Dubai International Airport Terminal Hotel - دبي

Beautiful room, bathroom and very comfy bed. Hotel also has late night bar, smoking area. Highly recommend for all transit passengers who need a bed for the night.

Room need renovation. AC too loud. Best location. One hotel employee escorted us from the gate to the hotel: very friedly efficient service!!! We did not try the breakfast and the pool area. Next time we choose a hotel outside the airport. Taxis are cheap in Dubai. Very good quality and also a big variety of shampoo, creams and all the bathroom amentities.

Best part of hotel is the location. The hotel need some AMERICAN channels. There are such a large amount of contractors that stay and travel through there that this need to be some channels that we understand.

I have stayed several times at the Dubai Airport Hotel. It is always a pleasure to arrive in-transit and know a clean, well thought out room is waiting within the Terminal (3). It is always quiet, well maintained. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to meet your needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

After a 14 hour flight, this was excellent. I was able to get in at an odd hour, got snacks and water, and was even able to choose a smoking room (rare inside an airport). The staff was fantastic, and they let me change to the other location in the airport to avoid a long walk between terminals. Sure, it's an airport - there's no pool, and no real sightseeing - you're not here to hang out and see the sights. For what it is - top notch. Oh, and free apples!

The hotel was clean, staffe friendly and knowledgeable about the airport and always there to help. Room was standard with a few pluses, after getting off a 15 hour flight it was nice to not go far to get sleep.

For those of us that travel in and out of Dubai frequently this is THE place to stay. You never have to leave the airport and it's convenient, nice, and a great place to stay and relax while waiting on your next flight. I highly recommend it!!!

This hotel is very conveniently located for transit passengers. I have stayed here several times. I would like to see a half -day package offered by hotle.com for this hotel in addition to normal daily rates..

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It freshened us up after our long flight. We, God Willing would stay at the hotel again. Thank you.

This hotel is ideally located for long lay-overs at Dubai Airport, particuarly after the new visa restrictions. It was comfortable enough, but I found the carpet quite dingy and the rooms weren't very brightly lit. Added to the somewhat bizarre view of the airport lounge outside the window, this is not a hotel I would stay at for fun. In a pinch though, it is a good way to get some rest and proper sleep.

Great location, especially when you have an early morning flight.

We stayed at this hotel since we had a 13 hour layover. It was so nice to not have to collect bags, go thru security or customs. You just walk off the plane and then ride up an elevator and you are there. The only disappointment for us was that the pool was closed and the carpet in our room was stained. The bathroom was clean, big and the shower was great. PLUS in the morning you are already in the terminal so no check-in, security lines or anything, you are 5 minutes away from your gate! Its worth the extra money to not have to check-in, get a taxi/wait for a shuttle, go thru customs, security etc.

I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation upon arrival in Dubai. The hotel is accessible only to persons who are in transit having been cleared for travel by immigration. Those who leave the secure area to pick up bags checked for Dubai cannot return to the area unless they have a boarding pass for a follow-on segment of an itinerary. Since I did not yet have a pass at that time, I could not get to the hotel. For the benefit of your clients, please inform them that the hotel is available only to persons who have valid boarding passes for onward flights.

The hotel itself was very comfortable and well maintained - all the facilities worked and the hotel provided more than adequate accessories (razor,; toothbrushes) that might not always be available in carry-on luggage. However,one of the key advantages of an airside hotel is that it should be easy to get to. It was not clear that on arrival you have to go through the transit security before you reach the main Terminal area, and the signage to the hotel left much to be desired. A note on the web site saying that on arrival you should proceed as if you were catching another plane straight away would have been a start. Having said this, it was great to be able to walk straight out of the hotel and to the departure gate.

The hotel offers quietness and privacy in the midst of the 24 hours airport. If you have the long transfer, it is well worth considering the stay to refresh and relax in quiet. The hotel has two receptions and it is not obvious which reception is in fact closer to your room. It would be good if at the time of reservation it is indicated which of two receptions to go. Otherwise very good stay.

