I received an upgrade, great food, nice people, open wide space. We were pleased.

Bed was hard as a rock, buffet was filled with every variety of mediocre buffet-style food you could ever want, and the drunken guests were noisily stumbling down the hall at 3 am, but hey -- what else would you expect from an all-inclusive during spring break? Otherwise, the staff was ok (not overly friendly but not hostile), and the rooms were clean and adequate.

property was nice for short stay for single adults, but better suited for families; felt like Disneyland theme park; buffet was poor; very quiet at night

NOT HOT WATER IN THE SOWER

I've been to DR 7 times, first time at this hotel and unfortunately had bad experience with customer service. The beach is beautiful, the pools are nice, the food is good, the rooms need some reinnovating, the entertainment could be better. But I had bad customer service which makes me to never return to this hotel. It's perfect for those who wants cheap rates and need a place for sleep and shower. Not what I expected; the problems made my family/ wedding vacation stressful.

Nice staff and good hotel after all, for the money.

Stayed for 3 nights, and didn't like the hotels at all: need big improvements! Service is worst, drinks are not good, linens and towels looks like come from garbage! Our flight was cancelled due to Sandy, and we were happy to switch the hotel, even not thinked about extending our stay there! Choose different hotel: it's a big choice in Punta Cana. This one is less than 3 stars on my opinion.

It was a nice hotel. You had to wait for transportion from the lobby to hotel room . Room was nice clean with a great view, Food was ok could have been better

Nice Hotel, Nothing fancy there but good overall.

Although the potential is certainly there, my experience was certainly not a good one, they could not even tell me how to get to the hotel after talking to 6 or 7 different people on 6 or 7 different occasions, but this is not the problem.Took over an hour to check in and it was not a busy time, there is no internet service other than in lobby which is a 1/2 mile from where you stay. The main restaurant is great, the speciality ones very sub average. There are too many guests for the number of plates, cups and silverware so always short, not enough pool chairs, etc. They run on a volume situation attracting Dominicans at one of the best rates locally but you pay a price if you want service.

Overall it was an enjoyable experience. We had to wait 2 days to get our tv to work and another day to get a remote. The air conditioner was not adjustable and was set to freezing. The staff was so helpful and super friendly. It was actually the staff that made it enjoyable. I would give it a 3.7 on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being super awesome. The room was clean and so were the grounds the food was ok. They did have a lot of variety on food If you were proactive about making reservations at the restaurants.

Normal , the customer service is not so good .

It was the worst experience I ever had in a all inclusive hotel in the Dominican Republic. I even paid for the VIP package but I did not make any difference at all. I will never book this hotel ever again.

Location was great. Beach clean, plenty of chaise lounges. The grounds of resort meticulously maintained. Restaurants clean and attractive. Have stayed at Sandals resorts in the past; princess can't compare with the customer service we rec'd at sandals resorts. At caribe club, there are no beach drink waiters. You have to pay extra for premium liquors, unlike Sandals. Drinks are weak, unless you tip your bartenders. Swim towels are in sort supply at caribe club. We had to wait a half hour sometimes for clean towels to arrive at the pool. Also, these towels were old and thin. Food was average in most of the restaurants. However, Mama Mia and the El Higuero were excellent. To eat at the seafood restaurant, was extra $30 per person. We did eat there one night, but not the good. Prefered Mama Mia--Good Filet Mignon, and Lagsagna. Half the servers in the eateries were very good, the other half horrible. At sandals resorts, the servers and bartenders can remember what you prefer to drink, after only one day as a guest. It wasn't until our 5th day that a few of the servers recalled what we were drinking. James, Elias, and Max at the Front Desk were excellent, multi lingual, courteous and knowledgeable. The room furniture was worn, especially the mattress. There was mouldy caulking in the shower: ugh! The room and bathroom size were very acceptable and the balcony was nice. Tobacco shop had poor quality of cigars: no humidor, so dry and tasteless. Overall though, for cost, resort was acceptable. Admittedly Sandals does charge more. We appreciate that Hotels.com and Princess resorts worked with changing our check in dates, secondary to having to postpone our trip after having misplaced my passport. Sincerely Appreciated

