Very friendly staff, meticulous rooms, well-designed and quiet. The neighbourhood around the hotel (Parque Leopold, Parque Centennaire), the Place Jourdan are all worthwile to explore and have their own charme away from the crowded grand place. On Saturday and Sunday regular large market on the place which is worth a stroll.

This is a First Class hotel in a fabulous location. Service is absolutely first rate. I highly recommend it.

We chose this hotel because of the great rate we got. Probably because it is in a more business area and weekends are relatively inexpensive (and quiet). For access the the Ring Rd, it was pretty good (wanted to get to see Bruges), and the little neighborhood of cafes was perfect. Parking is free at night in a lot right across the street (except on Saturday morning when there is a farmer's market) Plus, the "best pommes frittes in Belgium" are across the street too!

Short 5 minute walk from the metro. Stayed for one night on our way to Bruges. Had drinks in the bar and was very impressed by the bartender. Great drinks and of course nice Belgium beers on tap. We were even brought little sweets with the drinks. Beautiful room with an actual King Bed and not just two mattress next to each other. Amazing shower!!! Would stay again for sure.

The hotel was good. However, the aircon in the meeting area was far too cold.

Beautiful hotel, attentive front desk & helpful concierge, Large modern room & bath, nice restaurants in hotel and pubs all around Place Jourdan. Just a few blocks to Metro stop.

Our stay couldnt have been better. We had been travelling for 2 weeks throughout Europe and this was the end of our trip. We were exhausted when we arrived and were welcomed with friendly, inviting staff who made the check in process quick and painless. We were upgraded to a higher floor with beautiful views of the city, and a gorgeous room. The hotel was quiet, soooo comfortable, espresso machine in room ( hello!), complimentary water... We felt immediately refreshed, invigorated, and ready to tackle the city! We will definitely be back!

With all of the glowing reviews, we arrived with high expectations. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but we didn't feel that it was spectacular or special for any reason. In fact, there were a few significant shortcomings: 1) One morning, we didn't have hot water during our showers. When we called the front desk to inform them, they indicated that we should wait a little while, as it was likely caused by numerous guests showering concurrently. Even discount/budget hotels provide reliable hot water. 2) No free wi-fi. The hotel charges 20 euro/day for wi-fi access. 3) Location - Schuman station is the closest metro stop, and it's a little under a 1km walk, uphill from the hotel. Not that big of a deal, but a little inconvenient. One shining spot of this hotel is the concierge. They were extremely helpful and friendly in providing directions, recommending restaurants, and making dinner reservations. For the price, I suspect one can find a better hotel in Brussels.

It is a nice hotel so no regrets about using it. Was close to where I was attending my meetings. Quite clean but need to dust the rooms a bit more. Bathrooms were clean. Staff are superb and helpful. Overall experience was satisfactory. Would go back.

Very good hotel. Not very close to the centre of town or anywhere tourists might want to visit. However, nothing that a Eu10 taxi ride won't fix so dont be put off. Just dont expect to walk to the middle of town from here.

This was a very pleasant surprise - we got a great rate from hotels.com for this five star hotel that was in a nice neighborhood with nice restaurants near a park, and just a 5-10 min walk to the metro. The whole hotel was beautiful, modern and very clean. It was a 5 min taxi ride from the train station. The workout area was set up nice and the bar was also very plesant.

The location left something to be desired, but the hotel itself was simply lovely. The staff was helpful, and the bed was extraordinarily comfortable.

We were given a double-upgraded room in this fabulous hotel, located right across the street from a terrific area with small restaurants as well as a real grocery store. Was three short stops to the royal palace area and old town; this would be the only reason I might select another hotel if we visited Brussels again. Would possibly check location of the other Sofitel? Concierge, as well as all staff, was fabulous. Roof deck was also a nice touch. Can't miss with this one!

We booked through the website and got a special offer on it, so we were very lucky. Five star quality no question. exceptional service, very nice and helpful staff, very clean and well presented rooms. We didnt eat there and though 30€ per person for the breakfast was a bit of a stretch considering Place Jourdan (outside the door) has some great cafes. Room was amazing, exceptionally clean and modernly equiped. If i had to pay full fare, not so sure I would!

Jeg har omtrent 50 reisedøgn i året gjennom jobben, og har derfor noe erfaring med de forskjellige hotellkjedene. I den forbindelse har jeg reservert rom på Sofitel ved enkelte anledninger. Dette var imidlertid første gang i Brussel. Kvaliteten på hotellfasilitetene og -service var som forventet, og kan trygt anbefales. Hotellet ligger sentralt til, dersom formålet med besøket er møter i Europakvarteret.

