Overall very good, only 1 drawback bathrooms to small and sink outside. Otherwise very good, would stay again.

the location of the hotel is very good. it is at the heart of the patong beach, and is surrounded by good resteraunts. The beach is across the road. We took the deluxe room and the room opened to the pool. highly recommended for people wanting to stay in the mid of the lively / happening area. their resteraunt is amognst the best in patong with very good live music.

Great resort. Very close to Bangla road, but far enough away to not hear it at night. Swim-up bars in both pools are nice, and the bartenders are great (ask them about their card tricks!). The service from the rest of the crew there was really good too.We stayed in a deluxe pool room, which was great, as we had some privacy from the pool, but still able to walk right out for a swim when we wanted.

Great location and extremely friendly staff all round, from receptionists to porters and mgt staff. The security staff are the ones who stole the limelight from the rest! I never failed to get a salute from each and every one of them during my stay, regardless of the no of times i passed them. Most memorable and outstanding was the security svc they provided beyond the scope of duties. My son was pick pocketed by a transvestite, about 200m away from the hotel. When i confronted 'her', one of the security, (names not allowed here!), on finding out i was a guest of the hotel rushed to assist me confront and apprehended the transvestite. It was not his job as hotel security, but state police's. But if one was doing his normal scope of duties, then one is at most ordinary. This was extraordinary and i need to mention this and commend the security for the extra mile they went for me. Will definitely come back to stay at the hotel!

Stayed here for two nights and was really disappointed with the quality of the hotel for the price. Beds were so uncomfortable and as hard as stone and there was a lot of noise coming from cheap nasty cabaret bands in the bars on beach road.

Banthai is in a great location, right in the hub of things across from the beach. The Staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. They kept the premises very clean. The pools were beautiful with frangipanis surrounding them. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel location is very close to all the activities, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes to the coffee shops and very close to the market and Bangala street. The room very nice. I have noted that even with the fact that the hotel is very close to the active beach although when you go to the room you will find it so quiet and you can sleep easily. My wife and I liked this hotel so much.

The funny part of the rooms is that the wash basin is in the room and not in the shower/toilet area so one always have to come out of the loo to wash hands. The location is just fantastic , you have all the major food joints like Pizza company ,Mc Donalds, hagen Daaz, right at the entrance of the hotel.

Great hotel, great staff! Excellent location. Lovely to go back to a nice relaxing hotel after a day in crazy patong!

Hotellet noe slitt ift inntrykket man får fra bildene. Ganske små rom selv ved superior rom. Veldig hyggelig service da jeg fikk oppgradert rom til en rimelig penge. Suitene romslige og fine, men liten balkong trakk litt ned. Mye støy fra pool-barene.

地点很好,比HOLIDAY INN都好. 酒店硬件偏旧,空调明显不给力. 但也过得去.

Very near to the beach. Close to marketplaces and restaurants. Room is relatively small, but ok to stay during couple of days

位置方便, 行幾步路就到海灘. 大堂幾開揚, staff非常親切, 叫佢地幫手都好快手, 泳池size一般唔細, 但因為人少, 所以感覺好好. 雖然近食肆, 但隔音幾ok., 訓得好舒服. 房間設施有少少舊, 水少少黃, 但優點好過缺點, 下次黎會再住.

Vi bodde 12 dager po hotellet oppholdet var bra men hotellet rommene begynner og viluktet kloakk fra badet litt ingen klipping av tre og busker de var gjenn grodd rundt basengene, derav mye moskito. Beliggenheten er topp,de som arbeider der gir god service og blide.det har levende musikk hver kveld men alikevel er det stilt og rolig paa rommet. bo det er ok nokk..

Lot of noice from moing furniture chairs on stone-floor. Cleaning ladies come too early in morning. Bad curtains, not possible to get dark in room. Booked Limo did not come. We booked a car at the Hotel service to Airport the day before we should leave. The car did not come! The reception just told us to wait and be calm, "it will come very soon". After waiting over half an hour, we got upset. Then the reception told a bell-boy to drive us. We arriwed very late at the Airport.
