Hôtel Keppler - باريس

Stayed at the Keppler for three nights with my wife. Very pleased, room extremely comfortable and clean, staff helpful, excellent location. The only downside was maintenance being carried out in the room next to ours during one of the mornings of our stay. Arguably this may be seen as efficient i.e. carrying out repairs when occupants had left the room. However, we were not consulted prior to the work starting and had to endure a significant amount of noise for a long period. We were the only adjoining room on the same floor. Nevertheless, we would stay here again !

Room wasn't that big but perfectly sized considering it's in the middle of Paris. Everything from design of rooms, location, services to attitude of the staff was perfect and accommodating - in many ways beyond the four starts rating of the hotel. In a nutshell, my wife and I (both frequent travelers and had our share of great hotels) LOVED this place and for maybe the first time, had no real negs whatsoever. Room: cozy and a mix of modern and classic french style. very tasteful. Location: perfectly situated by the Champs-Elyeese and on a very quiet street. Right outside there are grocery stores and cafes etc. Staff: was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and helped a lot in planning city and airport time lines and trips.

The room we had was extremely small. It was so small that there was not room enough to put up a luggage rack to put your suitcase on. My husband and I could not both walk in the same direction at the same time. We had to take turns. I called the desk and was told too bad it is all they had. I said it was uncomfortable and that I would complain to hotels.com and the concierge said that I should do that I absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

I loved every minute of my stay at The Keppler. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I adored the decor of the hotel and even though my room was small it was luxurious and comfortable. The hotel is very close to several metro lines making it very easy to see all the sights. The breakfast each morning was exceptional and the staff in the dining room were lovely. I would definately recommend to friends travelling to Paris who would like a charming boutique hotel in a great location.

Very smart hotel and room, with friendly helpful staff. In a quiet street, only two minutes walk to Champs Elysees and Metro. Didn't book the breakfast, so can't comment on the quality/value. Would book again if in Paris

The staff were fantastic at this hotel and couldn't do enough for us. We had to stay an extra day because the travel was in chaos but the staff, without prompting, looked at alternative means for us to get back home, arranged a room for an extra night, arranged the taxi and wake up calls. They really wanted to ensure we were OK and could get back to home as soon as possible. On top of this, the location is superb with views of the Eifel Tower and Arc du Triomphe and Champ Elysees just a short walk. But the area is very nice, quiet and has some great places to eat at just a stones throw distance. Can't wait to go back!

Very Enjoyable stay, walking distance to all the major sights. Staff and service top class. Great for short stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

I took my wife away for a surprise holiday (and the first time away since we became parents a long time back) so I wanted this to be a special trip and it certainly was. Hotel Keppler is a fabulous hotel which really made the holiday. Ideally placed near to the Arc de Triomphe and only a few streets from the Champs Elysees it was easy to get to the key sights. The staff were extremely friendly which made it feel really welcoming. The rooms are very tasetfully decorated (although not huge), spotless and with all the mod-cons you'd hope for. So, a smashing hotel (and the 2 free glasses of Champagne helped!)

We were looking very forward to staying at this hotel given all of the reviews we had read. It was to be a highlight of the trip. Unfortunately, the experience was nowhere near our expectation level and would qualify for 3-star not 5-star status. Given the fact we paid a lot of money for the "Superior Suite", I would say we were quite dissapointed. Primarily, the service was fair at best. My wife speaks French and we are very courteous and respectful travelers. We attempted to do everything to be friendly and not "typical" American travelers. Still, the staff was distant, mildly helpful and overall just average. For example, the morning we had to leave we needed a taxi by 9:30 a.m. We asked to reserve a taxi the night before. However, the front desk attendant informed this would not be possible and that he could not guarantee we would even be able to get a taxi (we were told it was Fashion Week). He told us to return early the next morning - which my wife did - at 7 a.m. For 2 hours she tried to get the front desk to arrange a taxi (we had to be at the train station for an international train - with customs - and could not be late). The front desk attendant and the manager both indicated that they were NOT able to arrange a taxi for us. They suggested we take the Metro (located around 600 meters away and we had 5 large suitcases). My wife was crying when I arrived downstairs. I asked them how a 4-star hotel in Paris could not arrange for a taxi and they gave me a shrug and a "sorry" type look. It then struck me, they wanted money. When I produced 20 Euros, they suddenly were able to arrange a taxi. They allowed my wife (who had spoken French to them the whole time and was very kind) to come to tears over a tip. For an expensive 4-star hotel, that is ridiculous. The room was nice but much smaller than it appeared in the photos on the internet. It was generally well appointed - with many conveniences - but very, very small for a "Superior Suite". I had asked for a r

Beliggenheten er optimal for en weekend i Paris. Hotellets høye kundetilfredshet øker forventningene, og gjør det vanskelig for hotellet å nå opp. Pent, rent, chique, men lite og trangt. Separat dusj, alternativt meget god dusjløsning i badekar må til om man skal nå standarden som forventes. Garderobedør gikk omtrent ikke å åpne fordi sengen sto for tett innpå. Utenom det må man si at dette var et meget fint hotell sentralt i Paris! Rekommanderes.

駅からも近くとても便利でした。あまり広い部屋ではありませんが（スタンダードだったので）、とてもきれいで、静かで、もちろんシャワーのお湯もちゃんと出ますし、ロンドンからの１人での１泊の滞在でしたので十分でした。無線LANも完備されていて無料ですので、重宝しました。朝早く出かけなかければならなかったので、朝食は別料金でしたがホテルで食べました。小さいながらも充実していてとてもおいしかったですよ。

Отель очень приятный, чистый и новый. Расположение тоже хорошее. Но есть два минуса: очень-очень маленький номер. Вдвоем вообще невозможно было бы поместиться. И второе: отказались вернуть деньги, когда я решила выехать на неделю раньше предполагаемого срока. На мой взгляд цена за отель завышена.
