Very good place to stay. Hotel staff is very friendly.

Hotel looks very well maintained as it was renovated just 5 years ago, good location, and room is a good size, but beware - the walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors conversations at 7 am. Lots of noise in the hallway, and the maid vacuuming other rooms at 8 am. The hotel is a spa, therefore you would expect to have a variety of services and times available, NOPE! Since we arrived right at the check in time which is 3pm (kinda late for a hotel check in time, if you ask me) -appointments for massages were no longer available that day. Since we were leaving the next eve, my husband and wanted to make sure that we were able to get an appointment for the next day. Being that we came to Karlovy Vary at the end of our Europe trip, we were extremely exausted and were looking forward to a nice relaxing 2 days in this gorgeous spa filled town. The next day we had to check out at 12, we asked for a possibility of a late checkout, we speak both english and russian, shouldnt be any problems in Karlovy Vary, right? Wrong! No late checkouts are available and we couldnt get a side by side massages as there is only 1 masseuse in the whole establishement. Once again, this is a spa hotel, woudlnt u think there would be more than 1 person that can do massage? The breakfast was included in the price for the stay, and it was preety terrible. No selection and tasted just as bad as it looked. Oh, the hotel has a pool, jacuzzi tub, and 2 saunas, but those are turned off, I believe they turn them on after 4 or so??? We werent able to take full advantage of saunas. There are a ton of hotels in Karlovy Vary, I would NOT recomend this one. Oh, also, no airconditioners in rooms. The girl at the front desk is a total airhead, during the check out she made at least 3 diferent mistakes relating to our bill.

The hotel is located in a slightly elevated position a few minutes walk from the main spa area of the town. It is very well maintained and the facilities are excellent. The pool on the sixth floor along with the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are superb. The spa treatments that are available at additional cost are very competitatively priced and cover most peoples requirements. The restaurant and bar are well appointed, food served during the day and evening being superbly cooked. The only minor point is to make sure you don't leave breakfast to the last minute as your choice may well be limited! Our room was very spacious (deluxe comfort) and is well worth the extra money. The staff are one of the hotels best assests. Always welcoming and informative, they were efficient and assisted to make our stay a very enjoyable experience. I whole hearted recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very near to the pedestrian area. All of the signage, menu-es, etc. are in Russian as well as in Czech...not much German spoken there and hardly any English.

If you are driving, as we were, I would advise printing the map on the description and taking it along as many of the streets in Carlsbad are pedestrian only. Better still, if you have an iPhone GS, use the GPS feature. It is more precise than your car GPS. (Yes, I know you have to pay extra for a data package for Europe, but you can turn it on only when you need it, but it is well worth the money). Not only is the Humboldt Park Hotel a really nice and very comfortable hotel, it is a real bargain in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bellman will park your car for you in their garage. The room was spacious and comfortable with a really good bathroom. The room is well worth the price and the included full breakfast buffet in a fine dining room was wonderful and made the hotel a great bargain. It is within walking distance of the pedetrian areas of Carlsbad and there are several excellent restaurants just down the street. One of these advertises itself as "The only Italian restaurant owned by Italians," which is excellent. Go hungry as the servings are huge. Although the hotel has a pool and spa, we did not try it. Overall, our stay was more than we expected in every way. We highlt recommend the Humboldt Park Hotel and Spa.

Местоположение хорошее. Минусы - в баре отеля вода стоит дороже чем в номере. Приветственные фрукты и напитки отсутствуют. Скудные завтраки и очень маленький бассейн. Дорогие цены в ресторане.

Hotel idéalement situé au bord de la zone piétonnière de la station et le long de la rivière .Service de garage assuré .Service impécable dans l' hotel .Une seule petite réserve : la qualité du restaurant de cet hôtel n'est pas assurée en basse saison ( début décembre ) .A vérifier en haute saison .

War ales in Ordnung, außer der Frühstück war nicht besonders gut. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, dafür aber ziemlich gut eingerichtet.

Solo pasamos una noche en Karlovy Vary pero nos hubieramos quedado más. El hotel, excelente. La habitación immensa, muy limpia y muy bonita. El desayuno se quedo corto y no reponian todo lo que habia. La situación es buena. No está en el centro del Karlovy Vary histórico pero, andando, no son más de 10 minutos siendo un paseo muy agradable. Muy tranquilo. Un hotel muy recomendable.

Schönes Hotell,Freundliches Personal, sauber

Kleines Hotel in guter Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zustand und Sauberkeit sehr gut. Die Standardzimmer sind etwas zu klein, für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber ausreichend. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der Bewegungsmelder im Flurbereich des Zimmers, der das Licht steuert. Da es keine Tür zwischen Flur und Zimmer gibt, kann es nachts störend den schlafenden Partner sein.

Sehr Zentral, Spa Bereich, schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

Bien qu'ayant été débités préalablement du montant total de la nuitée, nous sommes arrivés et on nous a annoncés qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre pour nous suite à une fuite d'eau (ou à un surbooking)... Nous avons, après de très nobreuses négociations été placés dans un autre hotel, pas aussi bien ! N'y allez pas.

Das Hotel liegt in einer günstigen Lage mitten in der Stadt. Tolle Aussicht und kurze Strecken in die jeweiligen Zentren von Karlsbad. Mit einer Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Park. Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Zimmerservice schnell und zuverlässig. Im Hotel selbest leider nicht gegessen, deswegen auch keine bewertung der Küche. Im Hotel selbs befindet sich ein Wellnes Bereich mit allem, was man braucht. Ebenso kann man im Hotel alle Massagen und Anwendungen, wie Bäder, Moorpackungen usw. genießen. Für die Damen gibt es kosmetische Behandlungen. Mit einem Wort nur zum Empfehlen....

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, einzig die billigen Papierservieten zu den schön gedeckten Tischen waren wie "ein Faust auf Auge", unpassend.

Das Humboldt Park Hotel And Spa verzaubert seine Gäste mit seinem mittelalterlichen Flair. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und ist dabei sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Spa ist etwas übersichtlich, aber bietet trotzdem angenehme Möglicheitkeiten zur Entspanung. Frühstucks-Buffet war gut und hatte reichhaltige Auswahl. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall sehr weiter empfehlen.

Un hermoso hotel, elegante, mantenido, limpio, con clase, hermoso edificio, bien ubicado frente al rio, aunque no en el centro de la movida de Karlovy, con 2 buenos restoranes a metros del hotel. Buen spa con gran piscina y yacuzzi, aunque este servicio era de pago. Muy buena relacion calidad precio en un lugar maravilloso como es Karlovy. Buen desayuno en un elegante comedor. El personal es correcto y colaborador. Muy buena experiencia.

Smukt hotel. Meget venlig betjening. Levede op til vore forventninger. Vi var der i en varm periode, vores værelse var meget varmt om natten. Sengene var rimeligt hårde.
