Great location and very helpful staff. We had a quiet couple of days here and found the beach very clean and convenient. Hope to be back for a longer stay.

Overall a very good hotel right on the gulf. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. We decided to stay another night and almost extended to a third. Planning on going back in September.

This was my first time staying in this hotel and will definitely return. All the staff made you feel welcomed from the moment you checked in. Their objective was to make you want to be a repeat customer. The room was found to be immaculate, fresh smelling, and had plenty of the necessities required for my stay. Location...location...location was a huge amenity not only to a private beach on the Gulf of Mexico, it was within walking distance to John's Pass, and the hotel offered Gulf view rooms with private balconies to view the spectacular sunsets. Their dining recommendations turned out to be great experiences and will also return to those place.

We had a 1 bedroom ocean view room. We were very pleased to find that the beach was clean, right outside the hotel, and not crowded. I recommend getting an ocean view room if you can. The other rooms faced the noisy street. Our 1 bedroom with kitchenette was a tight squeeze for a family of 4 but it worked for just 2 nights. We would need something bigger for a longer stay as it was crowded to prepare meals. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was a little noisy at night but most of that was drowned out by the ocean sounds. The location was great for walking to St. John's Pass and the bird sanctuary was just a drive down the road (and free admission). We would recommend this to friends and plan to visit again.

My husband and I had an amazing time at this hotel. The ladies at the office were wonderful! Would definitely stay again. They were very knowledgeable about events in the area and went out of their way to accommodate us. Very friendly. The rooms were very nice and well kept. We loved the separate seating area and the view was unforgettable. Very few people on the beach. Just down the street from St John’s Pass, which has shops and restaurants (all within walking distance).

We had an overall pleasant experience, a nice clean room in front of the beach and very friendly management that accomodated to our needs. As a plus, there is also a great place to eat in walking distance, Lisa's cafe. We will return for sure, but we will do it when the rates get a bit lower :)

We checked in the day before the memorial day holiday. The staff was very pleasant and informative. They let us know about happenings around the area and good places to eat. When we got to our room, we were greeted with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We had a nice, but small, balcony that two people fit very comfortably on, but not more than that. The room was well kept and clean, looks as though some upgrades had been done fairly recently. We were very happy and are planning a return trip, as soon as work will allow it.

One of the few hotels in this area where the beach can be easily accessed without walking down a grassy path or a boardwalk. The Gulf water is not a long distance away like other hotels. This is a small, friendly, clean, and convenient hotel within walking distance of John's Pass Village. Nice tropical room decor too! Would definitely stay there again.

When we got there the staff was very friendly. When it was time to lay down and watch TV was when things took a bad turn. The TV is located in front of the pull out sofa rather then the bed, so this made watching tv nearly next to impossible. The bed itself was very uncomfortable, and the noise comming from the room above us was unbearable. We ended up leaving at 11 o'clock that night and going back home. Thank god we live only about a half hour away. Very disappointed.

We stayed as a week end escape and it was perfect! Right on the beach and a block away from John's Pass Boardwalk. Our room was clean and the floorplan was designed well. We rented a studio and made use of the little kitchen area. We plan on going back and staying again!

Cozy Hotel, clean with good service but Noisy at night due to set-up- Bring your earplugs. Internet access was hit and miss.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. The view of beautiful Madeira Beach from our balcony was fantastic, and Johns Pass is conveniently located just about two blocks away. Our suite/room was very comfortable and clean and included a living room and small kitchenette. The room even had wine glasses so we could enjoy our bottle of wine on the balcony! We would highly recommended this hotel.

Hotel was lovely and everything we needed was provided including a great Gulf view. What made our stay really outstanding was the office staff. They were not only friendly but so helpful. Hotel is an easy walk to all the shops.