We weren't told that we would not be able to access our checked luggage from within the airport / hotel so we had to pass customs, get our luggage & then pack whatever we needed overnight into our carry on bags (ensuring <100ml liquids!) & then check luggage & clear customs again to get back into the airport & hotel! taking 1-2 hours but once we were back in it was very convenient! Much cleaner / better condition than we expected from a busy airport hotel!

Nice Hotel and would like to recommend it to other traveler. Excellent location for a short stay between flight change, with out leaving the airport terminal. The hotel is nice and quirt and excellent service.

The Dubai International Terminal Hotel would get 5 stars, but they would not give me a receipt at checkout.

I felt that I was in a prison camp not is a four star hotel. I was telephoned twice to ask when I would check out. I felt hounded and unwelcome. A hotel such as this should have wifi that works and I should not have to wait for ten minutes for a connector.

we had an 8 hr stop in dubai airport at night and staying at the hotel was great. we slept and rested before the second flight. I recommend it, for ppl with kids though the price is a bit high

Filthy room and hotel. Non-courteous employees. Will never recommend anyone from US. It is worse than Motel-6. Internet is available but never works. Bought 3 hour of wifi internet but could use only for 5 min and that too the speed was probably 9.6kb. Wanted non-smoking room but when got into the room it was stinking with smoke, water puddles in bathroom and carpet.

Upon booking we expected to get off the plane and go to Hotel after being picked up. THere are no signs for the Hotel and no help. You get off the plane, and have to go through security again to go to the Hotel. This should be mentioned in the Hotel blurb. Overall the hotel's convenience, overrides the hassle in getting to the room. Yes I would use it again, but it is very expensive for the poor service in the hotel. It was stipulated and I paid extra for the Emirates room, which was supposed to give us extra, but this is wasted and you dont get any further benefit from the extra monies being paid.

Would recommend for a stay of longer the 10 hours at dubai. No aircraft noise or tanoy calls could be heard. Just one thing the carpet was a bit stained .

Good place to stay if you are in transit only as the hotel is located inside the terminal within the immigration / security zone.

Our flight had been delayed and we arrived in Dubai late and tired so we very much appreciated being met from the aircraft by a member of the hotel staff thereby saving any stress of trying to find the hotel which was a little walk .We also liked the fast check in service. Our room was well equipped. The beds and pillows were very particularly very comfortable compared to many hotels I have stayed in which was extremely welcome after our long journey. There was plentiful supply of toiletries, bath robes, towels etc. All in all very impressed withthe standard and convenience of this hotel. If there was one thing I would change it would be the noisy air conditioning.

pricey but worth it if you don't want to leave terminal- no immigration etc and a chance to mitigate jetlag when flying Europe to Asia or Australia.Very high standard. Funny view from the room (all the folks wandering around the terminal)

Hotellet er helt ok, ikke noget særligt. Deres morgen Mads buffet er noget under Indisk standard, servicen god, pool området pænt at se på, men noget klemt inde. Området, beliggenheden er noget skidt det er ikke stedet man holder familie ferie, der er mange andre steder som kan anbefales.

Et godt transit hotel med alle de faciliteter, der er nødvendige for et "stay-over".

Das Dubai International Terminal Hotel bietet exzellenten Service und sehr komfortable Unterbringung für Transitreisende mit langem Aufenthalt im Flughafen. Man wird nach allen Regeln der Kunst umsorgt und steigt am nächsten Tag erholt in seinen Anschlussflug.

Guter Service und sehr höfliches Personal. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer war schon vergeben, wir haben ein gratis Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen.

Using this hotel in the terminal was a great way to make a long journey comfortable. We extended our layover in Dubai Airport, so we could get a good nights rest between flights without the hassle of luggage. Try "The Hub" restaurant in terminal 3 for a delicious tex-mex style dinner.