För mig och min flickvän så är hotellet otroligt viktigt, destinationen bryssel är 50% av resan men den andra 50% en är hotellet och vi valde detta hotell med omsorg och det var ett helt fantastiskt hotell, sköna sängar, otroligt fint hotelrum. Så fort jag kom in i rummet så kände jag mig avslappnad, det är så jag vill känna när jag kommer till ett hotell. Hotellet erbjöd oss otroligt bra service och hjälpte till med alla våra önskemål. Occitane produkterna på hotellet var en fin touch. Om jag någonsin åker tillbaka till bryssel så kommer jag åka till detta hotellet. Ska du till bryssel så tycker jag att du ska boka detta hotell.

Flott hotell nær Eu-kvartalet. Fantastisk service og rom av god størrelse. Fint utgangspunkt for både forretningsreise og fritidsreise.

Tingene fungerer. Rengøringen er grundig, og alle håndklæder skiftes hver dag. Sengen er acceptabel, men en smule for blød efter min smag. Badeværelset er helt i top. Meget dyr parkering. 35/15€ hverdag/weekend. Mange restauranter lige udenfor døren.

Es un hotel perfecto en relación calidad-precio. La única pega, por ponerle alguna, es que está muy cerca del parlamento europeo, pero más alejado del centro de la ciudad. Aunque esto también permite dar un paseo agradable y conocer más sitios. Se puede ir andando perfectamente, aunque también tiene paradas de autobuses para los que no les gusté andar.

Personnel très attentionné, hôtel récent, emplacement idéal pour gouter les meilleures frites de Bruxelles.

Sofitel Brussel er virkelig verdt besøket. Vi er en familie med et barn og hotellet var virkelig strålende. Servicen fremragende og de leverte på alle måter. Torget utenfor med spisesteder, konditori og butikk, samt park på baksiden gjør at det bare er deilig å ligge litt unna sentrum. 35 euro per døgn i parkering og svinedyr internett er det eneste som trakk ned et ellers strålende opphold. Hotellet anbefales både til business og ferie.

Mycket rent och snyggt hotell som jag varmt kan rekommendera. Mycket sköna sängar, härligt badrum och tyst omgivning. Professionell personal. Runt hotellet ligger en hel del restauranger och till närmaste Metro tar det ca 10-15 minuter. Synd bara att frukosten var så dyr, men det fanns ställen utanför att tillgå.

High quality room. Well balanced aircondition, good beds and a big bathroom with seperat tub and shower. But a problem with these high class hotels is that personell isn't very pleasant. They put on fake smiles and measure you for any Euro and Cent you have. Wich doesnt make you feel very welcome. They offer a ridiculously high priced in-house parking at €35 pr day. Fair enough for those who don't care but when asked for alternatives they throw you lies and aren't helpful at all. That's a big turndown, wich I cannot accept. In fact, there's a garage merly 150 meters away (walking distance) wich charge €15 pr day, and parking in the square in front of the hotel is charged between 7-18 and free at night. We chose the nearby garage, closed at night and with full video coverage. Cleaner did a bad job the second day of our stay. Filled the minibar with an open half full water bottle(!), failed to clean a used glass and took a private towel in the speed of hurry. Something you should not expect from a high class hotel. I always leave the cleaner a small tip for the curtosy without expecting anyting extra but this was clearly not expected. The first day, cleaning was perfect and extra towels and chocolate on every pillow was given in thanks to the tip I guess. A very comfortable stay, with a few drawbacks on hospitality, helpfulness and honesty.

Mycket bra hotell. Rummet var rymligt utan att vara överdrivet stort, badrummet likaså. Skön lyxkänsla utan att vara pråligt, motsvarar väl underrubriken i "Sofitel - Luxury hotels". Utmärkt städning, väl fungerande luftkonditionering, utmärkt ljudisolering innebar att rummet var väldigt tyst. Hög komfort på sängen, kuddar och täcken. Gratis vatten i minibaren. Kassaskåp på rummet som rymmer en 15'' laptop. Hög säkerhet där nyckelkortet användes i hissen och endast gav tillgång till det egna rummets våningsplan. Mycket tillmötesgående och vänlig personal. Närmsta större kollektivtrafikknutpunkt är Schuman.