We booked 3 VIP Suites - I was travelling with two elderly ladies and we paid much more than the price of basic rooms. The main complaint was that two of our three rooms had no hot water. I constantly complained about this during our stay, to a number of different staff. Each one said they would get the problem fixed, and nobody did. I live in Dominican Republic and speak reasonably good Spanish, so I'm sure it wasn't a language problem. When you turned the faucet to the hot position, you had almost no pressure, and water which was very slightly warmer than freezing, but certainly not adequate to shower. I spoke to Guest Relations manager Carlos (who said he was also the hotel manager) on a number of occasions. He said that all he could do was to report the problem again. I asked him to contact his boss, and he said he had no idea where his boss was. The whole place seemed badly managed, and much more interested in packing guests in, than keeping them happy. A number of other guests were complaining about hot water, so I would be very wary if booking with this hotel. A lot of other things were wrong. We specifically asked for quiet rooms, and we were put right next to a pool where they had extremely loud music and activities all day. No chance of an afternoon nap. If you wanted peace and quiet, you had the option of very loud music beside Pool A, or loud music beside Pool B. Or you could listen to the loud music on the beach. It was impossible to get away from the noise. The VIP Suites were basically big rooms, with a little sitting area down a few steps - it's an exaggeration to call them a suite. Lighting was very bad, with only two bulbs to light a very large room so it all looked a bit gloomy. Food was OK, not special but lots of variety. Restaurant service was generally good, the hotel was generally clean and very well located for the beach.

Well the food might be free but only for the buffet..and the food there is not good at all....you need a 2 day reservation for any other restaurant in the hotel and most of the time they were all booked but really they only make enough reservations for about 15 people and say the rest did not show up...Its a BIG JOKE....plus we had someone try to break into our room late at night...so make sure you lock your door...dont bring anything of value NO jewerly...and if you drive by yourself and the police pull you over...have very little money on you...because they want your money...its crazy out here and I travel alot...good luck

Caribe Club Princess Resort & Spa - All Inclusive V.I.P package benefits, once you arrive on site you are greeted at the checked in desk and a drink is serve to you and your guest. The V.I.P. package includes a 1 rum, 3 cigars, 2 internet tickets for 1 hour, 2 massage tickets for 20 minutes, 2 complimentary restaurant tickets. Food and drinks are all Inclusive. The room service is all inclusive, not including the drinks. Which was quite impressive, however according to hotels.com; the V.I.P. room there was suppose to be no surcharge for the in-room safe. However Receptionist Max insisted there was surcharge to the in-room safe of $20 USD, which was no-refundable after the stay was over. Room Service and Cleanliness of the Room was excellent. Comfort of the room: AC / Fan in the room was working properly. Bed was king size, a little bit hard but comfort for like 3 hours after that your back will start to hurt and will make you shift from side to side at night. Condition / maintenance of the hotel; when you check under the sheet of the mattress you will see stains which seem like the mattress was never changed or replaced in ages. However housekeeping does a excellent job in putting fresh sheets and towels in your room on a daily basis. The resort has a shuttle bus that runs 24 hours which was a plus. The food at the resort was average nothing to be thrill about, that the reason I was dumbfounded when I read from other reader that the food was delicious and wonderful. At the buffet there is no reservation needed, however the rest of the restaurant reservation is needed to be made in advance in order for the guest to be able to dine there. These dine area never open on time, so be prepare for disappointment. Make the best of your vacation, other then depending 100% within the resort. Absolutely wonderful vacation spot. We stayed for 5 nights, and wish we could have stayed for more. The resort is very well kept, and the staff are extremely friendly. We were able to stay in a VIP suite and would highly recommend upgrading your room to this package, as it included top shelf drinks, a wonderful room upgrade, and prime seating at all the restaurants. The beach was amazing every morning, and there were plenty of beach chairs. Would definitely recommend waking up early to reserve a prime spot or get a cabanna. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend the Cava and Shengay restaurants.

This hotel was what i expected for the price paid. Ok rooms and all the food and drinks you can get stuffed in your face. Compared to the other resorts in the area that I stayed at, this one was more of a singles getaway for big groups. The only gripe i have about this hotel is their linen service. The pillows had a BO smell to them and had to ask for a few fresh ones. Good place if your budget minded and expect that your not going to get pampered here.

Through work I have stayed in numerous hotels in this area recently and the food and service of this one is way above the other ones. Very impressed.

A estrutura do resort é excelente, porém o serviço é péssimo. Os funcionários são extremamente pegajosos, brincadeiras de mau gosto com mulheres acompanhadas, quartos mofados. No período da estadia em NOV estava em reforma para contrução de um bar na praia, nesta reforma os funcionários trabalhavam até tarde da noite, gritando, ouvindo músicas e prejudicando o descanso dos hóspedes. Péssimo resort! Necessita urgente de treinamento do grupo gerencial e operacional.

O hotel é super confortável e o atendimento em geral é muito bom, os funcionários sempre simpaticos e se mostrando disponíveis para nos ajudar em qualquer situação. O único problema que encontrei foi na reserva dos restaurantes típicos, pois sempre estavam lotados e sem disponibilidade para novas reservas. Fica a aproximadamente 25min do aeroporto de Punta Cana e os taxis foram na faixa de U$ 30,00.