御社さまが、現地の文字で　予約書を製作してくださったので、チェックイン時に、大変助かりました。ホテルは　ゲートを出てすぐで分かりやすいです。2時間食事をゆっく取り、4時間ほどベッドでのびのびと、仮眠をとれました。4名の家族旅行でしたが、慌てることなく　スムースに乗り継ぎができました。本当に　お世話になりました。

トランジットの為1泊しました。 本来は空港内で夜を越そうと思っていたのですが、私が体調を崩した為主人が気を使ってくれここのホテルを取ってくれました。 エミレーツに搭乗した為ターミナル3側のホテルでの宿泊でしたが、言うまでもなく利便性の点では空港内にホテルがあるため完璧でした、騒音や光で眠りをさえぎられることも全くなく朝もギリギリまで寝ることができ9時間ものフライトの体力を温存できました。 ハード面は完璧だったため、ソフト面での小さな不備が気になってしまいました。特にネット接続があまりよくなかったのが残念です…、日によるんでしょうか？ あとHotels.comで予約した際シングル2台で予約したのに通された部屋はダブルベット1台でした（具合が悪くて早く休みたかったのでクレームしませんでしたが…）。 若くて元気なら空港で過ごす一夜も悪くないですが、ぐっすり寝て体力温存したいのであれば、このホテルでの宿泊はお勧めです。 因みに事前予約をしていかれたほうがいいと思います。 飛び込みで来られていたお客さんがスタンダールルームが取れず門前払いをくらっていました…。

ドバイで乗り継ぎ時間が長いときにしよう。 静かで清潔な環境で、ゆっくり休める。 バスタブが各部屋にあれば言うことなし。 客室内の無線ランの感度が少し悪い。

If you have a long transit I can recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful and check in and out was speedy. The hotel room is comfortable. I stayed in a single deluxe and found it well appointed. Bathrobes, slippers, products and comfy pillows. A great way to relax. Free water and a complimentary plate of fruit was also available. The only draw back was the loud air-conditioning unit. No matter what I pressed I could not turn it off completely. Even on low I found it hard to relax and sleep. If you have earplugs, use them!!

Efter ankomst fra Kabul til Dubai terminal 2 spørger jeg i Informationen ved terminal 1 om hvordan jeg kommer ind på hotellet. Jeg får at vide at jeg kan komme ind til hotellet ved at chekke ind da det ligger ved gate 14. Jeg oplyser at jeg ikke skal flyve før næste morgen med Tyrkish Airlines og at jeg først kan booke ind 3 timer før afrejse. Derefter startede 2 timers mareridt med at finde en udvej til at komme ind og få lidt søvn inden videre rejse. Endelig lykkedes det at finde en sød tjenestevillig dame der fik åbnet en skranke, så jeg kunne checke ind og få min billet. Det betød så at jeg måtte rejse videre næste dag i det samme tøj, og uden mine toiletartikler, idet min kuffert var blevet afleveret. En utrolig dårlig oplevelse som Hotels.com bør være opmærksom på. Min forventning var at hotellet lå ved terminal 1 og at Jeg kunne gå ind og få et par timers søvn, og rejse videre næste morgen. Nu blev det en dårlig oplevelse, og det blev første og eneste gang jeg overnatter på det hotel.

Cet hotel ne peut etre utilise qu'en transit, ideal pour quelques heures de repos. C'est la premiere foi qu'on m'a demande ma carte d'embarquement pour un check in.

O hotel é excepcional, todavia não se pode compreender um hotel que se propõe a ser 4 ou mais estrelas e cuja diária tem um valor alto não oferecer serviço acesso a internet - ainda seja que de forma paga. Durante minha estada não me foi possível fazer conexão via internet o que para alguem do mundo dos negócios no seculo XXI é inaceitável.

Dieses Hoel eignet sich für kürzere Zwischenstops in Dubai, bei denen man gerade mal die Zeit hat sich in einem eigenen Hotezimmervon en Flugstrapazenzu erholen. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt von über 10 Stune fühlt man sich bald einmal eingeengt innerhald des überschaubaren DutyFree transfer Bereichs des Internaionalen Flughafens in Dubai.
