The staff picked us up at the plane and made sure we found the hotel. The room was clean, and full of ameneties, tooth brush soap etc.

For arriving flights at the airport, I could not find any access to the hotel!!! You needed to get through passport control, pick up your baggage... and then told (with laughter because this happens all the time I am told) that you could not re-enter to get to the hotel. I tried for about an hour, with no success. Exhaused after a 14 hour flight I found another hotel. The manager of the hotel (via phone) told me this was the Bookers problem not theirs... but then it was my problem wasn't it? So, is this your idea of a joke? A scam? Customer service (there were NO instructions on my booking confirmation)?

The hotel is conveniently located in the airport for in transit passengers. Clean, comfortable with all the expected facilities. The breakfast platter was a nice gesture as there was limited time between flights. The only issue was the noisy air con - but it is necessary. Difficult to see the sign for the hotel so it took a few minutes to find but that was probably more to do with a tired traveller! Expensive, but preferable to spending the night in an airport lounge.

Great for the purpose we used the hotel for, with 20 hours between connecting flights, all we needed was a nice clean room. No need for checking back in left the room 20 mins prior to boarding the flight with no hassle, would recommend..

Great if you want to just grab a few hours sleep.. But we had a 27 hr stopover ... Wish I'd just left the airport! Weird hotel. No natural light. Feels like something from Total Recall. You never see anybody - it was like a ghost town. Bookings are 48 hrs. We requested to pay extra to stay another 2 hrs & were told it was $80 PER HOUR to do so!! We upgraded to an executive room which is nice. Very large with big desk and amazing leather massage chair (worth it for that!). The regular rooms were pokey & quite prison-like. The swimming pool (even though it looked fine!) was apparently not open for some kind of maintenance issue. This was the same 2 weeks later on our return stay. Staff member told us "it is never open". The location is great. You dont have to go Through passport control etc etc .... But if you have longer than 12 hrs - I'd probably advise you to go outside the airport & get a bit of sun / fresh air / normality. This hotel felt like it had none of the above!!

Arrived 01.00 and left 07.30. Great to grab a few hours rest and chance to refresh on journey from Glasgow to Melbourne. Didn't use any of the hotel facilities. Tried using their free Wifi - had problems with this and staff on duty did nothing to help resolve matter resulting in fraught husband!

We were unable to access this hotel after we collected our luggage as it is in the departures lounge and only suitable for departing passangers

Hotel rooms are nice, comfy & quiet Location is in the terminal, minutes from the gates. Advantage is that you don't have to go through customs. Disadvantages are: A) It is not so easy to find, but the hotel offers a service where they meet you at your gate when you arrive. I highly recommend asking for this as it will save a lot of time B) Wireless internet doesn't work well in many of the rooms

The hotel is in the terminal and as my flight landed at midnight it was perfect for the next flight at 10am. However, the aircon in the room was fixed at 24c, I tried to alter it but it always returned to 24c, the bed had a thick duvet and it was extremely hot.

Decided to try and ease a long haul flight from UK to Far East by having a 9 hour layover in Dubai and staying at this hotel. It is ideal option to break the journey get a few hours sleep and adjust more easily to jet lag. The fact you stay flight side and don't have to do immigration and security again is what makes this hotel so ideal. It is expensive as many people comment but I thought was still extremely reasonable if you compare the option of flying business class with flying economy but getting some rest in this hotel. It is particularly good if you fly Emirates. Check in and out is highly efficient and if you are connecting Emirates to Emirates you only need to check out about 15 to 20 minutes before boarding time of your flight which is great. I booked with hotels.com but would recommend that in addition you contact by email the hotel direct and advise them of your booking and what flight you are arriving on, then the hotel will send someone to meet you off the flight and help your walk through to the hotel at no extra charge. That worked well for me even though my flight was an hour late arriving. It is clean and quiet, room service is available although I guess most people are just using the hotel to get a few hours sleep. I didn't try the food. Free tea/coffee and fruit were provided. As a transit side stopover hotel this is perfect and I would definitely do this again. Can't imagine you'd stay there for any other reason than stopover or very early/late flight.

