i paid with hotels.com in advance but they proceed to charge me anyway for the price of the room. And charge the $20 incidental authorization twice on two separate cards. Now they are all pending charges on my cards. don't they know that travel accounts like hotels.com prepay the room.?

The accomendations and the Customer Service at this Hotel was outstanding. Any questions that we had about the surrounding area were answered in a very helpful manner. We will be back again soon!!

When we made the reservation, we indicated 3 people & were told that could be accomodated. What we didn't find out until arrival was that they have limited # of rooms with 2 queen beds to accomodate families (most are 1 king with sofa sleeper). Unfortunately, because we had already paid for the room, there was really nothing we could do about it. Our 13yr old daughter had to sleep on the very uncomfortable sofa sleeper pullout bed. Had we known ahead of time, we would have chosen a different hotel because we were there for our daughter's volleyball tourney, thus important she got a good night sleep! We were also disappointed to find out (at check-in!) that brkfst isn't served until 7:00am on weekends. That didn't work for us because we had to be at the tournament by 7:15am. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because we wanted to be sure our daughter would get a good brkfst before her tournament. Definitely didn't get our $ worth! Think the hotel should reconsider the weekend start time considering the # of volleyball families in Loveland every weekend for tournaments.

We had a great stay here. Rooms were very nice and well appointed, and were also very clean, save two personal items from previous guests that I found under the couch and under the bed. The entire hotel was tastfully decorated for Halloween, and it was very homey and comfortable. What I appreciated most about the hotel was the AWESOME STAFF!!!! During the two nights we stayed there there were three different young men at the front desk, and they were all very very nice and helpful. They greeted us every time we came and went with a smile and a friendly hello, and they were very helpful when we had to check in early because my son was sick. The went over the top to provide great service, and although I usually overlook bad service if the room is clean and nice, I greatly appreciated being treated with such courtesy. Will most definitely be back again, great stay.

This was a great hotel. The room was spotless and nicely decorated with everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast offered plenty of variety and was tasty. It went beyond our expectations. The woman who worked the breakfast area was very friendly and kept it cleaned and well-stocked withouth getting in anyone's way or making them feel like they made the mess. The pool offered a nice way to exercise at the end of the day along with the exercise room located next to it. We enjoyed the complimentary local newspapers in the morning. We were able to walk to an outlet mall and numerous restaurants were within a short drive. But as I mentioned above, ee were very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff!

This was the 3rd hotel we stayed at during our trip. All were in the same price range and this was by far the best of the trip. The room was big, two large windows, mini kitchen. We could have stayed there all week. Service was great and the included breakfast was the best we had during the trip.

Suite was perfect, pool was fine, hot tub broke the 2nd day we were there and wasnt fixed until the day we left. Other than that, great place to stay.
