Hampton Inn Suites Plymouth - بليماوث

Wonderful hotel with a great location. Within walking distance to Colony Place shopping center, quick drive to downtown Plymouth and Plymouth rock and museums. Clean rooms and common areas. Only complaint was that there wasn't easy access to stairs- seemed silly to wait for the elevator to get to the second floor but other than that would highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Plymouth.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. We were very pleased with our stay.

As always, staff was very friendly. The pool and spa were dirty. The breakfast area was not kept clean. Construction going on was a minor annoyance.

The room was very clean and well-appointed, However, the hotel was under major renovations, with the total foyer stripped to bare bones (unknown to us at booking). We could have managed that, but, having brought toddlers to enjoy the pool, we were incensed when we could not use the pool at opening time in the morning due to poor chemical readings and we were told, by an indifferent desk clerk, that the next pool test would not be until11:30 a.m. (checkout at noon!!!!). Everyone staying there had taken their children to the hotel for an overnight pool treat, and there was no attempt to maintain the pool to allow them to access it. We will not be back!

We had a very nice time, the staff was on top all of our needs and the housekeeping was awesome special dealing with our children. The only problem we found was we would have liked to know they were going to be under construction.

Having spent 3 days with 3 small dogs and 2 cats with no electricity in the aftermath of the recent blizzard, we decided enough and went in search of a safe haven for all of us. We found it at the Hampton Inn in Plymouth. Steve at the front desk hardly blinked at bringing 5 pets to the Inn (especially after he learned their total combined weight is 65 pounds; the size of an average Lab). The room was perfect. The inn has a Bertucci's and a Chili's next door to make dining easy. The only thing I found annoying is the construction crew working on the renovations to the lobby would take over the breakfast room each morning and eat all the good muffins).

We had a nice stay but we hope that they finish the morning breakfast area soon or work on the electrical after ten am.

We were in Plymouth over Christmas and the hotel staff was great, breakfast was delicious and hotel was close to last minute shopping and historical sightseeing.

I Laugh when i saw i posti note in my room about clean sheets I thought it was a joke

Hotek was great staff very friendly

Great hotel. Rooms were nice, breakfast was good and pool was nice. I would definitely recommend

My stay was very nice.. However: i contacted the hotel prior to arriving to try and get a non smoking room..To my surprise no one wanted to hear what i had to say, I was hung up on , talked over so i couldn't get a word in and was very unhappy with the reception i recieved upon arrriving.. When a room became available, the hotel never offered to move us.. I found the staff rude and i feel they need training in customer service.. The purpose of this trip was to spend time with my niece who attends New England Law School, and my Daughter who is 12 years old.

We brought a dog with us. When we go South for the winter, the Hampton Inns do not allow dogs; big mistake. We certainly would go to a Hampton Inn. I loved the fact that the coverlet was washed for each new guest. Really important if you allow dogs. The room was large and stylish - we felt at home after a long day of driving. Would not go to Bertoli's next time.

the personal at this hotel went beyond normal help in estending our stay. They were extremely helpful in gettingus the right room for the three of us and in suggesting the best sights and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

well maintained and enjoyed the breakfast.Would stay again when in the area.

The Hotel staff espicailly night was outstanding. They drove us a few miles away for food pickup. I did not believe it. It was our first time in area, We enjoyed Plymouth and your Hotel. Thank you. We were not that far from Tours.

Buffet Breakfast was very good. Room was nice and big. Front desk was very helpful with all our requests, questions and check in.

Great Stay, front desk personnel were great. Should have someone to wipe up tables during breakfast.

on a whim, my wife and i packed up our toddlers and drove out to plymouth. just before embarking on the 6.5hr drive, we went to hotels.com and booked this hotel. we arrived at 3am and left by 10am, but the overnight staff was friendly and even greeted my little ones. breakfast the next morning was being restocked by 2 or 3 staffers that were friendly and made sure everything was hot and fresh. the danishes were dry but the omelets and sausage gravy/biscuits were on point. they had fresh fruit as well and hot coffee and tea. i would definitely stay there again.

Clean, friendly staff at check in.....very helpful and pleasant.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool and sauna were clean and fun for the family. Easiy walk to several restaurants and shops. Short drive to Plymouth Rock

The Hotel is very clean and comfortable, if your looking for views it's not the place for you, but try convienience, a 24 hour wall mart, a whole mall, 4 miles from the beach, lot;s of interesting shopping and only a couple of miles from downtown. Pet friendly and very big. I would go back, but it would be too pricey for me for more than a night or two. It's large, the lobby is nice, breakfast, not bad for free. I'd go there before comfort inn, I've stayed in many of those, and it;s a crapshoot, and it's litterally the ONLY pet friendly area around.

My husband and I chose this hotel because of how close it was to our event. I'm so glad we did. The deal was great and so was the staff. We woke up just in time for the end of the breakfast and the staff was so patient and friendly. This as one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had!

Excellent in every respect. Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants (Chilis, TGIFridays, Taco Bell) and a 1 minute drive to Olive Garden, Walmart, Best Buy and more. Indoor pool was small but okay, indoor whirlpool not quite warm enough but okay. The food (breakfast only) was ample but somewhat bland. The room itself was spacious (1 king bed) and comfortable. The hotel itself is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and historical sites (Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower II was about 5 miles away). I would stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was decent. The only negative thing was the hot tub looked a bit dirty.

We enjoyed our three day stay, once we got the knack of getting to the hotel! Kind of a bizarre maize of roads.

room was surface clean but i dropped an earring in the only chair in the room and came up with a handful of hair and various pieces of food and other things. told girl at the desk and all she said was sorry. breakfast staff was wonderful. also the transport van driver was great. but sadly that filthy chair spoiled the stay as i had been sitting on it as my handicapped son also used it. awful!!!!!! . also wi-fi was advertised but was out for the majority of our stay. could not get any work done as i had planned . front desk was no help at all. they just said we'd have to wait.

The hotel room was spotless, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the indoor pool/spa was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay and it was located halfway between Boston and Cape Cod. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

The front desk staff were wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. They had a shuttle service throughout the day which was great. They even served an afternoon welcome chowder/soup each day. The breakfast buffet was one of the better breakfasts I had in a hotel. In summary; I would go again and would recommend it to friends and family.
