Great overnight stay, clean, tidy and well kept. Don't plan on walking to town centre though, not a pedestrian friendly part of town

beware of the mosquitos; and the continental breakfast will be pulled and completely put away well before the advertised time for it to end!

It looked like a good hotel in the advertisement, but there was no pool, which was advertised, and there was no breakfast as advertised. The shower head leaked and the tub took too long to fill because the stopper had to be fought with in order to fill the tub. The lights were too dim. We had to turn on the lamps in the room in order to see. They first key we received would not open the door and we had to go back to the office in order to get a new key. The location was difficult to get into, but it was nearby a lot of restaurants. The room itself was clean and the WiFi was available and it had good signal. Besides those two things, it was a horrible experience.

I moved to this hotel in the midst of my stay in the New Iberia/Abbeville area after being disappointed by the first hotel I was in. WHAT A GREAT PLACE!! The staff was wonderful and extremely polite and professional without being pretentious. The room was clean and everything worked! I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

Hotel was not what we expected. We are accustomed to 5 star properties. This rated a 1 or 2

The room smelled strongly like dirt. And specially the bed. My wife killed a cockroach within 5 minutes in the room. The shower was ok, but the bathtub needed some TLC. I will never come back here...

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel will recommend. The staff was Courteous and professional.

This is a no frills stop that has everything for a quick stay. The breakfast is o.k. and the service is friendly.

Pros: Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant; cost Cons: Chairs in the room had to be covered in towels to sit in. Multiple dead bugs found when moving the table. Multiple construction workers(nice guys) hanging outside of my room drinking beer when I arrived. Room smelled like the party only recently moved outside. Matress couldn't have been any cheaper. Air conditioner didn't cool the room down till 4:00am. And so forth and so on!

Hotel was convenient - no frills, but good service. Carpets are filthy - make sure not to take off your shoes! Stains everywhere. We were part of a group, so saw more than one room with the same issue. Otherwise, decent place with a safe feeling.

I was very satisfied with the size of room and comfort and cleanliness! Service was very friendly. Anything I needed extra.. they supplied. I was very happy and would recommend this hotel to others. :)

This hotel was fine for all the things that matter. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the heater worked, and the staff was extremely friendly. There aren't many hotels in the area so I would stay here if I needed to visit Abbeville again.

Extra friendly staff

comfortable...could hear thru walls...a/c worked well...would stay there again...

Clean, well kept. Clerk very friendly. This stay was just an overnight get away quickly planned. Well worth the price.
