room poor only good thing price

Good basic hotel with the advantage of parking and a breakfast included in the very reasonable price. Clean and tidy, friendly staff. The hotel is split into two buildings on opposite sides of the road, breakfast and reception is in one of the buildings. Again, this was not a problem for us. Location is close enough to tube and overground to not cause any serious issues and bus goes to London Bridge from outside.We will almost certainl use this again.

After staying at the Ibis Southampton which was great I was very disappointed when told by the extremely miserable reception that my room was 'across the road'. walking across feeling very unsafe in the neighbourhood and then having to travel out to eat as no food available in the hotel.

Very nice hotel and staff only thing was you have to pay £10 for heating which was a bit hard didnt have no cash on me and had to wait a few hours for my boyfriend to get there to buy the remote for heating and it Was Freezing! Other than that was a good hotel

I always come here as I did the location perfect for me so I can see my family and friends

good location, very clean, staff friendly

the room its self was very clean but unfortunately when you pulled the plug out aftter having a bath lots of dirty water came up through the beday. The parking was really easy & good but the size of the restraunt for breakfast needs to be much bigger for the size of the hotel. Me & my mum had to stand & wait 45min untill there was a empty seat. Also the catering staff could not speak english which made things differcult.

The surrounding area was a bit rough but I was there for 2 weeks and had no problems at all. The free breakfast was alright, mostly pastries and cereal. There were 4 false fire alarms while I was there that was a bit annoying, but overall, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size and it was not a far walk to a major train station and bus routes were all along the way so it was easy to get in/out of Central London.

The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good even though there was only half a toaster that worked for all the guests. But original room was very small with bed in the corner next to a window with mold around it. Got to change rooms with little hassle (think Staff half expected us to ask to move) Condition of second room better but still marks on walls and bathroom clearly had a problem with moisture/mold therefore it smelled bad too. Imagine would be fine for back packers on a small budget for a night or 2. But not for a nice weekend away. I would advise you to spend a bit more and find a better hotel.

The room was very small

A good value location, with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Rooms a little worse for wear.

Poor quality hotel with several issues. Hard to get hold of staff but the Breakfast was lovely. Location is like an Eastern block country!!

We booked this hotel in advance and got a good rate. It's a nice hotel, the reception staff very helpful, the room was clean and spacious with full access to freeview TV, a good sized bathroom too. About a 10 min walk to the nearest underground station, Leyton midland road, but not the nicest area to walk through, especially late at night. The highlight was the free continental breakfast that was lovely, a wide range of cereal, toast, pastries and hot drinks, a great way to start the day. Would stay here again.

Budget hotel that has features of much more expensive hotels - Clean, modern and large spaced rooms/bathrooms. Also provided breakfast in the morning which was a nice surprise. Great value

Not bad for money wouldn't bother up grading breakfast though. But overall not bad

Went to London, for a long weekend. Chose this hotel because of location and price. Technically we only needed a place to sleep and have breakfast at, for what this hotel was more than just average. Beds were comfortable, rooms were cleaned every day, and towels were replaced on a daily basis. Breakfast was okay although lacking hot food selection and was only available on extra charge. Receptionists were friendly and helpful with arranging cab service to airport. Rooms looked less friendly than on the pictures but did the job for us. Had all the electrical appliances what was promised which was helpful to prepare your first hot drink of the day if you didn't feel like walking accross the street to main building getting one. I believe this hotel will be a good stay for outgoing midage people, but maybe not for the ones who plan to spend more time in the rooms.

Room was very standard. Electrical faults in the room, bedside lamp not working and hair dryer not working, which my gf was mad about lol When I booked the hotel, in my deal was a bed a breakfast... I was expecting a full cooked breakfast... Only toast, cereal, and tea in the deal. I was not happy about that!! Over all, it wasn't too bad for the price. I don't think I will go back though.

Good buffet breakfast options but a bit chaotic due to high numbers in a limited space. Great staff. Room clean, quiet and comfortable.

On the whole not bad. Bedroom a decent size and the breakfast in the morning was really good - very tasty croissants. But was disappointed that there was only a very thin duvet in the room and two very thin pillows. Bed wasn't made very well either. The hotel was very noisy on one of the nights we stayed (not very soundproof rooms).

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles.