Dubai International Airport Hotel is a very good place to stay for those passanger how have a very long stay over. It is easy to find out the location of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and well organized. I enjoyed staying there for a night.

You cannot stay at this hotel if you need your luggage. Once you retrieve your luggage you cannot go back inside to the hotel. Customs will not let you in without a forwarding flight ticket. You cannot take your luggage into the hotel. CRAZY!!!

Clean and comfortable, certainly convenient. WiFi does not work in the room - signal is very poor and the PW provided by the front desk did not work - had to try the unsecured WiFi point which was also very poor. On check in was not advised minibar had to be secured $$ and unlocked - no problem with the $$ (can understand why hotel requires a deposit) but failure to inform the guest of this fact BEFOREHAND was slightly annoying. AC/temperature/fan control was easy to figure out and adjust.

Even after reading many feedbacks and information about the hotel, we had problem finding it! The airport staff very not very helpful as they pointed us to the arrival immigration level and if I had not previous read from other feedback, I might have gone through immigration following the instruction of the staff member! When we finally found the right level (having gone upstairs and through security screening to departure level, found some signage to the hotel. These, however, were not helpful as we were not told in the booking confirmation which wing (east or west) we were to go to. As it would happen, we checked in at the east wind reception only to find that our room is in the west wing. As the Dubai airport is a LONG airport, the distance to walk is quite daunting, especially after 13 hours of flying. Overall, the hotel room was comfortable and clean. As our transit was for more than 6 hours, we had to pay for a full day rate - It would have been better if lower charges can be applied. It was, however, worth paying for a room here if you have a long transit, as we definitely looked better (after a good sleep and shower) than many of our fellow passengers on our second flight.

We were in transit for 10 hours so needed somewhere to get some sleep. This hotel suited perfectly as we didn't need to leave the airport. It was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Room service is cheap by hotel standards. The bathrobes, fruit bowl, tea and coffee making facilities, etc were nice touches. Would recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

A great hotel right inside the terminal highly recommended for a rest between flights.

I was very pleased that we made a booking here. Our travel agent planned our journey very badly so my wife and I took it upon ourselves to make our own plans. Although I will be flying direct to my destination next time, I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who finds themselves with a 10 hour wait in Dubai.

I had a ten hour stopover in Dubai and just wanted a night's sleep. The check-in service was very efficient and I was personally taken to the room. It was quiet and comfortable with al the facilities I needed. The wake-up call came on time. Couldn't really ask for more.

This hotel is very convenient (when you find it). It isn't well marked in the airport terminal. I had to ask every so often if I was still in the right direction as the Dubai airport is massive. Having the hotel exactly in the terminal is super convenient, as well as the ability to shop in the terminal. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and very efficient. The room was okay. The view was pretty neat (of the terminal...great for people watching). The carpet was badly stained and the decor was a bit stark, not offering a warm relaxing atmosphere for weary travelers. The noise wasn't an issue. I never heard the terminal happenings, or announcements. Room service was good and reasonably priced. You can always eat within the airport instead to save money. There is a pharmacy just downstairs as well as a pinkberry and duty free shopping. However, my trip back through Dubai I stayed at the Le Meridien Airport and preferred that much better. An easy cab ride and much nicer. However, for sleep, this isn't a bad choice either.

Beautiful room, bathroom and very comfy bed. Hotel also has late night bar, smoking area. Highly recommend for all transit passengers who need a bed for the night.

Room need renovation. AC too loud. Best location. One hotel employee escorted us from the gate to the hotel: very friedly efficient service!!! We did not try the breakfast and the pool area. Next time we choose a hotel outside the airport. Taxis are cheap in Dubai. Very good quality and also a big variety of shampoo, creams and all the bathroom amentities.

Best part of hotel is the location. The hotel need some AMERICAN channels. There are such a large amount of contractors that stay and travel through there that this need to be some channels that we understand.

