Stayed for one night at the airport. Pro: Nice hotel, clean rooms, good (expensive) food in the . Breakfast might be a little to expensive. Con: Bus leaves only every half hour from the airport to the hotel and only every hour from the hotel to the airport. The wireless connection is expensive and very unstable/ slow.

We stayed here on the last night of our trip before heading back home. The hotel was typical of a chain and was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. There is almost nothing nearby and we ended up eating in the hotel bar because the restaurant, which was trying to be very upscale, was closed for the day. It was by far our most expensive meal in Germany and while not the worst food, was not worth the price.

Very high quality, very modern hotel. But the location is bad. However they provide shuttle bus to airport almost every 30 min. in the morning for free! There are no other restaurants near hotel, Hotel's restaurant provides bad foods with high cost. But on the whole, we are happy about stayed in this hotel, it is much worth what we paid.

A good transit hotel clean with professional service and good facilities

Used this hotel for a layover in Frankfurt. Just 10 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. Not really 4 star quality but good value for a family of four who just needed a bed for the night.

beds a bit hard, but seems to be the style in this country. Don't try to check in early as it includes a steep fee, but they were kind enough to store our luggage prior to check in and allow us to roam about unhindered. No fee on the luggage storage. Hope they keep that going since their early check in fee was steep indeed.

Hotel and room were fine. Shuttle to the airport was a fiasco. Too many people and not enough room on the bus. Manager arranged for rides, but it made for a mad rush to he airport. Leave earlier than you think you need to!

Nice room at a good rate. Took the free bus to the hotel and was a little surprised at how far it was away from the airport. Good breakfast in the morning.

At the time of booking I was informed breakfast was included, however the hotel refused to honor that, since the reservation receipt did not show that. Also we had hard time finding the shuttle service to the hotel, finally we had to pay to get there. It was along wait at the check in. The surrounding area was not very appealing.

My stay here was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the general appearance of the hotel is nice, although it is nestled in an industrial park, which seemed a bit odd. The hotel restaurant was better than most hotels, for my dinner and breakfast needs. My room was a bit off though, the floor was stained, and my bathroom walls also had some stains including smeared fingerprints. Again the appearance overall was nice, but I think I just happened to get a room that is more worn down. The shuttle service is well organized and worked out great to get me to the airport in the morning. Overall this is an okay hotel and I approve it as a place stay at for a night before a flight!

I was looking for a comfortable hotel for a reasonable price near the airport. The Mercure delivered. I could not get the TV to work using normal reasoning about which buttons to push. The hotel is a little tricky to find. A couple more signs on nearby crossroads (where other hotels are displayed) would help. The shuttle to the airport was punctual and roomy.

Location of the hotel was a bit tricky - and we didn't know about the airport shuttle before hand. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable and nice.

Clean, modern and good service close to airport. Free shuttle service makes it easy to catch your flight. Clean, modern rooms and bath with just the right amount of space.

Worked out well as a reasonable option before we flew out the next day. Not much nearby but we were not there for the shopping. Breakfast good.

Good hotel with shuttle service to/from airport, Terminal 1. Clean, nice comfortable but you must eat at the hotel. No restaurants available within walking distance. We returned rental car at airport, ate at the Sheraton and took shuttle back to this hotel.

great shuttle service to and from Frankfurt airport.

I REQUESTED FOR INSTRUCTION TO USE MY ROOM SAFE TO THE CLERK , HE SAID HE WILL SEND SOMEBODY OVER -- NOBODY EVER CAME. GOOD ENOUGH FOR ONE NIGHT STAY OVER TO FLIGHT BACK TO MIAMI.THEY ADVERTISE GYM IT IS REALLY A JOKE....

It worked very well for us as we were leaving very early from the airport.

This is very good hotel to stay over night. It is close to the airport, clean and tidy. The food is descend. Personal is very helpful. The rooms are on the compact side, no place for children to play. Meets all the expectation.

There was no transportation. There was expensive wi-fi. There was insufficient staff. The printer was broken to get my boarding pass. The hotel staff was not helpful. There were not enough blankets. The towel appeared dirty and awful. in the evening there were no buses. The location of the bus was impossible from Terminal B. I would never recommend this hotel or go to this hotel or go to a hotel in this chain again.

This is our "go to" hotel when we travel out of Germany. The staff is very helpful and willing to assist in any way possible. We would highly recommend it.

Hotel is OK and the shuttle to the terminal is a big plus; prices in the restaurant are kind of high; 18 Euros for breakfast !!! Nest time, I'll look at an alternative hotel.

nice and clean. good price. nowhere to go nearby to eat and the restaurant in the hotel is pricey.

All is good and expected. A one night stay for me. Convenient to take compliment bus shuttle to/fro airport, and a train to/fro city. I dislike the fact that the wifi allows only one device logon at a time - I have a MacBook, iPad and iPhone.

Overall, very good....we had a bit of trouble finding it however.

The shuttle bus was very convenient and easy to find at the airport. The hotel was clean, service was average, and the price was right.Internet was free only in the lobby.

This hotel is one step above the comfort inn. I was constantly checking the floor and my mattress for bed bugs. It was clean but still gross not what I am used to.

The only minus in the hotel room was that the phone was not next to bed, but on the table.It was impossible to move it because there was no jack next to bed

Always a good value, always maintained at the best quality. Love the free airport shuttle service.

I opted to stay here as I had an early flight out of Frankfurt. The hotel itself is very low budget (in fact the elevator broke down while I was using it!). The rooms are relatively comfortable and the hotel is clean. The location was terrible. I thought it would be much closer to the airport than it was. I got off at the Frankfurt train station and ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel which cost 13 euro. In retrospect, I would have rather spent a little more and stayed at the Sheraton, which is literally attached to the airport/train station. There is NOTHING around this hotel, so you are virtually trapped with no where to eat but the hotel restaurant. I would not recommend this hotel based on the location alone.

Have always stayed here, it is even better now then in years past. Kelsterbach is a nice town just a walk away , river walk also.

Wonderful, clean hotel. Great service and nice restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that there are no restaurants or shopping close by. This hotel is kind of in an industrial area. If you are just staying here for a night before a flight it's absolutely perfect. The shuttle arrived on-time and took us to the airport.

Good hotel for airport layver, clean and the shutle bus is ok but runs to a set timetable that can be an hour between runs, so ceck with hotel if this is an issue. Food in hotel is very good

Perfect for overnight stay before an early flight. Great staff at front desk+bar/lounge. Very accomodating to our family. Shuttle DOES drop you at front of hotel, NOT 150 feet away, as previously reported. Would definitely stay again!
