The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked but it could have been more modern-looking. The meeting room was nice and there was water and coffee. But no windows. Also the screen didn't work and neither did a selection of the power sockets. The staff were very helpful in finding solutions for this.

I can't fault the hotel other than with regard to one point. I had an early morning flight from Toulouse Airport (7.10am) and made my reservation at this hotel based on its proximity to the airport and its free shuttle service which, according to hotel information, commenced at 5.30am. During my stay, I requested the free transfer but was told that the times had been changed and it now actually began at 6.30am which was too late for my flight. Having said that, the reception staff were very polite and helpful and ordered a taxi for me. However, as a result of their change in service (without informing me in advance), I incurred the additional expense of a 15 euro taxi fee. I should mention that I had made use of the free shuttle the previous evening to take me from the airport to the hotel and it was very efficient. Apart from that one little hiccup, I had a great stay. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in - feather pillows and a feather under blanket made me feel like I was sleeping on air!

Because of the Air France strike, we had to make lots of last minute arrangements. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful or supportive. Great experience with this hotel.

Staff wonderful, facilities good. The free shuttle service to from airport was brilliant - provided us with a service which was over and above expectations. Lovely chauffeur - if only we could speak French! The only disappointment was that when we decided to stay a second night (as we enjoyed our stay so much) we could not be given the same rate as hotels.com and even by going onto website again the price was substantially more than our advance booking price. It was still worth it though. Would recommend hotel to all.

I want to find an excuse to stay at the Toulouse Pullman again. For a reasonable online rate, you get luxury. The rooms and beds are large and very comfortable, American hotel style, with coffee and all amenities in room. Everything is accessible with easy elevators. The staff is super helpful and nice. The pool is amazing, very warm and just beautiful. The restaurant is very convenient and the food delicious, albeit expensive. Just don't have breakfast there because it is really too expensive. The shuttle to the airport is convenient and free, as is the wifi access. The area is not touristy because it is meant to be close to the airport, but it is quiet and not industrial. We heard no planes at night. Loved this place!! Only drawback: it is impossible to find. The address given online does not work with a gps, so we got lost. We found it by chance among other hotels (close to etap hotel).

I decided to stay at the Pullman given the proximity to the airport in order to catch a very early flight. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the decor. Very comfortable beds and bathroom too. We had a good dinner with very attentive service in the lounge area that reminded me of a swanky one-letter named hotel chain. Surprised to see this type of hotel in the airport area where there's nothing else to do.

Great if you need to be near the Airport. First class staff and restaurant was also very good. All the amenities and they follow through with what they promise.

We recently stayed at the Pullman Toulouse for the weekend and could not have been more pleased with our choice of hotels. Not only was the bed extremely comfortable, but the room was quiet and peaceful-exactly what we needed!

My husband and I just got back from a 9 day trip to France. Our last day was spent in Toulouse and I booked the Pullman due to it's proximity to the airport and a very early flight to Paris. The woman on the front desk was very matter of fact, not friendly but there was a bellman right there to help with luggage. I loved the interior decor, bold but tastfull in pinks, reds, green and black. Lots of flowers. We used the exercise room ( small) and it has a good size indooor pool. The room was large, tastfull and very clean. The plane noise was not too bad. We had a light supper and the food was fab! We didn't have breakfast, too expensive. We used their shuttle service to airport 6:15 in the morning. We got a great price at this hotel and would reccomend it highly.

We had abusiness trip to Toulouse Airlbus facility, which is near the airport. Later, we found out it is in the walking distance from this hotel. There is a promotion when we book the hotel. We booked 3 nights and hence received a promotion discount. The rate includes breakfast and internet. It is a bargain. I have to extend my stay by one night and the rate is no where near the first 3 nights. The manager tried his best to help me. Thanks. We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The Gym is not very nig but it is nice and there is a nice indoor poor. I will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip if the price is reasonable.

Very conveniently located for the airport. Hotel restaurant, although limited, offers pleasant food. Staff most helpful.

Du luxe tout près de l'aéroport, restaurant gastronomique avec petite terrasse sympathique. Petite remarque: La chambre que j'avais étais un peu trop classique et en décalage avec la modernité du reste de l'hotel. Mais 5 sur 5 quand même.

pratique - bien situé - dommage pour oubli de certains détails pour un hotal de ce niveau (lit enfant, accessoires de toilettes)

Attention, pas de restaurant le week-end. Juste des "snack"