I have stayed several times at the Dubai Airport Hotel. It is always a pleasure to arrive in-transit and know a clean, well thought out room is waiting within the Terminal (3). It is always quiet, well maintained. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to meet your needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

After a 14 hour flight, this was excellent. I was able to get in at an odd hour, got snacks and water, and was even able to choose a smoking room (rare inside an airport). The staff was fantastic, and they let me change to the other location in the airport to avoid a long walk between terminals. Sure, it's an airport - there's no pool, and no real sightseeing - you're not here to hang out and see the sights. For what it is - top notch. Oh, and free apples!

The hotel was clean, staffe friendly and knowledgeable about the airport and always there to help. Room was standard with a few pluses, after getting off a 15 hour flight it was nice to not go far to get sleep.

For those of us that travel in and out of Dubai frequently this is THE place to stay. You never have to leave the airport and it's convenient, nice, and a great place to stay and relax while waiting on your next flight. I highly recommend it!!!

This hotel is very conveniently located for transit passengers. I have stayed here several times. I would like to see a half -day package offered by hotle.com for this hotel in addition to normal daily rates..

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It freshened us up after our long flight. We, God Willing would stay at the hotel again. Thank you.

This hotel is ideally located for long lay-overs at Dubai Airport, particuarly after the new visa restrictions. It was comfortable enough, but I found the carpet quite dingy and the rooms weren't very brightly lit. Added to the somewhat bizarre view of the airport lounge outside the window, this is not a hotel I would stay at for fun. In a pinch though, it is a good way to get some rest and proper sleep.

Great location, especially when you have an early morning flight.

We stayed at this hotel since we had a 13 hour layover. It was so nice to not have to collect bags, go thru security or customs. You just walk off the plane and then ride up an elevator and you are there. The only disappointment for us was that the pool was closed and the carpet in our room was stained. The bathroom was clean, big and the shower was great. PLUS in the morning you are already in the terminal so no check-in, security lines or anything, you are 5 minutes away from your gate! Its worth the extra money to not have to check-in, get a taxi/wait for a shuttle, go thru customs, security etc.

I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation upon arrival in Dubai. The hotel is accessible only to persons who are in transit having been cleared for travel by immigration. Those who leave the secure area to pick up bags checked for Dubai cannot return to the area unless they have a boarding pass for a follow-on segment of an itinerary. Since I did not yet have a pass at that time, I could not get to the hotel. For the benefit of your clients, please inform them that the hotel is available only to persons who have valid boarding passes for onward flights.

The hotel itself was very comfortable and well maintained - all the facilities worked and the hotel provided more than adequate accessories (razor,; toothbrushes) that might not always be available in carry-on luggage. However,one of the key advantages of an airside hotel is that it should be easy to get to. It was not clear that on arrival you have to go through the transit security before you reach the main Terminal area, and the signage to the hotel left much to be desired. A note on the web site saying that on arrival you should proceed as if you were catching another plane straight away would have been a start. Having said this, it was great to be able to walk straight out of the hotel and to the departure gate.

The hotel offers quietness and privacy in the midst of the 24 hours airport. If you have the long transfer, it is well worth considering the stay to refresh and relax in quiet. The hotel has two receptions and it is not obvious which reception is in fact closer to your room. It would be good if at the time of reservation it is indicated which of two receptions to go. Otherwise very good stay.

We weren't told that we would not be able to access our checked luggage from within the airport / hotel so we had to pass customs, get our luggage & then pack whatever we needed overnight into our carry on bags (ensuring <100ml liquids!) & then check luggage & clear customs again to get back into the airport & hotel! taking 1-2 hours but once we were back in it was very convenient! Much cleaner / better condition than we expected from a busy airport hotel!

Nice Hotel and would like to recommend it to other traveler. Excellent location for a short stay between flight change, with out leaving the airport terminal. The hotel is nice and quirt and excellent service.
