On the plus side, the hotel location was very good, close to the highway, eating places and the Renaissance Faire. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The manager on our first night was extremely helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations .On the negative side, there was no aeration in the hot tub and a film lay on the water (and the hot tub was an important factor in choosing this motel). The front desk person at checkout said it wasn't broken, just not as powerful as most, which is a great understatement. In addition, the breakfast was very poor with soggy eggs and bacon and both the waffle mix and regular coffee had run out and this was at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. It also took an hour to rent a Pay for View movie. We had called the front desk attendant when our credit card failed and he was to call us back which he never did. In the end, it turned out he checked a machine in the office and whatever he did allowed us to rent the movie. In summary, the actual motel itself is clean and comfortable, but I would not recommend the amenities other than the swimming pool.

I was looking for a decent economical place to stay for a night. I got a lot more: this was a very good hotel, not the budget place I had been looking and paid for. I will stay there again, if I should return to the Atlanta area again.

good choice. We were able to check in earlier no problem. All was good !! would stay again.

There is no exact entrance to the hotel you have to go half-way down the road and make a u-turn to enter into the hotel, the view sucks nothing but uncut grass or weeds. the fitness center did not have apropiate air conditioning. the whirlpool did not work, nor the Sauna. the fridge would not get cold.

I was in Atlanta for a family reunion. I was traveling with several family members. I found the hotel with ease. Then, the problem began. I request that we all be on the same floor since I had 6 rooms. It was just that a request. We were scattered all over the hotel. Once they finally got all of us on the same floor, one of the locks was broken. More changes!!!! The stay was very stressful. I wanted to just relax will I was on vacation but all of the issue I was even more stress.

Pool clean staff very charming, your morning meal had a big selection, very clean room, thick comforters, safe in bedroom, only about 20 minutes from all the ATL sights, nice neighborhood didn't see any loitering people. I will be back when I visit ATL again.

My family and I stopped at this hotel for a few hours before our flight out of Atlanta in the morning. We weren't there long, but the room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for a few hours of sleep. The hotel was quiet, no noises from other rooms. The only downfall was the strong odor from the pool. This may be because we were only a few doors down but it wasn't overwhelming, just noticeable. I would definitely stay here again.

First of all, the price was fantastic, and it was within five miles of the festival. The rooms were clean and they had green incentive notes (like they won't change your sheets or wash your towels every night if you want to save water). The hot breakfast was wonderful and not the same stuff both mornings. EVERY employee I saw met my eyes and offered a greeting and a smile. The indoor pool was awesome, as was the hot tub. (Wish the floor was more textured there...VERY slippery). Also, for some reason, it got really hot it our room very early in the morning...no idea why.

Very clean and up to date.

This hotel was very accomodating to our needs they are really nice and they met all of our requirements as soon as we asked for them and they have a nice little crib for the babies and I didnt need to bring a pack and play which saved a ton of room in the car...THANK YOU....Would absolutley stay next time im in town!

The hotel grounds were Immaculate, the pool was comfortable and while we went to Atlanta to visit the Georgia Aquarium many enjoyable attractions were within 20 minutes drive of this hotel. The only downside was the Hottub was not functioning properly. The breakfast was great both mornings, there was plenty for everyone and the waffles were great for the children. We even had the opportunity to have fresh fruit for the ride into town.

Location, friendliness of employees, pool, spa, room condition, wireless internet, all. made this hotel an exceptional value.

It took over an hour to check in, then I was only checked in for a day instead of a week and was charged twice for my prepaid stay. Some of the staff is great, other (late night help) not so smart. Pool was broken for the week after I was told daily it would be fixed tomorrow. Hotel was nice, I just had trouble with check in procedure

Pool was closed for the entire week.

This hotel is in a good location if you're expecting to be in the South Atlanta area. It's close enough to 85 to make a short trip into Atlanta, but far enough away to avoid the crime. There were some minor issues with the hotel condition, scratches on the walls mostly, but nothing hideous. The one thing that I disliked the most was the fact that there was no DVD player in the room! Overall I had a good experience there. The staff was nice, the complimentary breakfast was good, the pool was in good condition. It's nothing fancy, and I felt like the price was a bit much, but I probably feel that way about all of the hotels in the metro-Atlanta area.