Foi perfeita, estávamos comemorando Bodas de Prata e tudo foi excelente, acomodações, limpeza, atendimento, ajuda para escolher os passeios. As piscinas são um show a parte por causa do bar que atende a todos com bastante alegria. Os restaurantes são muito bons você come até não querer mais... Os jardins bens cuidados, a praia limpa, os shows a noite para divertir a todos...muito bom recomendamos e voltaremos logo com certeza...

Les chambres sont TRES propres, la cuisine est aussi excellent. Peu d'employés parle anglais, la plage est belle mais les chaise sont cordées comme des sardines

Trevligt och bra resort! Mest fransoser, ryssar och mexikaner. Bra bufféer, rena pooler och en lång fin strand. Rummen städas varje dag. De fixar aktiviteter varje dag om man får tråkigt; lite mkt fokus på party, och de drar på barmusiken utanför fönstret innan tio. Ganska mkt barnfamiljer på gott och ont. Säkerheten känns OK, vakter patrullerar området. Helhetsbetyg är klart godkänt! Största irritationsmomentet är att de tar 15 dollar för en dags internet, å det funkar bara i receptionen.

В этом отеле вам точно не наскучит,НО ехали туда исключительно из-за пляжа и он, к сожалению, оказался не очень. Заход в воду-сплошные водоросли, на самом пляже и окурки и еда...Очень порадовало питание. Но второй раз туда точно не поедем!

Relativt stor anläggning i gott skick, men visst slitage märks i rummen. Flera olika restauranger att välja på men buffén håller okej klass. Tråkigt att Internet är relativt dyrt och bara tillgängligt i receptionen. Personalen hjälper till med det mesta, även om jag får intrycket att det ibland tar lite tid. Alla tänkbara vattenaktiviteter går att ordna fram och det finns mängder med utflykter. Bussar går också löpande till lokalt casino och till köpcentrum från receptionen. Höga butikspriser inne på området. Engagerad personal som står för underhållningen, dels dagtid i poolområdet och på stranden, dels kvällstid i shower, karaoke etc, dels på hotellets eget disco.

Fiz essa viagem em cima da hora e comprei pelos alguns comentários, arrisquei e eu e minha noiva fizemos as melhores férias das nossas vidas. Hotel um pouco distante do aeroporto, mas esse foi o único ponto negativo. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionarios e tratados melhor ainda apenas por ser brasileiros, pois eles amam o brasil. Fartura de restaurantes e comida a disposição dos hospedes, bebidas alcolicas e não alcolicas. Entreterimento como teatros, festas na piscina e praia fazem parte da semana nas dependencias do resort. Lojas de conveniencia dentro do hotel. Recomendadissimo. Muito bom tudo!

Gostei muito do hotel, todos os funcionarios foram muito simpaticos desde minha chegada. Pelo valor pago as refeições foram muito boas, assim como as bebidas. Com certeza retornarei e recomendo.

EL HOTEL EL SERVICIO ES mALISImO NO ES BUENO PARA NADA LOS BAVACELO SON ECELENTE HOTELES NO LE BRINDE ESO AL TURISTA PARA NADA.

Ok standard, medelmåttig mat och service som lämnar mer att önska. Fuktiga rum och trångt runt pool och på stranden. Har inte testat nåt annat all inclusive, det är kanske så här det brukar vara, men i så fall är det inget för mig. Rent och städat var det i alla fall.

Quanto a acomodações e serviços do hotel não podemos reclamar, pelo preço cobrado vale. Mas se você estiver com a reserva feita, CANCELE, ou se não for possível , não deixe nada de valor no quarto. Este hotel NÃO TEM SEGURANÇA dentro dos quartos. Tivemos TODO o nosso dinheiro subtraído porque esquecemos uma bolsa com nossa chave, carteira e a chave do cofre quando demos uma saída de uma hora para a piscina. O ladrão entrou, roubou todo o dinheiro (dólares e reais) de três locais diferentes, ou seja vasculhou tudo. Não se preocupe com cartões de credito e passaportes, esses nos foram poupados. Outro ponto desagradável do hotel: muita gente de fora do hotel importunando oferecendo serviços (passeios, feirinhas de artesanato, fotos) dentro das dependências . RESUMO: Não fique neste hotel, busque outra alternativa, um que ofereça cofre com fechadura eletrônica, o Caribe Club Princess além de não ter esse tipo de cofre, ainda cobra u$ 4,00 por dia de USO do cofre, e se vc esquecer a chave do cofre no quarto alguém via entrap e lever tudo que tiver por lá.

Bon pour sa categorie, personnel tres bien. Habitué de cet hotel mais ... cette année a été infestée de moustiques et d'insectes piqueurs et suceurs dans les chambres, la literie et les restaurants. Ménage des chambres insuffisant. Draps trop petits, on dort à moitié sur le matelas !!! A l'année prochaine peut-être.
